Xia Xiaoyu's footsteps did not stop as she continued walking, observing the various tombstones of those who had passed away.
She walked until she reached the ninety-ninth tombstone, where her steps paused slightly. In front of the tombstone was a Broken Incense, belonging to a child, very young—probably around six or seven years old. The child looked delicate and adorable. In the photo, the girl was smiling sweetly.
After examining it for a moment, Xia Xiaoyu turned her gaze toward the final tombstone ahead.
The One Hundredth Grave.
As she approached the last grave, which marked the end of her journey, Xia Xiaoyu's heart began to race. After a long silence, she finally took a step forward, wanting to approach.
“Xia Xiaoyu!”
Suddenly, just as Xia Xiaoyu was about to move forward, a slightly stiff voice called out from behind her.
Ah...
Startled, Xia Xiaoyu turned around quickly and was taken aback by the sight of someone she never expected to see.
Cao Bao...
“Wood, how... how are you here?”
Xia Xiaoyu looked at Cao Bao in surprise. She didn’t know why, but his cold and emotionless expression made her feel a slight sense of disappointment inside.
"I saw you acting all mysterious by yourself. This isn't a good place; come on, I'll take you back!"
Cao Bao forced a somewhat unnatural smile and said to Xia Xiaoyu.
"I don't know either!"
Xia Xiaoyu felt that Cao Bao had changed a lot, to the point where she hardly recognized him. However, she felt a pang of pain in her heart.
Could it be that she really had feelings for him?
Xia Xiaoyu looked at Cao Bao's cold, pale face and then walked past him, taking the lead.
The atmosphere was somewhat heavy as Xia Xiaoyu walked quietly through the Tomb. The eerie ambiance didn't frighten her; instead, she just felt an emptiness in her heart.
"By the way, you still haven't told me how you ended up here?"
As she was about to exit the Tomb, Xia Xiaoyu suddenly turned her head, recalling something.
But to her surprise, she found that Cao Bao was no longer behind her. She scanned the Tomb, and under the moonlight, aside from a row of glaring white tombstones, there was no sign of Cao Bao.
At that moment, everything in front of her suddenly vanished.
Xia Xiaoyu opened her eyes to find herself staring at the upper bunk. Her heart trembled slightly as she turned over and picked up her phone from beside the pillow. It was already past nine in the morning.
The other people in the dorm were sleeping soundly; Tang Jiaying was still sprawled across her bed in an ungraceful manner, sleeping peacefully!
Yesterday's events felt like a dream, and now, the dream has ended!
They are still the same.
Xia Xiaoyu couldn't help but sigh inwardly as her gaze unintentionally fell upon the pink Pinky Panther lying awkwardly in the corner of the bed.
With its clumsy, dazed expression, she suddenly thought of the honest and simple Cao Bao from before, and her heart tightened.

Why has he become so indifferent? Moreover, Xia Xiaoyu had never seen him at the University; where could he be?
After experiencing so much, Xia Xiaoyu suddenly felt that true happiness does not require immense wealth or a very handsome person to spend a lifetime with.
In a lifetime, finding someone who can be understanding, caring, and even willing to do anything for you is what truly deserves to be cherished.
Perhaps in the past, Xia Xiaoyu felt some resentment, but now she understands!
