Daniel knew that if it weren't for his talent, he wouldn't be able to acquire this set of alchemy equipment with just 100 Magic Stones; Maxwell probably wouldn't even give him the time of day. 0

Then Daniel asked, "Master, what do you think I should brew for my first potion?" 0

"Let's start with the Stamina Potion! It's the simplest and also tests your fundamentals. If your foundation is solid, you'll find it easy to succeed. I'll personally sponsor you with a hundred Potion Materials, but don't forget to hand over the Magic Stones to me." 0

"Master, rest assured, I will gather the Magic Stones for you as soon as possible." 0

Once Daniel received the items, Maxwell jokingly scolded him, "I've given you everything; now get lost. Don't think I don't know you're trying to take advantage of me; you're not qualified for that." 0

"Yes, Master, I'm leaving right now." 0

Humming a tune, Daniel left Maxwell's Wizard Tower in high spirits. He had ways to obtain the alchemy equipment and knew what potions to brew. However, he still asked, as his intention was naturally to seek benefits from Maxwell. 0

It seemed that Maxwell was very satisfied with his performance; otherwise, he wouldn't have lent him so many items. Gathering the Magic Stones within six months wouldn't be difficult for him. 0

However, finding ways to gather the Magic Stones to purchase items and being able to borrow equipment to brew potions and earn money were two different concepts. 0

The former meant he had to scrimp and save and find every possible way to succeed. Six months would almost be wasted. It wouldn't benefit his strength improvement at all. 0

The latter meant he could start earning money right away and make full use of those six months. The benefits were self-evident. 0

There were many types of potions, and Daniel decided to brew the Stamina Potion first. 0

Well, according to Daniel's understanding, it was simply a red bottle. It could be roughly divided into two aspects: it allowed wounds to heal quickly and significantly boosted stamina after consumption. 0

In contrast was the Mental Potion, which focused on restoring Mental Power—commonly known as the blue bottle in his previous life. Brewing the Mental Potion was much more difficult and was beyond his current capabilities. 0

For his first potion brewing session, Maxwell was worried about potential issues and specifically came over to watch him. This was unique among his apprentices; at least according to Quincy’s standards, he had never seen a master so dedicated in guiding an apprentice. 0

Let Daniel feel moved. 0

The first attempt at brewing the Stamina Potion ended in failure, and it happened shortly after starting. 0

Maxwell let out a sigh of relief for some reason; he was truly afraid that Daniel would be so talented that he could succeed on his first attempt at potion-making. 0

This would make it difficult for others to bear. Compared to him, even other apprentices, including himself, were not even close. 0

"Do you know the reason for this failure in potion-making?" 0

Maxwell asked. With his extensive knowledge, he understood that Daniel failed because one of the materials used, the petals of the Blood Lotus, were not aged enough. This affected the overall effect, ultimately leading to the potion's failure. 0

Then he saw Daniel bow his head in contemplation for a moment without speaking, thinking he couldn't find the reason. Just as he was about to explain, he suddenly heard Daniel say, "It was too much Earth Dragon Blood. If I had added just a little less, it would have been better." 0

Maxwell had noticed that indeed a bit too much Earth Dragon Blood had been added. However, it shouldn't have been a problem for the Stamina Potion, and it could still be successfully brewed. 0

For some reason, upon hearing Daniel's incorrect explanation, Maxwell felt relieved as if he feared that the other party might know the real reason. Just as he was about to tell him the cause, Daniel's voice rang in his ears again. 0

"But the main issue is still that the petals of the Blood Lotus are not aged enough. It seems they are lacking two or three years; I don't know exactly how many years." 0

Cold sweat immediately broke out on Maxwell. He suddenly remembered that the petals of the Blood Lotus he had taken might have been wrong; he had used those from his Explosive Potion instead. 0

Although both were the same kind of thing, there was a difference in age. The petals used in the Explosive Potion must be four years older. 0

