Shouyang Mountain, with its towering peaks and endless ranges, is known for offering the most beautiful sunrises. The undulating ridges, resembling a Guardian beside the Sun, are why it is called Shouyang Mountain.
Finding someone in Shouyang Mountain is quite a challenge due to its vastness and the presence of forests and bushes that provide cover. Therefore, searching for a person in Shouyang Mountain is harder than climbing a mountain.
After wandering around Shouyang Mountain for a while, Li Rui felt his hands and feet growing numb. However, perseverance paid off, and he finally found his Shibo.
His Shibo was hidden in a nameless mountain in a secluded spot, specifically in a cave concealed by large trees. If it weren't for Li Rui's keen eyesight, he would have never found this place in his lifetime.
Upon seeing Shibo, Li Rui did not rush over but instead complained breathlessly, "Hey, Shibo, you really know how to hide! It was so hard to find you."
Shibo smiled and replied, "Who am I? I am your Shibo. But you are lucky; this place is said to be unfindable, yet here you are, this little rascal, stumbling upon it. Perhaps it's fate."
Not caring much about the conversation, Li Rui fell asleep halfway through. Seeing this scene, Shibo chuckled to himself, "This kid must be exhausted..."
The next day, the Sun rose above the horizon, bringing life back to the quiet dark world as everything began anew.
"Shibo, what are you hiding here for?" asked Li Rui, who had woken up an hour earlier and washed up before starting a series of "confrontations" with his Shibo.
"Hey, what do you mean by that? I am your Shibo. How could I be hiding here?" Li Rui's Shibo pretended to be angry.
With a grin, Li Rui scratched his head and thought for a while before asking, "Shibo, what plans do you have going on here? Let me hear about it."
"Let you hear?" Li Rui's Shibo smirked mischievously and added, "Why should I tell you!"
Feigning indifference, Li Rui shrugged and provocatively said, "What can an old man like you come up with? I can't believe I'm holding out hope for an Old Man."
"Oh!" Upon hearing this from Li Rui, his Shibo immediately became furious and scolded him, "Hey, Li Rui, have you forgotten how good I was to you back then? It's one thing for you to disrespectfully call me Shibo, but calling me an old man and saying I'm just an old bone—what does that mean? Even if I am an Old Man, I'm still not worse than you."
Li Rui secretly chuckled to himself. Since childhood, he had understood his Shibo's personality well; as long as he applied some provocation tactics, getting any information he wanted would be easy.
Li Rui did not express his thoughts but pretended to be surprised and asked, "Shibo, what grand plan are you working on? Can you share it with me? I would like to broaden my horizons."
As soon as he finished speaking, Li Rui's Shibo raised his head with an air of confidence and said, "Really curious?"
Li Rui nodded vigorously, his eyes shining, while inwardly he scorned Shibo and praised his own acting skills.
Li Rui's Shibo smiled and, feigning mystery, said, "This Shouyang Mountain has a Teleportation Array to the Multiverse."
"Really?" As soon as Li Rui's Shibo finished speaking, Li Rui slammed the table and stood up, asking excitedly, startling his Shibo.
Seeing Li Rui's strong reaction, Li Rui's Shibo sensed something was off; this child had something on his mind.
Li Rui's Shibo stood up and turned away, saying, "Li Rui, you didn't come to Shouyang Mountain just to visit your Shibo, did you?"
Li Rui hesitated for a moment before nodding without saying anything.
"Just as I thought..." Li Rui's Shibo sighed.
Li Rui ignored his Shibo's silent sorrow and instead asked, "Shibo, was what you just said true?"
"Hey, when have I ever lied to you? I know your character. Indeed, there is a Teleportation Array to the Multiverse in this Shouyang Mountain, but I have never been able to pinpoint its location. You should know that finding such an elusive thing in Shouyang Mountain is quite difficult."
Li Rui nodded solemnly; he understood the geographical features of Shouyang Mountain. However, he had to find it, even if it took all his time. Li Rui asked again, "Shibo, can you narrow down the area a bit?"
Li Rui's Shibo thought for a long time while Li Rui's heart raced during this period. Finally, Li Rui's Shibo spoke slowly: "I can only confirm that it is in the northwest part of this mountain."
"Great! I'll set off immediately. Thank you for the information, Shibo. I will visit again." Li Rui bowed and took a step to turn away but was called back by his Shibo.
"Li Rui, are you really not going to stay by Shibo's side?" Li Rui's Shibo sighed lightly, as if already knowing that Li Rui would not remain.
Li Rui stopped and thought for a long time, but as soon as he remembered the grudge he had yet to settle, his mind was filled with hatred. He relaxed and said, "Shibo, I can't stay here yet. I'm sorry."
With that, Li Rui walked out without looking back, heading northwest towards the mountain range.
Li Rui set off on his journey. From the moment he left his Shibo, he knew that his search for the Teleportation Array would not be short. However, he was patient because at least he now had a direction.
Day after day, from sunrise to sunset, from daylight to night... In the blink of an eye, a week had passed. During this week, Li Rui lived a life of camping outdoors. When he was hungry, he picked some fruits to eat or caught some rabbit meat. When he was tired, he rested under a tree for a while. However, each time he rested, it was never for too long because he could not afford to waste even a moment with the burden on him. Thus, he pushed himself hard; no matter how tired he felt, it didn't matter.
One day, Li Rui was resting under a large tree, looking up at the sun overhead and feeling the hot sweat running down his body. He smiled knowingly; it was a genuine smile from the heart because these fulfilling days with purpose made him very happy.
Just as Li Rui was about to continue on his way, an unusual phenomenon occurred. The clear sky that had just been there was no longer present; instead, dark clouds gathered, thunder rumbled, and the earth seemed to tremble. A fierce wind blew, rustling the leaves. This phenomenon lasted for several moments before disappearing.
Then, a stone platform rose from deep within the ground, and a faintly visible large door opened before Li Rui.
"Is this the Teleportation Array?" Although Li Rui felt puzzled inside, this phenomenon was enough to confirm that this was indeed the Teleportation Array. Li Rui stepped inside and entered the Multiverse.
