At midnight, the air was quiet and eerie, heavy with tension. Xia Xiaoyu was startled by the sudden sound and quickly turned to look at the Mirror. A network of lines covered the surface of the Mirror, but it did not shatter; instead, cracks appeared, and crimson blood flowed out from it.
The thick stench of blood filled the small Room, overwhelming and unbearable.
Xia Xiaoyu stared in shock at the Mirror, where a blood-soaked face reflected back at her. The face bore deep, terrifying gashes as if cut by a knife, with blood continuously oozing out.
Was this how Xia Xiaoyu began to see the woman in the Mirror after she had slashed her own face?

The bloody face of the woman in the Mirror spoke softly to Xia Xiaoyu in an incredibly eerie and strange voice.
Countless echoes emanated from every corner of the Room, piercing through her eardrums and drilling into Xia Xiaoyu's ears. The last remnants of her sanity were worn away at that moment, and she began to retreat, wanting to escape.
However, just as she was about to step out the door, she suddenly bumped into someone's embrace. Xia Xiaoyu's heart skipped a beat in fright, but when she turned around, she saw a face that calmed her down.
Zifeng smiled at her. Even though it was Midnight, his presence brought a hint of warmth to the cold Room.
"Sorry for being late! Leave the rest to me!"
He simply comforted Xia Xiaoyu with a smile and then walked past her. His warm cheeks turned cold as he gazed indifferently at the Mirror.
"Are you still planning to escape?"
Zifeng noticed the bloodied shadow in the Mirror that seemed to want to fade away and let out a cold sneer.
With his fingers forming a sword shape, Zifeng effortlessly drew symbols in the air towards the Mirror, strands of golden light continuously emanating from his fingertips.
"Seal..."
Zifeng coolly uttered a word, and at that moment, as his words fell, red thread-like lines spread across the entire Mirror, completely binding the figure within.
A piercing scream echoed from within the Mirror, the woman's face contorted in unimaginable pain, twisted beyond recognition.
With Zifeng's intelligence, how could she not understand that her speed was astonishing? She could shift herself at any moment through the Mirror. Therefore, Zifeng had already made some adjustments to the Mirror beforehand, and in this Room...
As Zifeng uttered the forbidden word, the Talismans hidden within the walls of the Room revealed themselves in that instant. The atmosphere, filled with sorrow and eeriness, was momentarily dispersed.

"Leave now!"
Zifeng furrowed her brow and said to Xia Xiaoyu, who stood dazed at the doorway.
Xia Xiaoyu dared not linger any longer. Seeing that Zifeng might use her abilities, she knew something unpredictable would happen next. She dashed towards the Staircase Entrance and hurriedly exited the Ancient Tower.
At that moment, Zifeng's expression darkened; she could sense that the woman's aura and resentment had intensified significantly.