Daniel mentioned two or three years; while not exact, it wasn't far off either. How did he analyze that? 0

After awkwardly comforting Daniel with a few words, Maxwell nearly covered his face and fled. Being around such an extraordinary apprentice was too much of a blow to one's confidence. 0

However, what he didn't know was that with the help of chip analysis, Daniel already knew that the petals were actually four years off. He just couldn't say it outright; otherwise, it would raise suspicion. 0

You are only encountering potions for the first time, yet you can accurately tell that it has been four years, down to the last detail. It would be strange if there were no issues. 0

Daniel continued to brew potions, each time becoming simpler than the last. The main reason was that Daniel did not make the same mistakes again, and he quickly succeeded in brewing the Stamina Potion. 0

This was because he had already simulated the process of brewing the Stamina Potion hundreds of times in his mind through a chip. Based on estimates, he could have succeeded on his first attempt, but when it came to actual brewing, numerous problems arose, leading to failure. 0

This was fine; next time, even when facing other potions, Daniel would never make the same mistakes again. He would explore and experiment far beyond what others could. 0

After spending more than ten hours, Daniel successfully brewed over a hundred Stamina Potions. 0

Maxwell, who had been watching him closely, let out a sigh of relief. To be able to brew so many Stamina Potions on the first attempt was indeed remarkable and hard to believe. 0

Fortunately, he had seen extraordinary talent before; after all, he had witnessed many exceptional individuals in the Holy City. It was not uncommon for someone to become a Formal Wizard right after coming of age, and there were even prodigies who became Second-Level Wizards. Compared to those prodigies, Daniel could only be considered quite good. 0

Thinking about his talent, Maxwell's eyes lit up. Daniel was a rare genius in Pharmacology, one that appeared once in a millennium. It was truly fortunate for him to have such an apprentice. 0

What he did not know was that during most of those ten hours, Daniel was not actually brewing potions but rather meditating. Otherwise, it would have scared him to death. 0

With all the Stamina Potions in hand, Daniel found Furnal. 0

"Professor, what do you need from me? Feel free to ask if there's anything I can help with," Furnal asked with a smile. 0

The title "Professor" was Daniel's nickname or code name. He spent a long time teaching apprentices, helping them catch up on lessons, and rarely made mistakes—often better than the instructors responsible for explanations—earning him this nickname. 0

Daniel hesitated twice; no one responded, so he accepted this nickname. 0

"I've recently been studying Pharmacology and brewed a few bottles of Stamina Potion. I want to sell them for some Magic Stones." 0

"That's great! Don't worry, Professor; I'll make sure it gets done." 0

Furnal patted his chest and guaranteed that this team was originally built by him, with him as the core, using Caroline's title of Imperial Princess to attract others to join. Daniel was at most a bit clever, playing the role of a strategist among them. 0

Little did he know that ever since the last attack by the Blood Thunder Wizard Academy, Daniel had performed exceptionally well and was taken as an apprentice by Maxwell, as if he had become a different person, and from then on, he became unstoppable. 0

He pushed aside the other apprentices and became Maxwell's most valued student. 0

Now, his talent was widely spoken of in the academy. He had also become the top person in the team, pushing Furnal down, and all team members looked at him with respect, forcing him to take things seriously. 0

As he took the box, Furnal opened it and nearly dropped it in shock. Trembling hands pointed at the box as he asked, "Did you make all these potions?" 0

Inside the box were densely packed test tubes filled with potions, roughly counting to no less than a hundred; the quantity was astonishing. "Yes, so I want you to sell them under my name as soon as possible." 0

"Don't worry, I'll sell them quickly. Since it's under your name, I believe they will sell fast." 0

"By the way, after selling them, don't forget to help me exchange for three hundred portions of materials for refining mental potions. I plan to brew a Mental Potion." 0

"Okay." 0

After giving his instructions, Daniel took his leave. Neither of them noticed that throughout the process, it seemed like Daniel was leading Furnal, and their relationship had clearly changed. 0
