"Uh, let's change the topic, this is too sensitive..." Azores wanted to quickly shift the conversation, sensing that something bad was about to happen. 0

"Why? What's so sensitive about it? We're just chatting, no one will care," Trick said with a teasing glance at Azores, finding his panic amusing, completely unaware of his own precarious situation. 0

"No, it's my..." Azores was already at a loss for words, even considering the thought of fleeing. 0

"Your what?" 0

"My king is watching." 0

In an instant, Azores and Trick exchanged silent glances, Trick's expression shifting from surprise to fear. The people around them began to panic, twisting their bodies as dozens of heads turned to look around. 0

Everyone stood frozen in place, their gazes converging on the direction where the Intra-Material Warship was docked. A green sky loomed above, faint outlines of the battleship visible in the space area, as if waiting for some silent judgment to descend. 0

Silence enveloped them. 0

"Don't overthink it, Azores, we—" 0

Suddenly, a tremendous roar erupted from behind Azores and Trick. A Time Portal tore open the fabric of space, and a giant mixed in dark green and white slowly emerged from it, silent and ominous. The energy waves intertwining on the massive axe it carried resembled a sealed chaotic universe. Whether it was Trick's own eyes or a figment of his fear, he could see an eye on the edge of the axe blade; the creature was peering out, sniffing for the scent of prey wherever its master went. 0

"Emperor!" 0

The sight of people half-kneeling around him was nothing new for Ban Sa. Through the trembling crowd, he immediately spotted Trick, who had inadvertently uttered those fateful words. Beneath his tightly fitted Battle Armor, no one could guess his expression at that moment. An inexplicable chill surged through Trick, freezing him in place like a statue as Ban Sa seized him. 0

"What did you just say?" 0

Ban Sa's voice resonated like a low growl from a beast; his gaping maw was already clamped around Trick's head. 0

"It was him!" 0

"Is he really Emperor Ban Sa, who swept through both realms of demons?!" 0

The staff at the supply station were genuinely astonished; this legendary figure who commanded respect across the universe had appeared right before them? The ruthless conqueror who even the Lord of the Demon Realm feared and who had swept through half of the Divine Realm? 0

However, just that one question sent shivers down their spines. 0

Trick found himself gripped by Ban Sa's hand around his neck, lifted off the ground as they locked eyes. He felt as if a giant iron claw was tightening around him; his limbs flailed helplessly against Ban Sa's overwhelming strength until he finally began to plead weakly. 0

"Emperor, I... I didn't say anything! I was just chatting with Azores!" 0

Trick's last words burst forth like they were forced through a crack in a dam, loud and desperate. 0

"I won't ask again." Ban Sa urgently needed to know the truth but had to maintain control over his emotions as the emperor of his kin. 0

Trick suddenly realized why Azores had been so tense; however, he was running out of breath now. His face was rapidly changing to an unhealthy hue, his eyes bulging out in terror and pity. 0

"Please..." Trick looked at Ban Sa with pleading eyes, weakly tapping his hand against Ban Sa's raised arm one last time. 0

With a crisp sound, Trick fell back to the ground, and Ban Sa stared down at him intently, as if timing him. 0

Azores was taken aback, realizing that as a mere civil servant, he held a low position among the top officials of the internal Human hierarchy. How could the Emperor possibly heed his words? Yet he couldn't bear to watch Trick be tortured to death, so he stepped forward and knelt, saying, "My King, show mercy! Trick is innocent; the responsibility lies with me. Please punish me instead..." 0

"Can you speak?" Ban Sa ignored Azores and coldly asked Trick, who had managed to lift his head. 0

"I can... The Chaos Crystals may no longer be in the Demon Realm; I’ve heard they have been moved." 0

Upon hearing this, Ban Sa immediately bent down closer to Trick, his green demon eyes narrowing. "Where did they go? Do you know?" 0

