"Ah?" Li Yunyang swallowed hard. How could he compare the two? One was a master like his father, and the other was the girl he loved. Although she was no longer fully human or demon, his feelings for her had not changed.
Xiang Xueer stared at his hesitant expression and pouted, saying, "Then let’s change the topic. If your master and I fell into the water at the same time, who would you save first?"
This kind of topic was often used by many bored women to put men in a difficult position, like asking, "If your mom and I fell into the water, who would you save first?"
This really stumped Li Yunyang. Both were extremely important to him; how could he choose one over the other? He struggled to find words for a long time. Xiang Xueer huffed, released his hand, rolled her eyes at him, and turned to walk away quickly.
Standing nearby, Lian Cheng Xue and Ling Zhu exchanged glances and covered their mouths as they stifled laughter. This fool Li Yunyang didn’t know how to handle such a situation; of course he would say his master in front of his master and say her name in front of her. He was truly clueless.
"Those two are actually a couple?" Gunaara said with a look of realization. Duck shrugged immediately and replied, "Yeah, and they’re quite a noisy couple."
"Hey!" Gunaara suddenly clapped her hands as if she had discovered something new. "If I take Xiang Xueer as my master, then Li Yunyang would be my grandmaster! Oh my god, thank goodness I didn’t marry him back then; otherwise it would have been a real mess!"
Ling Zhu and Fat Ancestor turned to look at her. This girl’s mind was even more scattered than Duck's; what on earth was she thinking all day?
As night fell, the group couldn’t find an inn or village along the way, so they took a short rest inside a Ruined Temple. Li Yunyang was still tangled up in what Xiang Xueer had just said. Finally, he steeled himself, stood up, and walked into the temple.
"I have to speak honestly!" Li Yunyang gathered his courage. Once inside the temple, he found Xiang Xueer sleeping against the wall. He approached her and saw her eyes tightly closed. Quietly leaning down, he looked at her peaceful and lovely sleeping face and couldn’t help but reach out to touch her cheek.
"Are you trying to sneak attack me?" Xiang Xueer suddenly opened her eyes. Her red eyes locked onto Li Yunyang's, startling him into quickly retracting his hand. Looking at his slightly flushed face, it seemed they hadn’t been alone together for quite some time.
"Look," Xiang Xueer turned her head to glance outside. Everyone else was still outside the temple. Then she grabbed his collar and pulled him closer with a sly smile on her face, asking, "Tell me, were you just trying to steal a kiss from me?"
"I'm not!" Li Yunyang quickly shook his head. Their eyes met, and Xiang Xueer stared at his alluring thin lips, unable to resist kissing him. The sensation felt so familiar, and it always made her want more.
"Mm!" Li Yunyang was a bit surprised, but it didn't take long for him to melt under the passionate kiss, starting to respond involuntarily. The flickering candlelight danced like the eyes of a demon, yet even so, it couldn't stop their entanglement.
After their lips had intertwined several times, it ignited the long-dormant heart of Xiang Xueer. It felt wonderful; even though she was in such a state—neither human nor demon—there was someone who treated her so sincerely, and with a group of good friends around her, she felt very satisfied.
A smile of contentment appeared on Xiang Xueer's lips as she couldn't help but embrace him again, kissing his lips. Li Yunyang's breath began to grow heavy as he tightly wrapped his arms around her soft waist, skillfully prying open her lips and gently intertwining his tongue with hers.
This guy's kissing skills were becoming more and more mature; it seemed her training had paid off. She couldn't help but feel proud. Pushing against his shoulder, one hand slowly moved toward his belt, her seductive expression leaning close to his ear as she asked, "Did you study the book I gave you last time?"
Upon hearing this, Li Yunyang's face turned completely red. Last time it was that book of hers that led Lian Cheng Xue and Lan Ran Qingtian to misunderstand him, causing Duck and Ling Zhu to look down on him. This Dead Girl had such impure thoughts.
Seeing his expression, Xiang Xueer immediately knew he must have read it. She gently tapped his forehead with her finger, and Li Yunyang obediently fell to the ground. She took the opportunity to lean over him, her fiery red lips moving closer as she lightly nibbled at him, teasing his limits.
Li Yunyang felt his ears burning; for some reason, his mind was filled with the illustrations of men and women from that book, making his blood boil and his thoughts chaotic. "W-wait..."
Wait for what? Trying to refuse again? This time Xiang Xueer didn't give him a chance to refuse; she sealed his lips with a kiss, blocking all his objections.
Oh no! His body felt so hot. Li Yunyang's mind was racing; however, the heat was much better than something else below. An impulse surged within him, and he flipped over, pinning Xiang Xueer beneath him as uncontrollable wildness took over.
Kissing her lips, eyes, ears—everywhere he touched felt electrifying—he slowly began to move toward her neck, quietly slipping his hand behind her waist to unfasten her belt with a snap.
"Mm!" She couldn't help but let out a sound; the long-lost feeling was so intense and pleasurable. She tightly wrapped her arms around Li Yunyang's neck, her parched lips lightly licking: "Hurry up; I want more!"
With such a straightforward message, Li Yunyang became even more uncontrollable. He unfastened her belt, and the half-open garment revealed a red belly band that rose and fell along her chest.
"Shirley, I... I want you!" Li Yunyang shouted, his voice filled with the deepest desires from within, instantly igniting the two passionate bodies.
At this moment, Lian Cheng Xue and Ling Zhu were resting around the campfire outside the temple, completely unaware of the heated scene unfolding inside. Duck suddenly opened his eyes, shivered violently, and then stood up, groggily walking toward the temple.
"I need to pee! I want to pee!" Duck mumbled as he entered, finding a corner to relieve himself. Suddenly, he turned his head to the side and immediately spotted the two people passionately entangled on the ground across from him.
"Wow!" he exclaimed, and his stream was abruptly cut off. This startled the two in their embrace. Li Yunyang turned to see what was happening: "Duck? What are you doing here?"
"What are you guys doing?" Duck asked with a distressed expression, quickly covering his eyes and turning to run outside. Xiang Xueer slowly sat up, glancing down at her half-open clothing, her face darkening immediately.
Heavens, are you punishing me? Why is it that just when things get heated, someone comes to interrupt? The passion that had finally ignited was extinguished so abruptly.
Li Yunyang hurriedly got up from the ground, looking somewhat disheveled as he gazed at Xiang Xueer. His face, illuminated by the red candlelight, turned even redder as he scratched his head in embarrassment at being caught in such a situation.
Xiang Xueer stood up and patted his shoulder, quietly leaning in to whisper in his ear, "I'll go check on Duck. Next time, let's find a better place to continue!"
