Deer City, on the road.
"Alright, your sister is fine now," Wang Yi said.
"Really." Liu Sandao, seeing Wang Yi nod, suddenly knelt down on the ground, his voice choked with emotion as he said, "Thank you for saving my life, young master. If it weren't for you, my sister and I would probably..." As he spoke, Liu Sandao was already in tears, unable to continue.
"Okay, get up. Your sister needs some quiet now," Wang Yi said, surprised that a big man like Liu Sandao would kneel before him, leaving him at a loss for words.

Liu Qing'er lay quietly on the bed. Her previously pale face had regained some color after treatment and looked much better.
"By the way, do you know about Tiger Gang?" Wang Yi asked.
"Tiger Gang?" Upon hearing these three words, Liu Sandao looked as if struck by lightning, his face turning pale as he trembled and asked, "Why does the young master ask about them?"
Seeing Liu Sandao's reaction, Wang Yi felt a jolt in his heart as Liu Sandao continued, "Tiger Gang is the largest gang in Deer City with immense power. They control almost all underground forces in Deer City. By the way, Li the Boss's older brother and Second Brother are both members of Tiger Gang."
Wang Yi couldn't help but smile bitterly after hearing this. Noticing this expression, Liu Sandao cautiously asked, "Young master, what happened to the person who kidnapped my sister?"
"I killed him," Wang Yi replied.

"Find him. You must find him for me. In Deer City, it has always been us from Tiger Gang bullying others; no one has ever dared to bully us." Hong Lie slammed his palm on the saddle and shouted angrily, "Even if we have to dig three feet into Deer City, we will find him."
In the inn.
"Young Master, my sister has woken up," Liu Sandao exclaimed excitedly as he rushed out of the room, clearly thrilled by Liu Qing'er’s awakening.
"Oh, that's wonderful," Wang Yi replied with a smile.
Just then, a commotion erupted outside, accompanied by the sound of footsteps climbing the ladder.
"Search! No stranger is to be spared."
Wang Yi's heart sank in alarm. He quickly urged Liu Sandao to go back inside and then opened the door slightly to peek through the crack. He saw a large group of people dressed in black, wielding Pudao, storming into the inn. Everyone was so frightened that they fell silent; even the Innkeeper had hidden beneath the counter, trembling and unable to utter a word.
"Tiger Gang is here; anyone who recognizes them should get out!" shouted a man who seemed to be the leader.
"This is bad." Hearing the name Tiger Gang sent a shock through Wang Yi, and he immediately closed the door again.
"Young Master, what's happening outside?" Liu Sandao asked anxiously. Though he was a commoner, he was not foolish; he had survived for over twenty years relying on cunning and deceit.
"The people from Tiger Gang have arrived," Wang Yi said with a furrowed brow. He couldn't think of a way to avoid this situation at the moment, but time was pressing and he had no choice but to act quickly.
Liu Sandao urged urgently, "What should we do? It's all my fault; I've implicated you." He continued hastily, "Young Master, you must leave now. If you don't go now, it will be too late."
"No way. I'm leaving, what will you do?" Wang Yi shook his head.
"Young Master, you don't need to worry about us. You've already helped us siblings enough," Liu Sandao said.
"Cough, cough, Young Master, my brother is right. The people from the Tiger Gang are ruthless and kill without hesitation. If you don't leave now, it will be too late," Liu Qing'er said, stepping out with a slightly pale face.
"Sister, why are you up?" Liu Sandao hurriedly supported Liu Qing'er.
"I'm fine," Liu Qing'er shook her head, her clear gaze landing on Wang Yi. "Young Master, please hurry and leave."
Suddenly, a shout came from outside the room, "Search them one by one, don't let anyone escape."
"Young Master, it's too late," Liu Sandao's withered yellow face was filled with urgency, his two mouse-like whiskers trembling violently as if even they were shaking.
"Young Master, I know them; you can rest assured," Liu Sandao said again when he saw Wang Yi hesitating.
"Alas, take care," Wang Yi sighed deeply and swiftly leaped out of the window.
Just as Liu Sandao and his sister breathed a sigh of relief at Wang Yi's departure, the door was suddenly slammed open with a bang, and several Black-Clad Men walked in.
"You are Liu Sandao; capture these siblings!" One of them clearly recognized Liu Sandao and immediately shouted.
Liu Sandao and his sister were both Weaklings and had not cultivated; they could not withstand the brutal methods of the Black-Clad Men and were all bound.
