"Opportunity to correct mistakes? What mistakes do you want to correct?" Jiang Chen asked leisurely.
"Well..." Gao Tianqi was at a loss. He actually didn't know how many specific actions his general manager had taken against Jiang Chen, so he could only look at Chen Can.

"If Fortune Clothing wants to survive, there is a way: join us at Dongsheng Group and become one of our branches. Mr. Gao will remain as general manager, while Mr. Chen will be demoted to Vice President," Jiang Chen said slowly.
"What? Acquired by you?" Both Chen Can and Gao Tianqi were surprised and felt somewhat reluctant, especially Chen Can, who would have to be demoted to Vice President.
"It's not an acquisition; let's call it a voluntary merger! If you wait until bankruptcy, I could acquire you then. At that point, I would have even more leverage. Think it over!"
Chen Can and Gao Tianqi fell silent for a moment before Gao Tianqi spoke up first. "Director Jiang, do you mean that we would just be under the name of Dongsheng Group while everything else remains unchanged? In that case, my and Mr. Chen's positions wouldn't need to change; would that work?"
"Mr. Gao, this is your opportunity; if you want to give it up, I have no objections! The key is for you to be decisive; the quicker you decide, the less you will lose. The longer you drag this out, the greater your losses will be!"
Chen Can knew he had to take a stand now; Gao Tianqi's words reassured him. "Director Jiang, it seems I have no choice but to agree! Our company will just change its name; everything else will remain the same?"
"Since Mr. Gao is willing, management can remain unchanged. However, some aspects must change; at least I want to hold some shares! Otherwise, how can it reflect that your company is part of Dongsheng Group?"
"That's true. Having Director Jiang hold some shares would actually be beneficial for our company's development! I have no objections to that!" Since he could keep his position as general manager, Chen Can quickly expressed his agreement.
With Chen Can's approval and Gao Tianqi having no objections either, the three continued discussing specific matters while eating. They agreed to handle the relevant procedures the next day.
Fortune Clothing Company was ultimately renamed Dongsheng Group Fourth Branch.
At this point, Jiang Chen had cleared all obstacles hindering Dongsheng Group's development.
Next, Jiang Chen decided not to focus primarily on managing the company anymore. He first went to obtain a driver's license.
With a driver's license in hand, Jiang Chen decided to buy a car. After all, it was better to appear like a normal person most of the time.
He arrived at a car dealership where the salespeople did not greet him warmly because of his young age.
Jiang Chen didn’t mind and began selecting models himself.
"Hey there young man, are you here to buy a car?" A female salesperson approached him after noticing that no one was attending to him.
"Yes! Do you have any good cars to recommend?" Jiang Chen replied.
"Young man, are you buying for yourself or for your boss?"
"I'm buying for myself!"
The salesperson frowned slightly, "This is the luxury car section; you need to be careful!"
Hmm, does he think I can't afford it? Fine, I'll give him something else to worry about! Jiang Chen pointed to a Bentley, "Salesperson, can I take this car for a test drive?"
What? This is the most expensive car in the store! No way can I let such a young guy take it for a spin.
"No, this Bentley Mulsanne is worth over ten million; how can you just test drive it?"
"What do you mean by 'just test drive'?" Jiang Chen feigned confusion in response.
The salesperson was taken aback, "What I mean is, if you don't have the purchasing power, you shouldn't be trying to test drive!"
"How do you know I don't have purchasing power?"
The salesperson was stumped. This young man looked quite young, but there are plenty of rich second-generation kids nowadays; who knows if he might be one of them?
Since becoming the chairman of Dongsheng Group, Jiang Chen's attire no longer resembled that of a student, so the salesperson couldn't easily conclude that he wasn't a wealthy heir. However, she clearly wasn't willing to let him test drive without further confirmation.
"How about this? I can't make that decision; I'll go get the manager." With that, the salesperson hurried off to call their sales manager.
The sales manager arrived; she was also a woman but slightly older.
"You want to buy this car?" The sales manager looked at Jiang Chen with evident skepticism.
"Yes. Before I buy it, I'd like to take it for a test drive!" Jiang Chen nodded.
"As long as you're serious about buying, of course you can test drive it. However, I must state that do you see that price tag? This is our store's most expensive car, priced at twelve million eight hundred eighty thousand! Therefore, to verify your purchasing power before the test drive, we need to conduct a financial check!" The sales manager laid out this requirement to Jiang Chen.
Jiang Chen understood this request. After all, it's a luxury car; if something goes wrong during the test drive, most people really couldn't afford to pay for it.
"Alright." Jiang Chen readily agreed.
The sales manager led Jiang Chen to the finance office.
"This gentleman wants to buy that Bentley Mulsanne; please check if his funds are sufficient!" The sales manager instructed one of the finance staff.
What? He wants to buy a Bentley Mulsanne? The finance staff looked at such a young man with disbelief written all over her face.
Ignoring her expression, Jiang Chen took out a card and handed it to her.
The finance staff swiped Jiang Chen's card through the machine and upon seeing the displayed amount, her eyes widened in shock; she clearly found it hard to believe. However, she quickly regained her composure and returned the card to Jiang Chen, nodding at the sales manager, "He has sufficient funds in his account!"
The sales manager had already judged from the expression of the finance personnel that there was a substantial amount of money in Jiang Chen's account. His worries vanished as he led Jiang Chen back to the side of the Bentley.
"Let this gentleman test drive the car; he has the purchasing power!" the sales manager instructed the salesperson.
The salesperson felt surprised. Such a young person could actually afford such an expensive car; this meant a high commission for him!
Jiang Chen got into the Bentley and started the test drive. As soon as the Bentley moved, other salespeople regretted their oversight; such a big client had been left out in the cold! A significant bonus was now going to someone else.
After feeling satisfied with the test drive, Jiang Chen immediately paid a deposit. He couldn't take the car right away because there was only one sample car available for such luxury vehicles, which could not be taken away. Once the buyer paid the deposit, the car would be sent from the manufacturer. This process would take about a month since the manufacturer was overseas.
