Li Zhiqi listened in disbelief to Lin Xuan's nonsense, his mind filled with confusion and unease. Just then, he suddenly felt the lost gravity return, and his body quickly began to fall downward. His feet involuntarily pointed downwards, and the scene before him started to come into focus. Li Zhiqi was horrified to discover that they were rapidly plummeting towards an endless desert. 0

"Impossible! How could we be here?" Li Zhiqi screamed, his fear reaching its peak. His body flipped helplessly in the air, completely unable to control his direction. The wind howled in his ears, and the blazing sunlight stung his eyes. The sand on the ground was getting closer, and Li Zhiqi's screams grew more desperate. 0

However, Lin Xuan maintained that elegant pose reminiscent of the David statue, seemingly oblivious to the impending danger. His hands remained relaxed at his sides, a faint smile on his face, his gaze steady and confident. 0

"Lin Xuan!" Li Zhiqi's final cry was drowned out by the wind, and then they both fell out of the portal simultaneously. 0

Li Zhiqi landed heavily on a patch of scorching sand, feeling a sharp burning sensation radiate from his back. He immediately jumped up, painfully brushing the sand off himself, the sun's heat making him feel extremely restless and uncomfortable. 0

"Damn it, where the hell is this?" Li Zhiqi cursed as he looked around, seeing nothing but endless desert, yellow sand swirling with no hint of greenery. 0

Meanwhile, Lin Xuan still held his David-like pose, standing gracefully on the sand as if everything was part of his plan. His figure appeared so unreal under the blazing sun of the desert, resembling a statue—stable and confident. 0

"Welcome to our first stop, Zhiqi," Lin Xuan finally spoke, his voice filled with uncontrollable excitement and anticipation. "This is the desert of ancient Egypt, and we are about to face the greatest Pharaoh, Ramses II." 0

Li Zhiqi looked at Lin Xuan in disbelief, confusion and shock filling his eyes. "You... you must be kidding?" His voice trembled with fear and anger. 0

Li Zhiqi shouted hysterically, his voice filled with terror and panic: "How do you know we successfully crossed over? And why Ramses II?" His breathing quickened, heart racing; he felt on the verge of collapse. His hands waved helplessly in despair and confusion. "This is all too absurd! We have no idea where we are, let alone who Ramses II is!" 0

Lin Xuan chuckled lightly as if everything was under his control. "To demonstrate my absolute superiority, I had already set up in the X337 program that we would travel to a time when history's strongest rulers reigned." He raised his arm to point at the distant outline of a pyramid and continued, "So you don't need to worry about any issues with my program." 0

Listening to Lin Xuan's words made Li Zhiqi feel like he had plunged into chaos. He felt dizzy and couldn't comprehend every word Lin Xuan said. "Lin Xuan, what are you talking about? This is all too insane!" He rubbed his temples in an attempt to calm himself down, but everything before him made it impossible to settle. Sweat trickled down from his forehead along his cheeks; he felt as if his legs could barely hold him up. 0

Lin Xuan's demeanor remained calm as he walked over to Li Zhiqi, patting him on the shoulder, his eyes filled with determination and confidence. "Zhiqi, this is our adventure, this is our destiny. You just need to trust me, everything will be under our control." His voice was deep and powerful, as if carrying a certain magic that instilled a sense of reassurance. 0

However, just as they took a few steps, a gust of sand suddenly swept up from the distant dunes, accompanied by the sound of chaotic footsteps. Li Zhiqi looked up and saw a group of Ancient Egyptian Soldiers rushing down from the dunes, their eyes flashing with anger. They wielded spears and shields, quickly closing in on the two. 0

"Lin Xuan, they're coming!" Li Zhiqi shouted in panic, his heart racing and cold sweat trickling down. 0

Lin Xuan remained unperturbed, a confident smile playing at the corners of his mouth. "Don't worry, Zhiqi, everything is under control." He stood firm, arms crossed, his gaze resolutely meeting those soldiers charging toward them. 0

The soldiers brandished their swords and rushed forward like a tidal wave, glinting blades reflecting light with an air of menace. Then, a line of archers drew their bows, aiming at them with cold determination in their eyes. Seeing this situation, Li Zhiqi screamed in terror, "What the hell is going on?" 0

Panicking, Li Zhiqi immediately raised his hands high and knelt on the ground, signaling his surrender. His face was pale, cold sweat beading on his forehead as fear and despair filled his heart. The fierce-looking soldiers before him made him feel as if his life hung by a thread; he could only hope that this would save him. 0

Yet Lin Xuan remained standing on the sand with arms crossed like an immovable statue. His gaze was calm and resolute, a faint smile gracing his lips as if the looming crisis was hardly worth mentioning. The Ancient Egyptian Soldiers shouted loudly in a strange and hurried language, clearly issuing warnings or commands to Lin Xuan. 0

But Lin Xuan paid no mind to them, maintaining his confident posture. His eyes scanned the soldiers as if assessing their strength and movements. In response to their shouts and threats, Lin Xuan merely smiled lightly, a glimmer of wisdom flashing in his eyes. 0

"Lin Xuan, please do something quickly!" Li Zhiqi shouted in fear, his eyes filled with pleading. His heart raced so fast it felt like it might leap out of his chest. 0

Finally, Lin Xuan moved; he slowly lowered his hands and stepped forward to face the Ancient Egyptian Soldiers. His movements were graceful and composed, showing no fear. "Don't worry, Zhiqi," he said softly, his tone filled with unwavering confidence. 0

Lin Xuan stated seriously: "A king is a king because he is a king! And a king will never kneel to anyone because... a king only accepts people's admiration and worship. If a king lowers his knees, how can ordinary people express their love for him?" 0

The golden sunlight filtered through the desert heat and fell upon Lin Xuan's figure, wrapping him in a layer of divine radiance that made him appear exceptionally striking. The sunlight flickered on his shoulders and hair like gold, making him look like a deity emerging from ancient legends. 0

Li Zhiqi stood to the side, his eyes wide open, listening to Lin Xuan's words, filled with confusion and surprise. He had no idea why Lin Xuan would say such things at this moment, feeling as if everything was a bizarre dream. He wanted to make a sarcastic remark, but listening to Lin Xuan's confident and passionate words, he found himself at a loss for what to say. 0

Lin Xuan's words echoed in the air, seemingly carrying a certain magic that was irresistible. The Ancient Egyptian Soldiers were also awed by his presence, temporarily lowering their guard and gazing in astonishment at this self-assured outsider. 0
