According to Kairuoka's perception, there was more than one giant nearby; he had discovered their traces in the dense forest. Looking at the chaotic and overlapping dozens of large footprints left on the ground, he concluded that there were at least ten of them, and they were close by.
Therefore, Kairuoka stopped in his tracks and no longer ventured deeper into the forest. He was worried that Fair Connie, with her son, would not be able to withstand a surprise attack from the giants.

Just a few steps in the direction of home, a sound of a Laser Gun echoed from the woods. He felt a sense of foreboding and thought that perhaps Fair Connie had already been attacked by the giants.
Kairuoka hurriedly quickened his pace to check—sure enough, Fair Connie was engaged in a gunfight with the giants while carrying her six-year-old son Kairuot in the forest. Fair Connie was standing on a branch of a large tree, holding a large-caliber Laser Gun in both hands, glaring fiercely at the giants. At that moment, a giant lunged at her from between the trees, and Fair Connie sidestepped and fired a shot; with a loud bang, the giant was obliterated.
Fair Connie seemed to be worried about injuring her son and had no intention of getting entangled with the giants; she chose to resolve the battle using heavy firepower. The giant that had chased her had already been taken down by her several times.
The dozen or so giants that arrived afterward immediately scattered and climbed up the surrounding trees. Using the cover of the ancient trees, they surrounded Fair Connie and gradually closed in on her...

Kairuoka rushed into battle immediately. He noticed that two giants had quietly circled behind Fair Connie, intending to ambush her! Kairuoka quickly put away his Laser Gun, fearing that its power might accidentally harm mother and son. Instead, he drew his bow and arrows, nocked two arrows simultaneously, and shot them at the backs of the two giants! The giants cried out in pain and fell from the branches.
Fair Connie immediately noticed Kairuoka's support and smiled at him. With Kairuoka there, Fair Connie felt more at ease; she began to carefully observe her surroundings, activating all her senses to pinpoint and eliminate enemies hidden among the trees. Each shot was precise, preventing the giants from getting close.
Although the giants were fearless and charged forward desperately trying to reach Fair Connie, they could never outrun the bullets from her Laser Gun. One by one, they fell under her fire. The remaining few giants howled but were unwilling to accept their defeat; mindless giants attempted one last struggle, charging at Fair Connie with their large axes.
After taking down three more in quick succession, one last giant finally managed to sneak up behind Fair Connie. Just as it was about to strike her down from behind, Kairuot noticed it; he jumped up and down shouting, "Quick dodge! Mom, be careful!"
Fair Connie heard the sound and quickly dodged, narrowly escaping disaster. The giant missed its attack, and as it raised its axe to strike again, her son Kairuot unexpectedly shot the giant in one eye with the Laser Pistol he held. The giant's head exploded, and it fell from the tree, lifeless.
Only then did Fair Connie realize that her son had pulled out the Laser Pistol from her waist at some point, coincidentally hitting the giant's eye and allowing them to escape danger. She was astonished that her son showed no fear in front of the ferocious giant and even knew to shoot back at such a critical moment.
With Fair Connie's excellent shooting skills and the modern rapid-fire Laser Gun in her hand, Kairuoka was not worried about her ability to handle the dozen or so giants. He focused on how to leave a survivor; he did not finish off the two giants who had been shot down but aimed to extract Belche's hiding location from them.
Although the two giants were injured, their combat strength was not weak. They saw that Kairuoka's punches lacked sufficient power to knock them down and thought he was incapable. Despite their axes being dropped and their wounds, they still had strength left and lunged at Kairuoka.
Kairuoka dodged the giants' counterattacks and quickly struck back, landing blows that forced both giants to stagger backward. He asked, "Where is your leader Belche?"
The two giants ignored Kairuoka's question, glaring with red eyes as they bared their teeth and lunged at him again.
With a loud "bang," one giant was taken down by Fair Connie. She frowned and said loudly, "Don't waste time talking to these beasts; just finish them off quickly."
Just as Kairuoka was about to request leaving one alive, his son Kairuot, holding his Laser Pistol, shot another giant in the forehead, causing it to fall with a crash. The young boy happily exclaimed to his father, "Father, Father, I eliminated another one!"
This shot from Kairuot startled Kairuoka and Fair Connie. They hadn't expected their six-year-old son to have such precise marksmanship. Kairuoka asked his son, "Who taught you how to shoot?"
Kairuot pointed the gun at Fair Connie and said, "Mom taught me."
Seeing his son point the gun at Fair Connie frightened Kairuoka. He hurriedly stepped forward to take the gun away, saying, "You can't point a gun at your mother like that, understand?"
"This mom didn't teach me that..." the boy pouted and said, "Little Te knows now."
Kairuoka turned his head with a helpless expression and asked Fair Connie, "Have you really taught him?"
Fair Connie replied, "I usually stay at home bored by myself, so I played with him and taught him how to shoot. During the live fire, I even taught him to fire a few rounds, but I didn't pay much attention to his performance."
Kairuoka thought to himself: [Could this be Kairuot's talent? I can't underestimate this little guy; from now on, I need to increase the difficulty of the training and properly cultivate him into a talent.]
