Choosing a sect means understanding its attribute growth:
Shaolin is only suitable for the Mystic Attack route; the Attribute Stone can only be Yellow Crystal. All sect attribute resistances (ice resistance, fire resistance, Xuan Kang, poison resistance) vary from person to person.
Ming Jiao is suitable for the Fire Attack route, choosing Red Crystal.

Emei, like Wudang, is also suitable for Ice Attack and Mystic Attack. Conversely, Emei is more suited for the Ice Attack route, choosing Blue Crystal.
Starry Lodge, as seen in Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, is known for using poison, so it’s obviously on the Poison Attack route, choosing Green Crystal.
Tianshan, true to its name, is like an ice cellar, naturally following the Ice Attack route, choosing Blue Crystal.
Xiao Yao is suitable for both Fire Attack and Poison Attack. For those who dual cultivate with Lufeng, both attributes need to grow simultaneously, giving players with lower fire and poison resistance a greater chance of winning.
Murong, like Shaolin, is only suitable for Mystic Attack. Players who attack with other attributes are either foolish or pretending to be clever. As for the Heavenly Dragon, a sect where all four attributes can be chosen is not something ordinary players can handle; it doesn't matter what you choose.
Regarding attributes, Qin Shou has always been conflicted. In group fights, being resilient is quite good; therefore, the Heavenly Dragon is best suited for group battles with four attribute attacks and four types of resistance—relatively speaking, they all grow in balance."
