The Masked Man chased after them, targeting Sea Never Dries Up, who had disrupted his plans.
Seeing the Masked Man charging at him in anger, Sea Never Dries Up could only draw his sword to defend himself. At that moment, Heroic Blade Eighteen Vengeances charged in with a blade drawn, attacking the Masked Man relentlessly. The beam immediately shifted position as it slowly descended again while the ground continued to sink. Nightmare Demon realized that God of Consciousness still had some consciousness remaining; he understood this was God of Consciousness's doing. As it began to descend, Nightmare Demon quickly moved to return the beam back to its original position and said, "When close to the ground, the beam serves as support; when far from it, it merely acts as a connector. God of Consciousness will return; when will he come back?"
At this moment, Yi Junsheng and Reverse Head arrived. Seeing someone else present made Nightmare Demon go wild again; he unleashed a palm strike towards Yi Junsheng and Reverse Head. Yi Junsheng exclaimed, "Oh no! It's Nightmare Demon! Why is he attacking us?" After saying this, Yi Junsheng swung his Wolf Tooth Club with all his might but unfortunately lacked sufficient Inner Strength and was sent flying hundreds of feet away with severe internal injuries. Nightmare Demon's murderous intent intensified as he attacked Premature Aging's body with a palm strike aimed at Premature Aging's lower body; both sides officially engaged in battle. Seeing this scene unfold, Yi Junsheng immediately fled from danger.
Premature Aging dodged left and right with ease as they exchanged blows in an unproductive battle; dust flew everywhere as strong winds swept through their clash causing both sides to be knocked back. Premature Aging remarked, "You are so far the only person worth my serious attention." After saying this, Premature Aging gathered energy for a thunderous strike that shook the ground and astonished spirits as he charged towards Nightmare Demon.
Nightmare Demon shouted, "Kill! Kill!" Immediately, he unleashed attacks with both hands: his left hand executed Magic Technique·Severing Tendons Without Harming Vessels, while his right hand performed the magic style Waste of Effort, Severing the Veins. The dual techniques combined created a force that could shake the sun and moon, overwhelming the heavens. Both sides suffered injuries and spat blood, and Premature Aging did not wish to continue fighting. He leaped ten zhang into the air and flew away.
