The cold light flashed across the sky as the blade approached, swiftly moving toward the tip. The laser crescent blade was almost touching the neck of the Zombie Queen!
Blue Face Hero thought that this might just solve the problem with the Zombie Queen, but he was too naive.
A grayish-white smoke suddenly swirled before Blue Face Hero, and the Zombie Queen glided backward in a flickering shadow. She quickly extended her hands, grabbing the necks of two clones that were about to hit the ground, and slammed them together with a powerful thrust!
The two clones collided with a muffled thud, emitting a puff of smoke as they fell. However, at that very moment when the clones fell, the Zombie Queen had just released her grip, and Blue Face Hero's Thruster ignited. The charged Tianchuang Gloves were drawn back to his abdomen—this punch would shake the earth!
The immense Cosmic Energy surged forth like a towering tsunami, engulfing the Zombie Queen as Blue Face Hero unleashed his fist!
"Ugh—" The Zombie Queen was violently gnawed at by the Cosmic Energy. Any ordinary being exposed to such powerful radiation would have turned to dust by now.
But surrounding the Zombie Queen was a protective shield of Chaos Crystals that absorbed the incoming Cosmic Energy. After being pushed back a distance, she halted in mid-air. Upon closer inspection, Blue Face Hero was standing on the wall of a house to her left, holding a Laser Long Curved Blade in his hand as he charged toward her with an ethereal blue shadow trailing behind him!
"Are you sure you want to engage me in close combat?" The Zombie Queen spread her claws, ready to counter Blue Face Hero.
However, instead of charging directly at her, Blue Face Hero began to use his toes to propel himself off the wall, executing rapid flashes left and right. His unpredictable movements caught the Zombie Queen off guard.
This was exactly what Blue Face Hero wanted.
From the lunar wars to the current battle on Earth, all enemies who had faced him knew that Nars excelled at deception and misdirection. Countless strategists from Moon Internal Human had analyzed Nars's combat tactics and combos but were astonished to find that he never employed a fixed fighting style.
Even though they understood he was unpredictable, they could never figure out how to counter his unpredictability. Making opponents aware of his tactics while ensuring they remained clueless on how to counter them—that was the terrifying aspect of Moonheart Prince Nars.
Here he comes!
Another two clones appeared! This time, they intertwined their positions with his real body and approached the Zombie Queen simultaneously, raising their Laser Long Curved Blades to strike at her…
"Is this all you can do?"
Suddenly, a bright light shone from the Zombie Queen's eyes as she unleashed a horizontal slash toward the three Blue Face Heroes before her.
Sure enough, two of them were sliced in half. The rightmost Blue Face Hero executed a perfect front flip in mid-air just as he was about to be hit!
The Zombie Queen saw him turning and realized her horizontal slash was like a pole for high jumping, while Blue Face Hero’s arched body nearly grazed it as he leaped over.
What surprised her even more was that Blue Face Hero held his Laser Long Curved Blade in his left hand while his right hand had somehow grasped a cutting launcher, pressing it against his left hand’s back and aiming at the Zombie Queen’s neck!
“Bang!”
A purple-tailed disc shot out from the barrel with an initial speed far surpassing that of a bullet…
“Snap!”
The disc sliced through the energy waves surrounding the Zombie Queen but was caught in mid-air just as it was about to complete its task—she had squeezed it with her claws!
Just before landing, Blue Face Hero slightly raised his eyebrows—he was indeed shocked by the Zombie Queen's maneuver.
However, upon closer inspection, it became clear that she hadn’t caught it with her hands; there was a minuscule energy field between her palm and the purple disc. Just as Liu Xuan had mentioned in their previous meeting, Miao Chengmin and Virgil were among only two Spirit Corps in the universe who absorbed Chaos Crystals' energy. Anyone daring enough to approach them while they tore through space to summon anti-Cosmic Energy would be devoured entirely.
This deadly little disc was no exception.
Seeing that she had caught it but knowing he wasn't standing on solid ground waiting for gravity to pull him down, Blue Face Hero immediately drew out his left-hand Laser Long Curved Blade and lunged at the Zombie Queen like a dagger.
The Zombie Queen wasn’t idle either; her reaction matched Blue Face Hero’s speed.
She swiftly grabbed hold of Blue Face Hero’s thrusting hand.
No matter how much force he exerted downward, he found that he couldn’t match her strength. He looked up to see a twisted smile forming on her grotesque face.
“Now that you’re here, don’t even think about leaving.”
With that, she forcefully twisted Blue Face Hero’s wrist outward.
“Ugh!” He groaned in pain as he tilted his head back; seizing this opportunity, she struck him hard in the chest with one claw. Blue Face Hero felt all his blood reverberating within him as if his body had been opened up completely.
A mouthful of blood splattered out.
The power suddenly severed, and the Laser Long Curved Blade along with the cutting launcher fell to the ground. The kittens on the trash can cried anxiously, circling in place.
The Zombie Queen grabbed the Blue Face Hero by the arm and lifted him into the air. At that moment, Blue Face Hero felt the Cosmic Energy within him surge violently towards the Zombie Queen, accompanied by excruciating pain.
“Ah! Ah—” Blue Face Hero struggled in her grip, but he could not break free.