"The Emperor must have heard the rumors about the two crystals reuniting. I suspect they went to a place with Life Crystals... Please don’t kill me!" Trick said in sheer terror, raising his arm to shield his jaw. 0

Trick's fear stemmed from Ban Sa reaching behind him to retrieve a massive axe. A ghostly green light flickered along the blade, which seemed to have a pair of white eyes on its back, gazing at Trick like a flounder. 0

"My King!" 0

Azores surprisingly knelt down with other attendants. 0

"Show mercy, my King! He is innocent and kneels before you in hopes that you will set aside your grievances and spare his life! Trick has previously provided our colonial ship with a large amount of fusion fuel and harmonic vibration drive materials for free. I believe he must have heard of your great reputation and supported your ambitions willingly! Moreover, most supply stations in the universe still do not recognize our colonial ship. If we gain another friendly supply station—especially one as significant as this—it would be like adding wings to a tiger! My King, please reconsider!" 0

The massive axe hung in mid-air, blade pointed at Azores. After a long moment, it seemed Ban Sa had given an indication for it to return to his back. 0

Trick could no longer hold on; seeing that Ban Sa had finally put away his intimidating weapon made his eyelids flutter before he collapsed unconscious. 0

Ban Sa cast one last glance at him before turning away and lightly kicking Azores on the ground to signal him to rise. "Restock and return home, heading towards the coordinates of the Judgment Day flagship. I want your colonial ship and expeditionary headquarters to rendezvous and return to the Sun system." 0

"What about the energy costs?" Azores asked as he stood up. 0

"Pay as usual!" Ban Sa replied curtly before being sent back to the colonial ship through a Time portal. 0

That night, while Azores was organizing their course, he understood why Emperor Ban Sa had been so furious today—he knew full well how crucial this energy supply station governed by Trick was for his military expedition ambitions. Even without Trick's words, he would have remained rational; Ban Sa was using his aura to force him to reveal the truth. However, the truth infuriated Ban Sa: his plan was to artificially collect the ultimate creators of this universe—the Life Crystals and Chaos Crystals—and use their power to reconstruct the universe as he desired. After learning about the past of Inner Beings, he had decisively come to Earth to retrieve them. 0

However coincidentally, the Divine Realm believed that Life Crystals were still on Earth and sent Vanguard with Chaos Crystals to protect them from excessive harm. The timing of these two events aligned perfectly; the information gap led Ban Sa to continue leading his expeditionary forces in search of jump points in the universe while preparing to retrieve Chaos Crystals from the negative second Yulou layer of Demon Realm dimensions. Meanwhile, Chaos Crystals had quietly been moved back to Earth. The constant changes in their course frustrated both Ban Sa and his subordinates; every journey in space required meticulous planning, making such back-and-forth changes cumbersome. Everything that had transpired could have easily deceived Ban Sa if not for Trick’s casual remark that brought Earth back into Ban Sa's sights. 0

Moreover, things were different now; Earth would face the entire expeditionary force of internal Humans this time. Last year’s Xiu Sha had only led a small branch of the Sun system army. 0

"Sir, we have arrived at your destination—East Gate of Q University." 0

Liu Xuan groggily opened his eyes and turned to look outside at the world; white birch trees along the street danced with yellow-brown leaves as if waving at him. However, Liu Xuan really didn’t want to go out; it was far too cold outside. Just thinking about the biting wind made him want to curl up like a hibernating squirrel in a tree hollow and sleep until spring. 0

He took out his phone and showed his reservation confirmation for visiting. Liu Xuan successfully walked through the gates of this world-renowned university with a mission in mind—where was Dr. Xu? 0

Even with Satellite positioning provided by Xu Yicheng, he still felt lost facing reality’s road ahead. 0

