Chen Qiang sneered, pulling at the corner of his mouth as he pushed Zhang Xiaojia aside, impatiently saying, "Regret? What do I have to regret? As he spoke, he picked up a stack of photos from the coffee table and threw them violently at Liu Liwen's face. The photos scattered across the floor, and Liu Liwen immediately recognized them as candid shots of herself taken in Rome. The man in the photos was Joce, an Italian IT boss.
A chill ran down Liu Liwen's spine as she finally understood that Chen Qiang had come prepared. Not only had he cheated, but he also intended to turn the tables on her, accusing her of infidelity in order to fight for property and custody of their daughter during the divorce!
"Chen Qiang, stop slandering me!" Liu Liwen bent down to pick up the photos, her anger boiling over. "These photos are fake! Someone is deliberately framing me!"
"Framing? The photos are clear as day; do you still want to argue?" Chen Qiang sneered. "Liu Liwen, I advise you to be sensible and sign the divorce agreement. I might consider leaving a way out for you and our daughter!"
Unable to endure his humiliation any longer, Liu Liwen slammed the photos back into Chen Qiang's face and said firmly, "Chen Qiang, I'm telling you, I will not divorce! I will sue you! I will make you pay for what you've done!"
With that, Liu Liwen grabbed her bag and turned to leave.
"Want to leave? It's not that easy!" Chen Qiang grabbed her wrist fiercely and said menacingly, "Do you think you can escape my grasp? I've already hired the best lawyer; you're bound to lose!"
Liu Liwen shook off his hand forcefully and walked out without looking back, leaving Chen Qiang alone in the room shouting in anger.
Stepping outside, Liu Liwen took a deep breath of the cold air, trying to calm her racing emotions. She knew that what awaited her next would be a long and difficult battle, but she would not back down. For herself and for her daughter, she would fight bravely!
At that moment, a familiar voice called out from behind her: "Liwen?"
Liu Liwen turned around to see a familiar face—her senior from university, He Yichen, an experienced divorce lawyer.
"Yichen?" Liu Liwen was somewhat surprised but felt a glimmer of hope rising within her. "What are you doing here?"
"I heard about your situation and came specifically to check on you," He Yichen said with concern in his eyes. "Are you okay?"
Liu Liwen shook her head, unable to hold back her tears any longer, and they streamed down her face.
He Yichen gently patted her shoulder and said softly, "Don't be afraid, I'm here for you."
This simple sentence gave Liu Liwen an immense amount of strength. She wiped her tears, looked at He Yichen, and said firmly, "Senior Brother, are you willing to help me fight this lawsuit?"
He Yichen nodded without hesitation, "Of course, I will do everything I can to help you get what you deserve."
Meanwhile, at Chen Qiang's home, he was sitting on the sofa, smugly holding Zhang Xiaojia close and disdainfully saying, "Hmph, just her? She thinks she can compete with me? She should know her own worth!"

Next to her, He Yichen was whispering something to her; Liu Liwen nodded occasionally, both of them wearing confident smiles.

As the gavel struck, the trial officially began.
Chen Qiang slowly stood up at Wang Xiaofang's gesture. "Presiding Judge, I request that the court grant us a divorce, and I demand that my wife leave with nothing!" Chen Qiang's voice echoed in the courtroom, filled with triumph and a sense of revenge.
He seemed to envision Liu Liwen's disgraceful downfall and her ending up with nothing.
"You are talking nonsense! Those photos do not prove anything!" Liu Liwen could no longer endure Chen Qiang's slander. She stood up abruptly, pointing at the man in the photographs and exclaimed loudly, "This Mr. Joce is merely my business partner in Rome! Our relationship is completely innocent; it is not as you claim!"
"Business partner? Ha! Who would believe that?" Chen Qiang sneered. "You two are alone together abroad day in and day out and claim there’s nothing going on? Who are you trying to fool?"
"I..." Liu Liwen was momentarily speechless, unsure of how to explain herself.
"Enough! Chen Qiang, stop pretending!" He Yichen stood up, his gaze sharp as he fixed it on Chen Qiang, speaking each word clearly, "Do you think no one knows about the dirty things you've done?"
Chen Qiang's expression changed, his eyes flickering as he dared not meet He Yichen's gaze.
"Presiding Judge, I have evidence here that can prove Mr. Chen Qiang not only cheated during the marriage but also transferred joint marital assets!" He Yichen said as he handed a document to the Presiding Judge.

The Presiding Judge took the document and began to read it carefully, his brow gradually furrowing. In the audience, beads of sweat formed on Chen Qiang's forehead as he shifted uncomfortably in an attempt to hide his anxiety.
"These..." the Presiding Judge set down the document and cast a sharp glance at Chen Qiang and his lawyer, Wang Xiaofang. "These are records of Mr. Chen Qiang's hotel stays with Ms. Zhang, intimate photos, and large transfer records from Mr. Chen Qiang's account to an unknown account. Mr. Chen Qiang, do you have any explanation for this?"
Chen Qiang turned pale, his lips trembling but unable to utter a word. He looked helplessly at Wang Xiaofang, while the Presiding Judge continued to examine the document. The file contained printed materials that Wang Xiaofang avoided looking at, her eyes darting nervously.
