The Rose Window of the Abandoned Church glowed with an eerie red light under the blood moon. Lia crouched behind the dilapidated altar, pressing her trembling fingers against Kalan's bleeding wound. His silver hair had completely turned dark red, and the Silver Fur on his back was growing at an alarming rate, tearing his tattered Linen Shirt to shreds. Lia had lost her Experimental Pack during the chase and could only use the rag she tore from the altar, soaked in Holy Water, to try to slow the erosion of Dark Moon Power. 0

"Don't waste your strength," Kalan's voice came from deep within, his Yin Tong rippling with dark red waves. "The Dark Moon Power has already seeped into my spine. In two hours... I will completely transform into a Bloodthirsty Giant Wolf." 0

Suddenly, Lia's fingertips brushed against a tiny tracker embedded in his wound—a metal piece the size of a grain of rice, engraved with the Bloodfang Clan's insignia. As she pried it off with her nails, Kalan suddenly grabbed her wrist, dark red magic gushing from the wound and branding her palm with two crescent-shaped burns. 0

"This is a creation of the Bloodfang Clan." His voice became hoarse and unfamiliar. "They... have made a deal with Sebastian?" 0

In the Holographic Projection, Sebastian hovered above Ironforge City, casting a massive shadow in his Mechanical Wolf King form. The image of Lia's brother pinned to the altar replayed repeatedly, the Blood Moon Crystal glowing dark red at his temple. Each time the mechanical limb pierced the boy's shoulder blade, Lia could hear her heart being torn apart. 0

"We need answers." Lia's voice echoed beneath the church's dome. "What did your father say before he died in Silver Claw Castle's dungeon?" 0

Kalan's Yin Tong suddenly constricted. A series of cracks erupted along his spine as his skin began to split open, Silver Fur expanding outward along newly formed muscles. Lia saw that the Dark Moon Brand on his left chest was glowing, dark red magic swirling deep within the two crescent-shaped wounds as if two moons were eclipsing each other inside him. 0

"He said... Dark Moon Power is not a curse." Kalan's voice grew deep and authoritative, his silver hair moving as if stirred by an unseen wind. "It is a seal... Three Hundred Years Ago, the Silverclaw Tribe used Dark Moon Power to suppress the source of magic from Yueyue Spring, and Sebastian... he wants to break this balance using Blood Moon Crystal." 0

Lia's breath caught in her throat. She suddenly recalled that burned family tree among her mother's belongings—the last page bore the words "Yueyue Spring is a double-edged sword," accompanied by a drawing of two interlocking crescents that matched perfectly with Kalan's Dark Moon Brand. 0

"The Purification Spring... is also the source of Eternal Night?" Her voice echoed in the church dome. "Sebastian wants to plunge Ironforge City into Eternal Night so that he can..." 0

"Become the new Wolf King." Kalan suddenly let out a beast-like roar; his silver hair had fully turned dark red, and his bones were restructuring in his back. "The Dark Moon Power is rebelling!" 0

As Lia stumbled back, Kalan's spine exploded suddenly, a wolf tail covered in Silver Fur whipping out from the rupture. The dark red waves in his Yin Tong had gained dominance; Lia saw her reflection twisting and distorting in his pupils as the Crescent Rune on her wrist resonated with his Dark Moon Brand. 0

"Bite me." Lia suddenly grasped Kalan's jaw and pressed the rag soaked in Holy Water against his wound. "Use your fangs... like last time!" 0

A dangerous low growl emanated from Kalan’s throat as his wolf mouth clamped down on Lia’s wrist rune. Pain surged through her as blue light and red radiance erupted at their point of contact; countless silver runes appeared in her vision, flowing along the cracks in the church before converging on the stone bricks beneath the altar. 0

"The Purification Gate." Kalan's voice echoed within the network of runes; his Silver Fur was rapidly fading. "Three Hundred Years Ago, the Moonlight Priestess sealed away Dark Moon Power with this gate; now... it is awakening." 0

Before Lia could respond, the church doors burst open. Mechanical Werewolves from the Bloodfang Clan charged inside, their steel limbs scraping harshly against the stone bricks. The leading Mechanical Werewolf raised a firearm loaded with silver bullets when Lia suddenly pressed her hand against the altar’s stone bricks—the rune network activated instantly, wrapping both her and Kalan in dark red light. 0

When the glow dissipated, they found themselves in Silver Claw Castle’s dungeon. Lia’s boots sank into dust-covered stone bricks as she saw that iron door at the end of the cell was engraved with symbols identical to those on the altar. Kalan suddenly seized her wrist; dark red waves reflected in his Yin Tong showed what lay beyond that iron door—a werewolf corpse pierced through its chest by silver claws, its chest emblem melting under dark red light. 0

"That was my father." Kalan’s voice sounded as if it came from deep underground. "Sebastian used Blood Moon Crystal... to inject Dark Moon Power into his heart." 0

As Lia’s fingertips brushed against the runes on the iron door, a powerful surge of magic suddenly knocked her back. When she crashed against the stone wall, she saw Kalan’s silver hair gleaming once more like metal; dark red waves spread within his Yin Tong while skin on his back began to crack open, revealing wolf fur growing beneath. 0

"The Purification Gate requires blood from Moonlight Heart." Kalan’s voice became hoarse yet authoritative as drops of Yin Xue fell from his wound onto the runes; dark red light surged violently. "Now... it wants your blood." 0

Before Lia could struggle, Kalan had already pinned her against the iron door. As his fangs pierced through her wrist rune, blue light and red radiance wove together at their point of contact, dyeing the entire cell in an eerie silver hue. When her blood dripped onto the runes, the iron door suddenly swung inward to reveal a stone coffin sealed with silver powder behind it. 0

The coffin lid bore an engraving of two interlocking crescents; Lia suddenly realized this pattern matched perfectly with that page from her mother’s family tree remnants. A flicker of clarity passed through Kalan’s Yin Tong as he scraped away silver powder from atop the coffin with his claws, revealing a sleeping werewolf inside—a Female Werewolf corpse with a crescent-shaped wound on its chest glowing with dark red light similar to Kalan’s Dark Moon Brand. 0

"The Moonlight Priestess." Kalan’s voice was low as if squeezed from deep within his throat. "Three Hundred Years Ago... she sealed away Dark Moon Power with her life." 0

Lia's breath suddenly stopped. She saw the priest in the stone coffin with a Crescent Rune on his forehead, identical to her own. At the same time, two Crescent-shaped wounds on her left chest were faintly glowing, perfectly aligning with Kalan's Dark Moon Brand. 0

"Sebastian is his successor?" Lia's voice echoed above the coffin. "He wants to use the Blood Moon Crystal to break this seal..." 0

Kalan suddenly let out a beast-like roar, his silver hair moving as if caught in a wind. Dark Moon Power surged from his wound, creating two swirling Crescents in the underground chamber. As the torrent of magic struck the stone coffin, Lia suddenly saw the priest's corpse begin to glow, with pale blue magic flowing from the depths of the two Crescent wounds, intertwining with Kalan's Dark Moon Power. 0

"Purification and Eternal Night... it's just a matter of choice." Kalan's voice resonated within the whirlpool of magic. His Silver Fur was rapidly fading, but a dark red glimmer was rising from the Void in his left eye. "You must choose... either seal it again with your blood or let the Dark Moon Power consume us all." 0

Lia's fingertips once again touched the runes on the coffin, and blue light intertwined with red at their point of contact, enveloping both her and Kalan. As the light dissipated, she saw the priest in the coffin open his eyes—within those Lan Mou, a Crescent Rune identical to hers began to emerge. 0
