"Electronic devices have been detected inside, and we are infiltrating," Zero immediately began the intrusion into this place.
Moments later.
"Sir, the technology here is not much different from that of the Atlantic seabed. It seems there is a connection between them, and we have successfully infiltrated."
A crack opened in the rock before Ziyu, revealing an entrance about three meters wide.
"So big, could it really be inhabited by savages..." Ye Ling stepped into the entrance and entered the mountain's interior.
The style of the architecture here was completely different from that of the seabed; while the latter leaned towards technology, this place leaned towards the primitive.
"It looks like a primitive cave..." Ziyu helplessly looked at the uneven rock wall.
"Sir, don't let your guard down. Although they live here, their technology is not inferior to that of the seabed," Zero reminded.
"I know," Ziyu replied.
Though it seemed to be just rock, Ziyu discovered that there were also surveillance devices hidden in very discreet places.
"Sir, the route map has been generated. They should all be gathered in one location... and many humans are being held captive there."
"Good, let's go now," Ziyu quickened his pace. "Ye Ling, once we enter, you start attacking fiercely; just leave one person alive in the end."
When Ziyu was at the seabed, he had captured one person who refused to reveal any information even when threatened with death. This time, he decided to leave just one alive.
"This... fine..." Ye Ling had been influenced by some experiences since coming to this society... and was reluctant to kill excessively.
Ziyu walked straight into the room with no markings and then barged in.
"You guys..."
"Pop, pop, pop..."
Before Ziyu could see what those creatures were like, they were all killed by Ye Ling, lying on the ground... only one remained.
"Don't even think about committing suicide." The remaining creature, as if it were underwater and faced with danger, attempted to take its own life, but was intercepted by Ziyu in a swift move.
Ziyu began to carefully observe this creature from Shennongjia, which looked completely different from the one found underwater.
This creature had four limbs, stood over two meters tall, was covered in fur, and resembled a primitive human like the Beijing Ape Man.
"Do you know what exists at the bottom of the Atlantic? What connection do those creatures have with you?" Ziyu asked directly.
The creature remained silent, coldly staring at Ziyu.
"I'm talking to you. I know you understand our language. Tell me everything you know." After saying this, Ziyu quietly watched him.
"They are our kind; we currently have no connection." The creature finally spoke, but its words held little value.
"Why can you live openly while we can only conduct boring research here?" The creature laughed. "Anyway, it doesn't matter. After a while, the tests will be over, and you will all perish..."
"Don't think you can learn anything from me or my kind. We all have a kind of coding within us; we won't disclose any useful information, and when we are in danger, we will simply die."
The creature's mouth began to bleed.
"Wait for death, humans. With just the strength of a few of you, you cannot stop the extinction of your race."
"He's gone." Ziyu released the creature's body, which collapsed to the ground, no longer moving.
"Their body structure is basically the same as ours... and they are conducting research on us... why is that?" Ziyu truly did not understand.
"Sir, we have intercepted their recent transmission. They gathered here because they were about to send a message," Zero found a clue.
"Good, pull it up."
Ziyu walked over to a Control Panel, where there was a screen and keyboard, essentially human technology with slightly different operating methods.
Ziyu stared at the screen as it flashed a series of codes before displaying a segment of text.
"Location: Earth."
"History: Nearly five hundred thousand years."
"Testing on humans: current average values."
"Physical strength... intelligence... computational ability... endurance... body structure... current technological level..."
Below were various data points regarding humans.
"They are capturing humans to test this?" Ziyu expressed surprise, unsure of what to say. "But the investigation is indeed quite comprehensive."
The average thickness of human skin, hardness, pressure resistance... some of it is quite bizarre, covering all sorts of aspects.
"Forget it, there's no value in this information for us. We only know that they are related to something alien..." Ziyu shook his head; this information was not helpful at all.
"Let's rescue the people here and move on to the next location: the Arctic."
Ziyu brought Zero and Ye Ling to the Arctic, where the situation was the same, and they couldn't uncover anything useful.
The creatures in the Arctic had white fur, but otherwise looked just like humans.
"I have a feeling... there will be many places like this on Earth," Ziyu sensed something.
These creatures might have originally been humans, then evolved into their current forms, spreading across the world to provide detailed information about humans for some force.
"Let's head back... and see how the battlefield is doing." Ziyu felt it was a tricky situation; this matter might not yield results anytime soon.

In Outer Space, at the Qutian Star battlefield.
This war was triggered by events on Earth, so Ziyu felt he couldn't just walk away, even though the Earth incident was merely a catalyst.
"King, I am returning." Ziyu tried to re-establish contact with the Qutian Star Mother Ship. "We have some tricky matters on Earth as well, but for now, there’s no major issue. I will return first."
Ziyu left directly before, but now it’s time to explain.
“Alright, Ziyu, go ahead.” Sutton's deep voice echoed.
Ziyu's spaceship dove straight into the wormhole and arrived at the battlefield.
“What the...”
Ziyu saw that the Mother Ship of Qutian Star had completely charged to the front lines, and the high-tech weapons equipped on the spaceship were ruthlessly destroying the enemy's Fighter Jets.
“Oh no… over there.” Ziyu piloted the spaceship at maximum speed through the vacuum, heading towards the main battleship of Qutian Star where Sutton was located.
“The one below should be the core of the spaceship… someone is trying to get close to it.” Ziyu noticed a soldier's spaceship intentionally approaching the core of the Mother Ship.
The core was not exposed on the outside, but without a doubt, it was the most vulnerable part of the spaceship.
“King, there’s someone approaching your spaceship's core. Is this under your orders?” Ziyu quickly contacted Sutton for confirmation.
“Kill them…” Sutton's voice was filled with anger.
