Qin Feng looked at all the food and really didn't know where to start. The smell of the grilled meat was simply too delicious, and the pancakes looked good too, not to mention the cakes, which were even more tempting. This was just what was next to him; ahead lay an endless array of food stalls, at least a few hundred, along with many selling toys and other items. 0

Qin Fu, although he had been in Tokyo for a few years and had seen plenty of good food, couldn't help but drool at the sight of so much variety. 0

The old lady selling pancakes noticed that the one selling cakes seemed to want to steal her business. She said, "Sir, if you buy one pancake from me, I'll give you another for free! It's a great deal! You can choose any you like; they are all freshly made and very crispy." 0

The old lady selling cakes wasn't going to back down either. Seeing Qin Feng's appearance, she thought he looked like someone with money. This was a prime spot for business; she couldn't let him leave! 0

"I won't sell them for two coins each; you're lucky today—just one coin each! These are palm-sized cakes that usually sell for two coins each. Since you're new here, I'll give you a discount. Please come back often!" 0

"There are almost twenty kinds of cakes here, each with its own flavor. Hurry up and pick some; I promise to give you a good price. If you buy more, I'll throw in some extras!" 0

Thus, the two old ladies began their sales pitch against each other. After all, they both had plenty to sell, so selling a few at a discount was still profit! 0

Qin Feng had never encountered such a variety of cakes and pancakes before, especially at such low prices. He said, "Afu, go over to these two stalls and pick out some delicious cakes and pancakes while I get some grilled meat. We'll eat as we walk." 0

The two old ladies stopped arguing and each called Afu over to their stall since they could still make some sales. 0

Afu walked over first to the pancake stall and picked out several different flavors of pancakes, paying with a few coins before heading to the cake stall where he selected several types of cakes and had them packaged up. 0

Once the cakes were packed, he turned around to find Qin Feng, who was already standing in front of him holding a large grilled chicken that smelled incredibly crispy and fragrant. In his left hand was another grilled chicken wrapped in yellow paper which he handed to Afu, suggesting he eat it for dinner. 0

This kind of paper was quite good; it kept all the oil inside without getting his hands greasy. 0

Although it looked somewhat similar to the yellow paper used for hand-grabbed pancakes sold now, its quality was much better—no oil got on his hands, just on his mouth. 0

Afu didn't hesitate; his hands were already full with the packed pancakes and cakes but he managed to free up one hand to take the grilled chicken and immediately started munching on it. The taste was much better than what he had before. 0

The two of them slowly walked forward; there were just too many food stalls around that they couldn't see the end. There were at least hundreds of vendors selling food and toys, with countless people walking around holding their packed items, some already biting into their food. 0

There were many stalls just selling noodles—thick noodles, soft noodles, cold noodles, hot noodles, soup noodles, dry noodles, knife-cut noodles, pulled noodles, mixed noodles. 0

There were also stalls selling stir-fried dishes and dumplings with many varieties: chive filling, cabbage filling, celery meat filling, fatty meat filling, lamb filling, dog meat filling, beef vegetable filling—some steamed or boiled or served cold or fried. 0

There was just so much variety; the flavors must be quite good too. There were dozens of different vegetables available as well. 0

Suddenly, Qin Fu noticed a crowd gathered in a corner not far away. It wasn't a place for selling food or toys; it seemed like there was some kind of competition going on—perhaps a martial arts contest. 0

Curious about these events he had never seen before, Qin Fu quickly squeezed through the crowd. His hands were full from buying more food earlier; he almost dropped everything without noticing. 0

When he arrived at the scene, he realized it wasn't a martial arts competition but rather a Cuju match. 0

In that small area were over twenty players dressed in thick winter uniforms. They wore colored bands on their heads to distinguish their teams—one team wore red bands while the other wore yellow. 0

Each player was tall but not overweight; they were fit because playing Cuju required agility. If someone were overweight, their movements would be slow and unsuitable for this sport. 0

The players moved exceptionally nimbly as they had undergone special training. Behind them stood goalkeepers ready to defend against any incoming Cuju. If a ball went past them into the goal, it would mean losing the match. 0

In front of the goalkeepers were several defenders trying to intercept players from the opposing team while further ahead were those responsible for seizing the ball and attacking—the main players! 0

One main player wearing a red band seized the ball and quickly charged toward Yellow Team's territory when several players wearing yellow bands approached him. They seemed poised to take back possession! 0

However, he suddenly pivoted his body with incredible speed as if the ball was glued to his foot while darting past toward Yellow Team's backline. 0

Of course, several players from Red Team followed closely behind him as they dodged past Yellow Team's players while racing toward their goalkeeper. 0

Their movements were astonishingly fast; it was hard to tell how many years they had trained for this moment. Especially impressive was the first player from Red Team, who controlled the ball as if it were an extension of his foot—so smooth! 0

