Luna's small figure stood in the center of the hall, her tender voice resonating with clarity as she revealed Leonard's unspeakable secret.
Her tone was flat, as if she were recounting something trivial, yet this monotone felt like a sharp knife, piercing deeply into the hearts of everyone present.
"He, Leonard Glory, has another family outside..."
The air seemed to freeze, and the sound of a pin dropping could be heard.
Aelia's beautiful face drained of color, her eyes vacant as if her soul had been stripped away.
The eldest brother clenched his fists, his knuckles turning white as he emitted a low growl.
Second Brother and Brother San exchanged glances, shock mingling with disbelief.
Qin Si gasped sharply, covering her mouth with her hands, unable to comprehend what she had just heard.
The eldest brother was the first to break the silence. He suddenly stood up and limped toward Luna, his voice trembling as he asked, "Luna, are you... are you telling the truth?" His eyes were filled with pain and anger, like a wounded beast.
Once, he had held his father in the highest regard, viewing him as a hero and willing to sacrifice everything for him, even at the cost of his own disability.
Now, this man he had idolized had betrayed the entire family, betrayed his mother, and betrayed his brothers.
Luna nodded firmly, an unusual light flickering in her deep blue eyes.
She understood that this was merely the calm before the storm.
Second Brother and Brother San also gathered around, their faces dark with anger.

Qin Si could no longer contain herself; she rushed in front of Leonard, pointing an accusatory finger at him. “Lord of the Fortress! How can you face the lady? How can you face the entire Magic Castle?!” Her voice was hoarse with rage, tears streaming down her face. Years of loyalty and respect evaporated in that moment, leaving only endless anger and disappointment.
Leonard stood there proudly, showing no sign of remorse in the face of their accusations.

“As Lord, I possess supreme power. I can do as I please; what right do you have to judge me?” His tone was exceedingly arrogant, as if he were the master of this world.
“Power? That’s all you care about!” Eldest Brother Ailya's Roar exclaimed. “You abandoned your wife for your power and betrayed your family; what right do you have to speak of power?!”
Second Brother stepped forward as well. He pointed at Leonard and spoke each word with conviction: “Who do you think you are? You’re nothing but a despicable Little One, an ungrateful beast!”
Brother San, though deeply pained, still found it hard to believe that Father could commit such acts.
He approached Leonard, choking on his words as he asked, “Father, is it true? Is what Luna said true?”
Leonard glanced disdainfully at Brother San, snorting coldly as he said, "What do children know? Don't listen to rumors!"
"Rumors? Do you dare look me in the eye and say this is all just rumors?!" Luna's voice was not loud, but it was filled with power. Her deep blue eyes seemed capable of piercing through to the very heart of a person.
Leonard could not meet Luna's gaze; he turned his head away, his eyes flickering uncertainly.
His silence spoke volumes.
Aelia had remained silent all this time, standing there like a statue.
Her eyes were hollow, devoid of any sparkle, and her body trembled slightly, as if she might collapse at any moment.
She had once loved this man deeply, giving him everything, only to discover that it had all been a deception.
Slowly, she raised her head to look at Leonard, her voice hoarse and weak. "Leonard, do you... have anything to say?"
Leonard looked at Aelia.
"Divide and conquer?" Aelia forced a bitter smile. "Do you think I would still believe you?"
"Aelia, you..."
"Enough!" Aelia interrupted Leonard sharply, her voice cold and resolute. "I don't want to hear another word from you." She turned to Luna.
Luna looked at Aelia and gently nodded.
Aelia took a deep breath and slowly said, "I want... to put an end to this with him."
She felt a storm raging within her chest, the years of loving fantasies collapsing like a beautifully crafted castle, mercilessly destroyed by a sudden tsunami, leaving only a landscape of devastation.
Her world seemed to have crumbled, each brick and tile carrying sweet memories that now turned into sharp blades that pierced her heart.
Tears swirled wildly in her eye sockets, almost spilling over, but she stubbornly clenched her teeth, forcing them back.
She couldn't cry; now was not the time for tears!
She needed this man who had betrayed her to pay the price he deserved!
Aelia slowly lifted her head, her gaze shifting from initial shock and pain to a chilling determination.

"An explanation! Leonard, you must give the Magic Castle an explanation!" her elder brother roared. He had already been disabled due to the Magic Backlash, and now his heightened emotions made him appear even more unsteady, as if he could collapse at any moment.
"Yes! An explanation! You betrayed the family and toyed with feelings; you must give us an answer!" Second Brother shouted hoarsely. He recalled being deceived by his closest friend and nearly losing his life in the Magic Dilemma. Now, with their father committing such despicable acts, his anger burned even hotter.
"Leonard, you have disappointed us greatly! Do you think you deserve our mother? Do you think you deserve us brothers?" Brother San's voice trembled with emotion. The admiration he once held for their father had transformed into deep disappointment and rage.
"Lord of the Fortress, you have gone too far! The lady has shown you true sincerity, yet you have harmed her so cruelly! You are worse than a beast!" Qin Si joined in the condemnation, pointing at Leonard as she spat out her words with such fervor that they nearly hit his face.
Lucius remained silent, standing among the crowd with a face darkened by anger.
He looked at his father, a man he had always admired, believing him to be a great Mage and a worthy Lord.
But today, he realized just how hypocritical and despicable his father truly was.
"Father," Lucius finally spoke, his voice low and hoarse, "I have always respected you, but today, you have disappointed me deeply. I hope you can confront your errors and provide an explanation to Mother and the family."
