Yue Hui was momentarily speechless, realizing that imposing her thoughts on Jiang Chen was indeed unreasonable.

Jiang Chen did not hold it against her; his mind was entirely focused on the Spirit Stone Mine in Myanmar. Such trivial matters were not worth his concern.
The flight landed at Kun City, the capital of Southwest Province, around five o'clock in the evening.
A stunning woman came to pick them up; Yue Hui introduced her as her business partner and long-time friend.
The woman's name was Rong Xiaoyan, who also came from a family involved in the jade business. They owned their own Raw Stone Mine and had made quite a fortune from it over the years. However, due to over-extraction recently, the quality of their Raw Stones had declined, affecting their business. Nevertheless, the Rong family had established themselves in Southwest Province over many years and still held some status—though they could not compare to Yue's Jewelry Group.
"Xiao Hui! Long time no see!" Upon meeting, Rong Xiaoyan gave Yue Hui a big hug.
"It’s been half a year since we last met! I’m here on business in Southwest Province; you must keep me company for a few days," Yue Hui smiled.
"Of course! Oh? Is this your boyfriend? He looks so young—he must be younger than you! Quite handsome too; which wealthy family does he come from?" Rong Xiaoyan teased as she noticed Jiang Chen standing nearby.
"Xiao Yan, don’t be silly! This is Mr. Jiang; he’s an expert in jade and is interested in this Raw Stone venture as well," Yue Hui quickly clarified.
"A jade expert? Xiao Hui, are you sure? He looks too young to be an expert! I've been around jade since childhood and wouldn’t dare call myself an expert," Rong Xiaoyan said skeptically.
"You’ll find out if he’s an expert soon enough. By the way, what’s the situation with Myanmar? Have we finalized the meeting location?" Yue Hui asked.
"It’s set for a small town near the border; it’s just across a river from Myanmar and can be a bit chaotic. Xiao Hui, you’re bringing too few people; you should bring more to bolster your presence," Rong Xiaoyan advised.
"I’m here for business, not a fight. As long as we’re within Huaxia territory, there’s nothing to fear. Besides, I won’t be alone; there will be dozens of jewelers gathered together—what danger could there possibly be?" Yue Hui replied nonchalantly.
"That’s true! Come on; I’ve arranged a hotel for you both. We’ll stay in Kun City tonight and head out tomorrow morning. Oh right, Xiao Hui! Since you’ve finally come to Kun City, should we have some fun tonight?" Rong Xiaoyan suggested with a smile.
"Forget it, there are things to do tomorrow! I'm quite tired today, so it's better to rest early," Yue Hui declined her suggestion.
The group settled into a five-star hotel in Kun City, and dinner was also arranged at the hotel. After finishing their meal, everyone returned to their rooms to rest.
The night passed without incident. Early the next morning, Rong Xiaoyan called for two vehicles: a GL8 and a Land Rover Range Rover. Rong Xiaoyan personally drove the Land Rover, taking Jiang Chen and Yue Hui to the border town.
A few hours later, they exited the highway and entered a county road in Southwest Province. The landscape was mountainous and picturesque. Eventually, they arrived at a border town named Qingstone Town. Due to its location, the town was somewhat quiet.
However, today it was quite lively, with many luxury cars gathered here, their license plates indicating various provinces and cities.
"It seems the competition is quite fierce this time; there are even more people than last time," Yue Hui frowned as she observed the numerous luxury vehicles.
The Emerald Rough Mine in Myanmar had limited monthly output of raw stones and jadeite, enough to supply only five or six jewelry companies at most. With around twenty jewelry companies present this time, competition would undoubtedly be intense. When supply couldn't meet demand, prices would naturally soar.
In a courtyard within the town, over twenty jewelry companies had gathered. In the center stood a makeshift platform where an elderly man dressed in traditional robes appeared to be in his sixties. Despite his ancient attire, he lacked any ethereal aura; instead, he gave off a cunning and treacherous impression.
"Mr. Jiang, that man is the intermediary named Yao Bao. He is from Myanmar but has established a company here in Huaxia that specializes in selling Jadeite Raw Stone," Yue Hui pointed at Yao Bao and explained to Jiang Chen.
Jiang Chen nodded slightly. Since Yao Bao was the intermediary, he must know where the Spirit Stone Mine was located. After this meeting, Jiang Chen planned to have a word with him.
"Xiaohui, look! The Beijing Yubao Group and Gusu Jade Group are here too. With them around, it will be impossible for us to obtain Jadeite Raw Stone," Rong Xiaoyan said urgently as she scanned the crowd and spotted the two groups.
Yue Hui's expression grew serious as she looked over.
The three giants of Huaxia's jewelry industry were Beijing Yubao, Gusu Jade Group, and Hangcheng Yue. Among them, Yue Group was the weakest while Beijing Yubao was the strongest.
Beijing Yubao Group was a Fortune 500 company backed by one of Beijing's top families, the Hua Family.