If I remember correctly, Ma Yihan said in middle school that this was the university she most aspired to attend. Liu Xuan walked among the electric scooters and pedestrians, heading in the opposite direction at a time when classes had just ended. He lowered his head, following the coordinates on his satellite navigation, lost in his own world, feeling an unexpected heaviness. After the ordeal of his mother and Ma Yihan being kidnapped ended, he officially dropped out of university and became a "full-time hero" at the Military Base. However, he never considered himself a great person; it was another soul within him that was. Liu Xuan had rewritten his entire life for that soul. In contrast, Ma Yihan had always been an outstanding girl; she pursued her interest in chemical engineering at a university that Liu Xuan could not get into. Ma Yihan did not despise herself, but Liu Xuan did. He realized he was becoming increasingly sensitive; although he was more cheerful than before, he found himself thinking more about various issues, especially concerning his fate and the deep-seated inferiority ingrained in him. Perhaps his lively demeanor was merely a facade for others. 0

The steps appearing before him interrupted his thoughts. Liu Xuan shoved his hands into his pockets and looked up; he had arrived at the Polymer Materials Research Institute. 0

"Facial recognition unauthorized, entry prohibited," the access control system warned. Liu Xuan helplessly knocked on the door and picked up his phone to call Xu Yicheng. Before he could connect, Xu Yicheng appeared around the corner inside the building and opened the door for him. 0

"Uh, thanks?" Liu Xuan ventured cautiously. 0

"Better not say anything," Xu Yicheng replied without even glancing at Liu Xuan as he led him upstairs. 0

After the previous incident, Liu Xuan no longer viewed Xu Yicheng as an untouchable figure; he preferred to see him as an older brother. However, Xu Yicheng seemed intent on keeping their relationship at a casual acquaintance level. He was not good at socializing and naturally did not care much for interpersonal relationships. 0

When Liu Xuan previously submitted a document regarding the formation of The Celestial Warriors Alliance to him, Xu Yicheng internally rejected it; he preferred to remain a man who only dealt with science. Yet after sending Liu Xuan off, Xu Yicheng reflected on his encounter with Aibo. He understood that returning to the past was impossible; it would be entirely unrealistic fantasy. He struggled to discern the pros and cons between his fantasies and reality—after all, who would willingly give up a wealthy and comfortable life? 0

Xu Yicheng had considered: if he accepted the invitation to form The Celestial Warriors Alliance, what would his companion Aibo think? Aibo was not just a pet at his beck and call; they shared a bond that transcended species. Xu Yicheng wanted to understand Aibo's intentions before making a decision. However, strangely enough, no matter how many times he used the sensing stone to call Aibo over the past few days, Aibo never appeared in his visions. Xu Yicheng had no idea what was happening with the Titan Clan; he could only worry helplessly. 0

"How's life at M City Base?" After closing the door, Xu Yicheng served tea that he had prepared earlier at Liu Xuan's seat. 0

"Um, it's fine." 0

"Haha, that's good. So..." Xu Yicheng began to ask but was interrupted by Liu Xuan raising his hand. 0

"Yicheng, forgive my boldness; I'm not here for small talk," Liu Xuan said with a furrowed brow. "Time is pressing, so I'll get straight to the point. I hope you can join us." 0

"I'm over twenty years older than you," Xu Yicheng set down his teacup. "Also, I am one of the nation's top materials scientists—there's no one better." 0

Liu Xuan awkwardly scratched his head. "Sorry, Doctor. What do you think about joining the alliance?" 0

"Alright, I agree," Xu Yicheng replied readily. 0

The atmosphere in the office suddenly became awkward. 0

"Uh." Liu Xuan was already tongue-tied and couldn't think of anything to say; he decided to play along. "Then I'll contact Military Base and after we handle things here, we can set off on another day?" 0

"Did you forget something?" Xu Yicheng countered. 0

"I... forgot something?" Liu Xuan asked in confusion. 0

"You can invite me, but can you get Aibo?" 0

Liu Xuan suddenly realized it; they exchanged glances but found themselves speechless. 0
