"Clean up after me? If you have the guts, come at me. I want to see what you Saint Ten are capable of. Let me tell you, I am not someone who gets scared easily!" Xiang Xueer's words were sharp, causing veins to bulge on Feng Qingyang's forehead. The two were instantly at odds.
How did it come to this? Li Yunyang looked to the left and saw Feng Qingyang glaring angrily, then looked to the right and saw Xiang Xueer fuming with rage. This was bad; this was truly troublesome. Just as he was about to speak, both of them shouted in unison, "Li Yunyang, get out of the way!"
With a kick from each of them, before Li Yunyang could react, he was already kicked out of the battlefield, landing hard on the ground. Lan Ran Qingtian hurried over to help him up. "Brother Li, are you okay?"
"I'm fine, but something is going to happen here!" Li Yunyang turned his head anxiously and saw that the two had already taken their fight from the ground to the air. The Azure Wind Sword clashed against the White Brow Blade, with sword lights flashing and the sounds of clashing ringing out.
"Hey, hey, stop fighting!" Li Yunyang reached for his waist and suddenly thought of Gu Liu Ma. He quickly ran over to seek help. "Gu Senior, you have to hurry and persuade them to stop."
Upon hearing this, Gu Liu Ma shook his head in distress. "This... this probably won't work. Just look at Xiang Xueer, anyone who sees her would think she's a demon."
"Oh come on, there's a reason for this! Shirley just has some residual magic from a Witch in her body; she's not a demon!" Li Yunyang turned his head in frustration to look at the two still fighting in the sky, showing no signs of stopping; if anything, they were getting more intense.
Xiang Xueer, while dodging attacks, pointed at him and cursed loudly: "You old man! You killed the Heart Demon, broke the last seal, and then released the Demon Lord. Everything is your fault; why should I take the blame?"
"What did you say?" Feng Qingyang's anger flared up immediately. This little girl had no shame in her words, infuriating him to no end. He already felt guilty about the Demon Lord incident; now her words only added fuel to his rage.
"Witch." Feng Qingyang gritted his teeth in frustration, raising his hands as a swirling current of air formed in his palms. He shouted loudly and prepared to unleash his ultimate move: "Exorcism Essence: Crimson Lotus Dragon Flame Fireball!"
"Oh no! Master is going to use the Seven Character Formula!” Li Yunyang exclaimed with wide eyes and rushed forward to stand between the two fighters. “Master, don’t! You have to let me explain!”
Immediately after, Lan Ran Qingtian and Lian Cheng Xue rushed over as well. The three of them together tried to stop Feng Qingyang. “Senior Feng, please calm down; things are not as you imagine.”
At that moment, Feng Qingyang was filled with rage upon seeing that these three had blocked him. He shouted angrily, “Yunyang, get out of my way! Otherwise, I won’t be polite!”
"I told you so; this old stubborn man won't listen to anything! He's completely inflexible!" Xiang Xueer thought angrily, speaking without any regard for discretion.
Feng Qingyang's forehead was throbbing with anger, and upon hearing her words, he was furious: "Demoness, I will destroy you!"
Oh no, Master is really angry, and this Dead Girl is speaking without restraint. She quickly hugged Master's arm holding the sword: "Dead Girl, you go first; we will handle this."
"What? Why should I go first? I'm not someone who can't handle him!" Everyone knows Xiang Xueer's temper; she would never back down without a fight. Qingtian anxiously turned his head and whispered, "My dear lady, you should leave quickly. If it really comes to a fight, Sky Beyond Mountain won't spare you. Just be a bit more considerate!"
This annoying Qingtian is the one lacking consideration. Ever since I was reborn, I've changed my ways and started anew. Xiang Xueer held back her frustration and thought to herself that if it really came to blows, she wouldn't gain anything.
Before turning away, she arrogantly pointed at Feng Qingyang's nose: "Old man, let me tell you, it's not that I can't defeat you. For the sake of the people near Sky Beyond Mountain, I'll let it go today!"
"Hmph!" After she finished speaking, a puff of black smoke swirled around her feet as she turned and vanished into the night. This Dead Girl didn't forget to have her last word before leaving, which made Feng Qingyang so furious that he felt like his insides were turning green. He glared angrily and shouted, "What is going on with you all? Why are you helping this Witch?"
"Master, things aren't as they seem; let us explain!" Li Yunyang sighed and recounted the whole story. Only then did Feng Qingyang understand, but he still refused to change his stance: "Even so, I will not agree to you associating with this Witch. A Witch is a Witch; that will never change."
"Master!" Li Yunyang was taken aback. He knew Master was stubborn but never expected it to be this extreme. Was he still angry about Xiang Xueer scolding him?
Feng Qingyang fixed his gaze on Lian Cheng Xue in front of him and scrutinized her from head to toe: "Yunyang acted on his own accord. Although I haven't truly accepted you as my disciple, since you wish to be my student, keep your distance from that Witch!"
After saying this, he turned angrily to leave. Li Yunyang felt a wave of discomfort in his heart and hurriedly chased after him: "Master, where are you going?"
"I am going to investigate the whereabouts of the Demon Lord!" Feng Qingyang replied calmly and then looked at Gu Liu Ma: "I need you to wait here for the arrival of the other Saint Ten Exorcists. We will discuss our plans together later."
"Don't worry!" Gu Liu Ma nodded. Feng Qingyang ignored Li Yunyang completely and left with a flick of his sleeve, clearly still upset.
"Ah!" Li Yunyang sighed deeply, and Lian Cheng Xue beside him also sighed: "No way! Brother Li can be dismissed, but even I am not allowed to contact Shirley? This is too overbearing."
Qingtian patted both of them on the shoulder to comfort them: "Senior Feng is still angry; once he calms down, everything should be fine. Don't worry too much."

Li Yunyang shook his head. "The Demon Lord was rescued by Fire Rat and Wolf King. My master has already gone after them, and Shirley has left. I was just about to go look for her."

"You have the nerve to blame others! If it weren't for you, Shirley wouldn't have ended up like this!" Li Yunyang was already frustrated and had nowhere to vent his anger. He grabbed Duck's mouth and pulled it around vigorously, and before long, they were wrestling with each other.
Lian Cheng Xue turned to Qingtian. "Qingtian, I'm going with Brother Li to find Shirley. What are your plans?"
"I need to stay here and wait for Saint Ten and the others, so I can't go with you to find Shirley!" Lan Ran Qingtian cautioned repeatedly. "Remember, once you find Shirley, make sure she doesn't cause any more trouble; otherwise, she might become a target for everyone."
"Don't worry; we know that." Lian Cheng Xue nodded, pulling apart the two fools who were fighting and turning to head in the direction where Xiang Xueer had left.
Ling Zhu turned back to glance at Gu Liu Ma before walking over to Qingtian and quietly warned, "Qingtian, be careful!"
