Just as Hate Blade Swordsman immersed himself in memories of the past, a guard from Drunken Red Mansion brought food into the secret chamber and called out "Dinner time," waking him from his reverie. Reflecting on old grievances deepened his hatred for Heroic Blade Eighteen Vengeances; his gloomy mood left him without an appetite as he pondered how to escape from here. Suddenly seizing an opportunity, Hate Blade Swordsman used his chains to ensnare the neck of the guard delivering food. Although he couldn't move freely himself, taking a hostage while waiting for others to come unlock him seemed like a good plan. Moments later, other guards from Drunken Red Mansion noticed that the food delivery person had not returned and came to investigate the secret chamber only to find Hate Blade Swordsman holding a hostage; they immediately reported this to the madam. The madam quickly arrived; for the sake of her guard's life, she had no choice but to compromise and released Hate Blade Swordsman. Gaining his freedom without any intention of revenge, Hate Blade Swordsman quietly left Drunken Red Mansion.
Having escaped from Smoke and Rain Absolute Flower Eighteen Floors, Yi Junsheng arrived at Tongfu Inn where he saw a familiar figure—Reverse Head. Yi Junsheng approached Reverse Head and said, "You with the reversed head! Do you know your friend Sanwei Daoist has been killed by that damned Gao Lao Dongfang Ao Long? His death was horrific! You must avenge Sanwei Daoist!"

Yi Junsheng replied lightly waving his fan several times: "That damned Tall Guy has repeatedly surrounded me and caused me trouble; I've long wanted to deal with him but my skills are too low—I’m not his match. Now that you're joining me I believe we can surely take down that murderous demon Eastern Proud Dragon together! Let’s go find him now." Thus they left Tongfu Inn in search of their enemy Eastern Proud Dragon at Martial Arts Alliance.
Eastern Proud Dragon heard the news that his enemy Yi Junsheng had escaped from Smoke and Rain, Absolute Flower, Eighteen Floors. He thought to himself: this White Face is truly lucky; even Dreamy Beauty couldn't kill him. Now that I am weak and alone, even if I confront White Face, he will have helpers, making it difficult to take revenge. It seems I need to find some strong allies. I heard that during the first round of the Martial Arts Tournament for Marriage at Murong Manor, White Face also won without a fight. He must have used some trick to prevent his opponent from competing. His opponent in the first round was Lumberjack Liu Hai. Yi Junsheng's resentment surged, Reverse Head was filled with vengeance, Eastern Proud Dragon was seething with anger, and Liu Hai radiated malice; a battle among the four was imminent. The expressions of Yi Junsheng, who looked at life as a play; the indifferent gaze of Reverse Head; the fierce countenance of Eastern Proud Dragon; and the sharp eyes of Liu Hai indicated that this great battle would surely result in casualties.
After suffering defeat against Murong Mulong, Huangfu Mingmo returned to his residence, Ming Kong Residence, intending to call upon his friend Qiu Yuxia for help. However, as soon as Huangfu Mingmo entered Ming Kong Residence, Qiu Yuxia rushed out with a sword, her demeanor frenzied and her laughter wild, indicating that she had already gone mad. Qiu Yuxia launched a fierce attack on Huangfu Mingmo, each strike aimed at his life, relentless and deadly, determined to eliminate him. Faced with the attacks of his friend who had lost her mind, Huangfu Mingmo could only defend himself while pleading, "Friend, please come to your senses!"
Having helped Yi Zhangzhi escape from Smoke and Rain, Absolute Flower, Eighteen Floors, the Celibacy Master sought out Duanmu Chong, intending to stop him from continuing his reign of terror in the martial world.