"Whoosh."
At that moment, an explosion sounded from outside the window. The Black-Clad Men rejoiced, "Quickly, Wang Yi has been found." They then sent people to bind Liu Sandao and his sister and took them away from there.
On the desolate street, Wang Yi ran without looking back, with a group of Black-Clad Men chasing closely behind him.
Wang Yi never expected that the Tiger Gang had such a strong influence in Deer City. In no time, the entire city was filled with people trying to capture him.
"Stop right there, you can't escape."
Wang Yi was not a fool; he immediately activated Cui Gu, enhancing his Vital Energy to increase his speed, leaving the men in black far behind.
As the sun set, Deer City was shrouded in darkness, eerily silent.
In a dilapidated house on the west side of the city, Wang Yi stared at the flames, lost in thought for a long time.
The blazing fire crackled like frying beans, and the golden flames reflected Wang Yi's resolute face, making it appear exceptionally clear.
Suddenly, voices and footsteps could be heard outside the door.
"There’s light in the house; let’s go in. That person might be inside."
The evening wind swept through the window and along the street. Although the words had been scattered by the cold wind, Wang Yi heard every word clearly.
"Bang."
A fierce look flashed in Wang Yi's eyes as he extinguished the roaring flames with a gust of wind. Instantly, the room fell into darkness, where one could not see their own hand in front of their face; it became utterly silent.
Before long, with a loud bang, the tightly shut door was kicked open. Several shadows appeared at the entrance, and the cold moonlight illuminated them, resembling ghostly figures that sent chills down one's spine.
The group stood at the door, and upon seeing that the flames had been extinguished inside, their hearts skipped a beat. They all halted at the threshold and dared not step further.
The Tiger Gang members had heard that this person was extremely formidable; Li Da from the Eighth Layer had died at his hands. Entering with their own strength would be akin to seeking death.
"Who’s inside? Come out!" One of them finally mustered up the courage to shout after thinking about the hefty bounty offered by their gang.
Autumn Wind The cold wind whistled through the broken windows, creaking in the chill. The room was filled with a draft that blew against several people, chilling them to the bone.
They exchanged glances, each seeing the fear in the others' eyes. However, the thought of the high reward made them suppress their terror. The gang leader had already issued an order: anyone who killed the Li Brothers would be appointed as a hall master, and even just learning of that person's whereabouts would earn them five hundred taels of silver. Who wouldn't be tempted by such immense wealth?
"Clang."
Almost simultaneously, they drew their Pudao. "Get out here now, or your head will roll!" one shouted.
One person took advantage of the moonlight to pull out a fire starter from his waist and blew on it, igniting a flame.
At that moment, a series of whistling sounds pierced the air, accompanied by two screams. The two men at the front collapsed, their eyes wide open in disbelief. None of them had expected to die like this.
"Ah!"
The remaining three gasped in shock, too frightened to move. Their palms were sweaty around their Pudao, and their eyes were wide with fear. It seemed that Tiger Gang was not targeting Weaklings this time; that silver was not going to be easy to obtain.
"Run."
Someone among them shouted, and they turned and fled the dilapidated house in panic.
But Wang Yi, hidden in the darkness, would not let them escape so easily. With a flick of his hand, three more whistling sounds followed, and the three screamed in agony. Two of them fell dead instantly, blood gushing from their skulls.
The last one clutched his thigh, screaming as a shadow rushed out from the house and grabbed him, disappearing into the night.
In a dilapidated house in the east of the city, Wang Yi threw the man onto the ground, who cried out in pain.
"Ah! Please spare me, my lord! I am innocent; I was just following orders!" he pleaded desperately on his knees, terrified of being struck down by the devil lurking in the darkness.
"Be honest with me. Answer my questions as I ask them. Do you understand?" Wang Yi said coldly.
The person felt as if a cold wind had swept across their face, and immediately nodded like a chicken pecking at rice, saying, "I remember, my lord. May I ask if you will speak without reservation? But I hope you can spare my life."
"Do you know Liu Sandao?" Wang Yi said coldly.
"He has already been captured by our leader."
"Where is he being held?"
"In the dungeon."
"What is your leader's name and what is their realm?"
"Our leader's name is Hong Lie, Transcendence Realm, Ninth Layer."
"Hmph, you're not lying, are you?"
"No... no, every word is true. My lord, you have heard everything you need to know. You must keep your word and spare my life!"
