Of course, some Chaos Principles may differentiate into temporary Supreme Laws. Before the Supreme Law degrades into more easily controlled Ordinary Laws, it exists in a semi-living, conscious form. Soon after, the Supreme Law will degrade into Ordinary Laws.

However, the differentiation of a Supreme Law is merely an occasional occurrence, and even if it does happen, it will ultimately degrade.

In spaces like that of Ziyu, where the Chaos Crystal Core has been taken away by others, the world will not face destruction again. This is because when the Falling Star Feather reconstructs the Principle with its own power, it does not construct a Destruction Law.
How space develops truly depends on these Masters. Sometimes they must also carry out necessary destruction.

"And very dark," Falling Star Feather added. "To be honest, inherently, people are all the same—between people and between humans and animals—there are desires and selfishness..."