“You're already quite formidable to threaten my life,” the Zombie Queen slowly raised her head to gaze at the moon in the snowy night. “However, every performance must come to an end, right? Take one last look at Kumul; it’s time to say goodbye.”
In agony, Blue Face Hero managed to squint his eyes—not out of despair, but because he sensed a glimmer of hope.
Both he and the Zombie Queen noticed that their energy fluctuations were not directed towards one another; instead, they were drawn together like magnetic powder, converging. Countless gray-white and dark blue lines collided between them—
Blue Face Hero and the Zombie Queen were both stunned.
The black specks before them began to flicker as the two energies clashed, gradually gathering more and more, connecting and piecing together!
Blue Face Hero was the first to react; he warned the Zombie Queen, “If you want to live, stop draining my energy immediately!”
“Why should I?” The Zombie Queen scoffed. “I want to see who dies first!”
The black disk expanded further, blocking the space between them, and they both felt a strong centripetal force pulling them in.
“Let go!” Blue Face Hero shouted.
The Zombie Queen tightened her grip instead.
“This is already a Fifth-Level Black Hole!”
Blue Face Hero's body was being pulled in, including the Zombie Queen. The energy connection lines between them were severed one by one; it was only then that the Zombie Queen hurriedly stopped draining Blue Face Hero’s energy.
With no more clash of energies, this Xiao Hei hole began to shrink and disappear.
In an instant before the black hole vanished, Blue Face Hero acted swiftly; he kicked his legs together forcefully at the Zombie Queen. She released her grip on him, and they both flew apart in arcs toward the ground.
Blue Face Hero ignited his Thruster immediately, trying to ascend before hitting the ground; he did rise, but just as he lifted his face, a gray-white beam struck him directly.
“Ah!” Blue Face Hero flipped in mid-air and crashed down hard.
“What a pity…” The Zombie Queen approached him with a smirk and said, “The Moonheart King’s power is nothing special after all.”
Blue Face Hero looked up at the Chaos Sphere in her hand as it grew larger…
“Buzz!”
“Boom!”
“What is that?!”
The Zombie Queen couldn’t see clearly as a sudden darkness obscured her vision. She realized that her hand pressing down on the Chaos Sphere was being gripped by another hand.
The gray-white energy wave exploded but was quickly absorbed by a descending black Force Field. The Zombie Queen widened her eyes in shock as she felt her hand being pushed away by some terrifying force.
How is this possible? Could there really be someone in this world whose power rivals mine? No, such a person does not exist in this world—but that doesn’t mean someone from outside cannot come to Earth.
“You…” The Zombie Queen could hardly believe it…
As her arm was pushed aside amidst the intertwining black and gray-white energies, she caught sight of a pair of virtual pupils burning with flames beneath the raised arm.
“Miao Chengmin.”
Blue Face Hero saw that just days ago, the Zombie King had been blasted away by the Zombie Queen; now he stood before him, blocking this seemingly insurmountable lethal attack from her!
“You shouldn’t have…” The Zombie Queen trembled as she spoke.
“Forever…”
The Zombie King pushed back against the Zombie Queen with a step.
“Don’t…”
Zombie Queen found her feet stuck in the ground, but Zombie King forcefully dragged her, leaving two deep marks behind.
"Speak your mind clearly!"
With a furious roar, Zombie King swallowed the grayish-white energy wave that surged from Zombie Queen's arms with his own dark energy.
Then, Zombie Queen was engulfed as well.
Previously, it was Zombie Queen who sent off Zombie King, but amusingly, the roles seemed to have reversed this time.
The buildings on both sides suddenly swayed, glass shattering from the energy shockwave. Cars, trucks, and trams that collided on the road were lifted into the air, seemingly as Zombie Queen’s funeral offerings.
After a strong flash, Blue Face Hero lowered his hand that had shielded his eyes, gazing at the king whose garments fluttered in the wind.
"How did you become so strong?"
As Blue Face Hero began to speak, Zombie King turned around, looking at him with gentle moonlight eyes and extending his palm.
This scene felt so familiar.
"You've really gotten stronger," Blue Face Hero said without hesitation, taking Zombie King's hand to pull himself up.
"I can't explain it either," Zombie King shook his head and pointed towards Fierce Eagle, who was still entangled with the zombies. "Is he okay?"
"Once we deal with that monster, we can help him," Blue Face Hero said as he prepared to run over but was stopped by Zombie King.
"What's wrong?" Blue Face Hero looked at Zombie King in confusion.
"She's not dead yet," Zombie King glanced towards the neighborhood that had just been flattened by his energy shockwave.
"She’s still alive?" Blue Face Hero followed his gaze—
"Trust your comrade; let's deal with that thing first." Zombie King shot a glance at Fierce Eagle, watching the shadow rushing towards them.
The accumulated snow was pushed aside by Zombie Queen’s rapid movement.
Accompanied by a chilling aura of killing intent and resentment, this time, Zombie Queen would not hold back.
"Where did you go just now?" Blue Face Hero summoned a rocket launcher while also looking at the distant shadow.
"I went to find my brothers and helped them clear the... battlefield," Zombie King brushed off the snow that had settled on his shoulder.
Nodding in understanding, Blue Face Hero ignited the thruster:
"Let's go!"
With rain-like shells launching from Blue Face Hero's shoulder, both he and Zombie King detonated the snow beneath their feet and charged towards Zombie Queen!
