I let out a cold snort and opened the chat window between the two of them. That Xiao Na is just thinking about my husband's money.
That despicable man deceived my feelings and swindled my dowry to please that Xiao Na. I remember when I first married him, he was full of tenderness. Whenever my mother-in-law would make sarcastic remarks about me, he would scold her harshly.
But later, he said there were problems at work and needed money, even begging me on his knees. At that time, I thought he had always treated me well, and as husband and wife, we should help each other in difficult times. So, foolishly, I gave him all my money.

Feeling triumphant, I thought she wouldn't dare bully me again after this, but then I felt a tight grip on my hair from behind; it was my husband pulling me down hard until my head slammed against the table.
I heard him lower his voice and lean in close to my ear, saying, "Wife, behave yourself; otherwise, I might just kill you." He then grabbed the back of my neck and slammed it against the table four or five times before turning to his mother and saying, "Mom, you go back first; I need to talk to her."
My mother-in-law complied and went into her room. He yanked me up and forced me to look him in the eye. He said, "Right now you are nothing; all your money is in my hands. If you divorce me, you won't get a single cent. Don't think about calling the police; otherwise, I'll kill you—try it if you want."
His voice was so sinister and terrifying; even though he was breathing hot air, I couldn't help but shiver. I nodded in fear; he was a madman. His eyes told me that if I really called the police, he would definitely kill me.
Seeing me obediently nodding, he said, "My mom wants a grandchild; you'd better let your belly work hard." Then he released me and turned back into his mother's room.
Thinking of this made me laugh. Not to mention that my ovaries are already problematic; even for women without issues who only have sex a few times a year, getting pregnant would be a miracle.
"Li Shuhua, you bastard! I'll make you return everything you've taken from me!" I gripped my phone tightly, the rage in my eyes burning as if it could ignite flames.
I want a divorce! I want him to leave with nothing! All I need is evidence of his infidelity!

My mother-in-law shouted loudly. I took out my phone, captured several parts of the chat history between Li Shuhua and Xiao Na, and then put his phone back in its place.
I opened the recording on my phone, chuckled softly, opened the door, and looked down at her from above.
She was quite short, at least a head shorter than me. For a moment, she fell silent, seemingly intimidated by my unusual demeanor today.
But she quickly snapped back to reality and said, "You little brat, you scared your mother to death! Hurry up and cook!"
I smiled coldly, raised my hand, and slapped her face. Then I said, "I already know about Li Shuhua's affair. I'm telling you, this is bigamy! If I report him, he will go to jail!"
"I don't believe it! I don't believe it! Shuhua wouldn't go to jail; I need to ask him!" My mother-in-law loudly denied it, but I knew she was always suspicious and would definitely seek confirmation from her precious son.
I said, "If you don't believe me, just ask him yourself. You better be nice to me." I patted her face and gave a chilling smile.

Trembling, she took out her phone and dialed her son's number.
"Hello, Mom, what's wrong?" That bastard Li Shuhua picked up the call instantly. It was the first time I realized that after so many years of sharing a bed with him, he could answer the phone so quickly.
My mother-in-law secretly glanced at me and immediately lowered her head when she saw my chilling smile.
Older people often have poor hearing; she always kept the phone on speaker for convenience, which made it easier for me to record the conversation.