Qin Feng found himself captivated by this Cuju match; it truly was exciting even just watching them fight for possession of the ball—but it clearly wasn't easy. 0

Nearby there was also a large betting setup where people could bet on either Red Team or Yellow Team. A hefty man sat in a chair wearing expensive silk clothing topped with a round hat that did little to conceal his large face. 0

Many people stood around him while only one chair remained available; he appeared to be the dealer surrounded by several others holding thick wooden sticks as if guarding against troublemakers. 0

A large crowd appeared extremely excited as they waved red ribbons shouting: "Go Red Team! I bet over a hundred taels of silver! If you win this match I’ll get five times my money back! Hurry up! If you win I’ll reward you guys with dozens of taels—I’m not short on cash!" 0

The crowd cheered loudly urging Red Team players forward; if they could score a goal they would win this match—and five times their bets! 0

It seemed that Red Team had higher odds of winning which explained why so many people placed bets on them. 0

Upon closer inspection at the long table where bets were placed on Red Team, there appeared mountains of silver piled high—likely thousands of taels—while on Yellow Team’s side there was significantly less than half that amount. 0

Those betting on Yellow Team were fewer than one-third of those betting on red; although they cheered for their team they had spent considerable silver too—if they lost it would be devastating! 0

Some even cried out in despair as tears streamed down their faces—they had bet everything thinking Yellow Team would win only to lose it all now leaving them unable to support their families. 0

They looked half-dead as if defeat was already certain since members of Red Team were nearly at their goalkeeper now with several teammates trailing behind them. 0

The previously serious-looking dealer observed intently but now wore an odd smile that seemed mocking in nature. 0

Seeing this made Qin Feng feel something was off—it definitely wasn’t as simple as it appeared. 0

Just when one player from Red Team was only two meters away from kicking the ball into play—a player wearing a red band suddenly dashed out with incredible speed like wind! In an instant, the ball vanished beneath his feet as he stumbled onto the ground after missing his kick! 0

He swiftly moved toward Red Team’s territory while those from Yellow Team appeared disorganized due to being disrupted by members from Red Team. 0

Players from Red Team rushed forward trying to intercept him and reclaim possession but against his wind-like speed they felt painfully slow—before they could even reach him he slipped past them effortlessly running toward goal! 0

In just over a minute’s time he left several red team members behind closing in rapidly on their goalkeeper! 0

The goalkeeper prepared himself for an incoming shot looking somewhat flustered—if he failed then victory would slip away along with hundreds of taels worth of prize money! 0

This player from Yellow Team exuded extraordinary strength unlike anyone else—it felt like he surpassed even elite members from Red Team. 0

He radiated an unusual aura while displaying disdainful confidence akin to how wolves regard sheep—completely dismissing them! 0

With his powerful right leg extended backward gathering all his strength—the ball flew forward rapidly! What once seemed light now appeared heavy like stone filled with force! 0

The agile goalkeeper lunged but couldn’t grasp hold—the weight felt impossible! It flew out from his grasp colliding against his waist knocking him aside while letting out cries of pain! 0

That ball still retained its momentum speeding straight into goal! 0

The man wearing yellow bands showed utter contempt spitting towards where the goalkeeper stood—a clear sign of disrespect before removing his headband tossing it onto field casually walking away toward another direction. 0

With this victory secured by Yellow Team, their wealthy patron gained even more riches without needing further competition—it felt like wasting time when one match could easily defeat them all! 0

Indeed this individual wasn’t ordinary—it seemed likely that this dealer had hired him deliberately hiding within Yellow Team. Just when everyone thought victory belonged solely to Red Team, he unleashed a decisive strike turning fate upside down—a truly cunning merchant! 0

As thoughts swirled through his mind observing that mocking grin upon dealer's face—it became evident such outcomes were bound to occur eventually. 0

The previously jubilant crowd now stood dumbfounded realizing there existed such expertise capable enough single-handedly defeating members from Red Team! 0

This clearly indicated foul play—the dealer must have colluded with this player intentionally allowing him entry among ranks only revealing himself during critical moments designed purely for profit maximization! 0

Anger surged through many faces realizing how they'd been duped into losing money unfairly—they demanded justice insisting matches should be conducted fairly! 0

With competition concluded leaving nothing else worth watching—they surged toward dealer intending reclaim lost funds deeming actions outright cheating! 0

Meanwhile those who’d initially felt defeated suddenly transformed into ecstatic spirits upon witnessing victory achieved by their chosen team earning triple silver rewards effortlessly gained through sheer luck! 0

Those once slumped lifelessly upon ground sprang back up ready reclaiming lost fortunes no longer fearing financial ruin! 0
