On the distant shores of the Pacific, watching their company's stock plummet, evaporating nearly a hundred billion in just two hours, the expressions of a group of people were almost identical in their dazed shock.
"Damn it, is the Eastern power going crazy?" someone cursed angrily.
Not long ago, the Eastern power had developed a 7nm-level chip, and several international manufacturers were preparing to team up to teach this newcomer in the chip field a lesson.
But unexpectedly, before they could make their move, the Eastern power took significant action first, and it was nothing short of astonishing!
They had originally prepared for two scenarios. The first was to curb the Eastern power's chip industry, resisting its impact on the international market and engaging in a price war. The second was to pull the Eastern power into a chip alliance, sharing some market share with it to jointly dominate the global chip industry and reap its substantial profits.
However, now all of that was over!
"Are those in the Pentagon all idiots? They pushed the Eastern power to this point!" someone cursed bitterly.
The political influence of the East was too strong; cursing them was futile and might even lead to trouble, so they instinctively held back. But when it came to criticizing their own government, they were unrestrained.
In their view, the reason the Eastern power chose such a table-flipping approach must be that America's policies were too aggressive. Extreme pressure not only failed to make the Eastern power yield but instead backfired, giving it the courage to fight back with all its might!
"It's dropped again! It's dropped again!" someone exclaimed, nearly spitting blood in frustration.
At this rate, it seemed that chip companies would have wasted their efforts this year!

However, under normal circumstances, in order to constrain other countries and maintain their absolute advantage, these four systems operate under partial access status. Only during special times will additional permissions be granted for other uses by official means.
The permissions granted by the Eastern Power's Beidou System mean that even a small country can directly determine locations around the world using this system. Whether for expeditions or gathering intelligence, there are no longer any constraints.
More importantly, this is a signal. It indicates that the Eastern Power has tied its national security directly to other Third World Countries, establishing a profound alliance that goes beyond a mere economic partnership; it includes military strength as well.
