After sailing for another two months, the Vessels finally arrived at a port. The Flame Throne Wizard Academy was located just over ten kilometers from the port, which served as an annex to the academy. 0

The ship came to a steady stop, and Maxwell stepped out of the cabin, saying to Daniel, "Daniel, come back with me." 0

With that, he led several people off the ship, completely disregarding the other apprentices. 0

Cecil smiled wryly and greeted the other students as they disembarked. 0

Daniel responded and quickly said goodbye to Furnal, agreeing to meet in the library the next day. 0

Looking around, Daniel noticed that Maxwell was only accompanied by Jim, Sam, and four others. All of them were his apprentices, clearly showing that he had little regard for the other apprentices. 0

Once off the ship, a large carriage was parked by the roadside, pulled by four pure white Dragon Scale Horses. These horses possessed the bloodline of dragons and had dragon scale-like patterns on their hooves when fully grown. Horses with a pure bloodline could even develop dragon scales on their bellies. 0

They were incredibly fast, capable of covering five thousand kilometers in a single day and night. 0

In the duchy, each of these horses was worth tens of thousands of Gold Talers, yet here they were merely used as draft animals. 0

Sitting in the carriage, there was no sense of bumpiness; Daniel hadn’t seen any shock-absorbing measures in the carriage. It seemed that it was inscribed with an anti-shock Magic Array. 0

Upon first seeing the Flame Throne Wizard Academy, everyone was astonished. Towering buildings stood tall all around them, making them feel incredibly small as they walked through. 0

The carriage finally stopped in a corner near the mountains. Maxwell led them off and pointed to a row of neatly arranged rooms, saying, "Alright, you will live there as my apprentices from now on." 0

Daniel glanced at Regina and the others; it was impossible not to feel envious. He had taken great risks to become Maxwell's apprentice, while they were simply accepted due to their innate talent. 0

During these days, they had been following Maxwell to learn. It was evident from how rarely they saw Maxwell that there was a significant gap between them. 0

He walked directly into a metal villa that was only three or four stories tall. Each floor seemed to have an area of over three hundred square meters. While it was indeed nice, compared to other houses, it fell short in many ways. 0

Daniel was surprised. After all, he was a First-Level Wizard in the academy; how could he be living here? Was he being ostracized in the academy? Was it right or wrong for him to take him as a mentor? 0

"Welcome, new juniors. Hello, I am your senior Cyril. Don't jump to conclusions; don't be fooled by the unassuming appearance of this villa. This is the greatest wealth of our mentor. 0

Every mentor in the academy has such an unremarkable villa. It holds the academy's greatest foundation. If you ever get a chance to see its true form, I guarantee you won't dare to look." 0

Daniel had a guess; could this be the Wizard's Wizard Tower? After all, no one stipulated that a Wizard Tower had to be in the shape of a tower. 0

Several people introduced themselves to Cyril, which made him very pleased. 0

"As the first senior to meet you, I have the duty to explain a bit about Flame Throne Wizard Academy." 0

With his explanation, Daniel truly understood the layout and planning of the Wizard Academy. 0

Flame Throne Wizard Academy is located in the southwest corner of the Wizarding Continent. To the east lies the vast and mysterious Wizarding Continent, to the north is the towering Tabert Mountain Range, stretching endlessly, and to the south is an ocean called Mist Sea. 0

The Tabert Mountain Range is considered the territory of Flame Throne Wizard Academy, where all apprentice trials take place. It shares control of the Tabert Mountain Range with several other Wizard Academies. 0

As for the underground world that remains unexplored to this day, the academy has explored the first three layers, but no one knows how many layers lie beneath. 0

Flame Throne Wizard Academy has over forty thousand apprentices, mostly concentrated in the Teaching Hall, library, and Mission Area. 0

Today is the annual enrollment day of the Flame Throne Wizard Academy, which is also the unified enrollment day for all Wizard Academies in the Wizarding Continent. Although many people are being recruited, there are still distinctions. 0

The students arriving now can only be considered as prospective Wizard Apprentices. Only those who demonstrate potential within a year and achieve a Mental Power of 8 points will become true Wizard Apprentices. 0

If they fail, they will be sent back to become ordinary people. 0

However, this does not concern them. Since they have been accepted as apprentices by Maxwell, they will forever remain students of the academy until graduation. Even if they lack the wizarding talent, no one dares to send them back. 0

They do not even need to worry about the tedious enrollment procedures for new students; someone will naturally bring them the necessary items. 0

Moreover, as students of a mentor, they enjoy an implicit benefit. Generally speaking, twice a month, there will be a mentor giving lectures in the Teaching Hall, allowing Wizard Apprentices to learn about wizarding knowledge. This is free of charge. 0

However, the knowledge explained may be superficial. Often, the mentor does not attend but sends their apprentices to give explanations instead. 0

Additionally, every week, there will be a mentor lecturing in the Teaching Hall for three hours, covering more advanced knowledge. However, there is a fee for this—half a Magic Stone per session—and whether one can understand it is not the mentor's concern. 0

As students of a mentor, they can attend these lectures without paying any Magic Stones. 0

After the lecture ended, Cyril left, and Daniel prepared to find a place to stay. Jim suddenly asked him, "Daniel, why don't we live together? It would be good to look out for each other." 0

"Of course, thank you, senior. That is also my wish." 0

Daniel agreed. He knew that Jim was simply assessing his calm command on the ship and deemed him a classmate worth befriending. 0

He felt the same way; among hundreds of apprentices on the ship, only Jim could cast spells. This clearly indicated his talent. If he could build a good relationship with him, it would provide him with support in the future. 0

Sam shot him a fierce glare and silently followed Jim. Daniel smiled faintly, not taking it to heart. Unexpectedly, after being hurt by Jim, he ended up becoming Jim's sidekick. 0

What difference does a glance make? It wouldn't cost him a piece of meat, as long as it didn't interfere with him. If someone dared to trouble him, Daniel had a hundred ways to deal with them. 0

The three ultimately chose three adjacent rooms. Jim quickly selected the middle one, while Daniel and Sam took the ones on either side. He was sure that if the two were to stay together, it would be a problem. 0

The rooms were spacious, about several dozen square meters, featuring a bedroom, living room, dining area, and a stylish study. It looked freshly cleaned and very tidy. 0

Daniel was very satisfied. 0

Just as he was preparing to find Furnal and the others, someone knocked on the door. Daniel opened it to find a young man holding a blanket, who respectfully said, "Senior, this is your bedding. Additionally, as a new apprentice, the school also provides a free crystal ball and other items. I've brought everything for you. Please check." 0

"Thank you." 0

Daniel accepted the items with gratitude. As he organized them, he was surprised to find a toothbrush, a cup for rinsing, and salt serving as toothpaste—everything was quite complete. It gave him a sense of returning to university life. 0

There was also a set of apprentice gray robes. Daniel quickly changed into the gray robe. On the chest was a badge resembling a shield; this was the emblem of the Flame Throne Wizard Academy. Looking at himself in the bronze mirror, he realized it resembled Harry Potter's wizard robe quite closely. If he held a wand and wore glasses, it would look even more similar. 0
