She ran forward recklessly, and in the dark night, she saw a small house wrapped in shadows ahead. From the weathered cracks, faint glimmers of light shone through!
It was ancient and lifeless; in front of her was a broken door, old and dilapidated. The weak light she had seen from a distance was indeed emanating from inside the house.
But Xia Xiaoyu clearly remembered that there was no such small house at the University!

The old door trembled as Xia Xiaoyu pushed against it with all her strength. She swallowed hard, pressing her back tightly against the door panel, gasping for breath...
The room was very dark, with only an ancient and cool lantern hanging in the center of the door panel!
The dim yellow light appeared even more eerie in the silent night. In this house, apart from that lantern, there was nothing else.
Xia Xiaoyu felt that something was off. A vague, heavy scent filled the room, making it hard for her to breathe.
The atmosphere grew increasingly intense, and she had a strong urge to leave.
It seemed that action came faster than thought; she didn't care what terrifying things might be outside. She turned and rushed to open the door to escape!
However, when she turned around, she was shocked.
The door had vanished. The door she leaned against was gone, leaving only a wall behind.
Xia Xiaoyu suddenly felt a chill spreading through her. It was precisely because she remembered so clearly that she felt this strongly.
This was not simple. She tried to find an exit but discovered that there was no door at all!
Xia Xiaoyu felt as if her entire body had been jolted with electricity, leaving her momentarily numb.

Just as Xia Xiaoyu felt her whole body going numb, a familiar voice suddenly floated from behind her.
Xia Xiaoyu turned around abruptly, her eyes widening as she stared into the dilapidated corner! A woman stood there, staring blankly at Xia Xiaoyu.
She is actually Lin Xi?
It feels surreal, but Xia Xiaoyu knows she is Xiao Xi, just like she was in life, unchanged except for the fact that she seems very melancholic.
She opens her mouth, seemingly wanting to say something, but Xia Xiaoyu can't hear anything!
"Xiao Xi, what are you saying? I can't hear you!"
Xia Xiaoyu speculates that perhaps there are some unfulfilled wishes from her past life that she needs help with.
Lin Xi's mouth keeps moving, but Xia Xiaoyu still cannot hear what she is saying.
Suddenly, a pair of hands, cracked and bony, reaches out from behind Lin Xi, fiercely pulling her and dragging her into the darkness!

Lin Xi cries out desperately, without tears but filled with sorrow. The Invisible Hand behind her pulls her into the darkness. A trace of unwillingness remains on her face!
Has she disappeared again?
