A few days later, Zhan Lingfeng arrived at a seemingly rural area.
After observing from the shadows for a day, Zhan Lingfeng had a realization: the people of the Immortal Realm did not seem very different from those of the Mortal Realm; their way of life was even similar to that of the mortal world.
After putting on a set of clothes that resembled those of the locals, Zhan Lingfeng headed towards the village.
As he entered what appeared to be a village, Zhan Lingfeng was curious. The houses looked quite dilapidated, with some being made of brick and wood.

"Alright."

When the old man handed the Jade Token back to Zhan Lingfeng, he looked somewhat surprised and said, "Senior, is this all it takes? Aren't you afraid I might be a bad person?"
The old man chuckled and replied, "In the Immortal Realm, we don't mind such things. It's a great unity now; the Celestial Court is far from here, and ordinary people cannot reach it. The Celestial Court has stated that as long as one works diligently and does not rebel, anyone can be considered a citizen."
Zhan Lingfeng was even more puzzled and asked, "Really no identification process?"
