"Your Highness!" A guard from the Dragon Tribe rushed forward upon seeing Ao Bing. "The Dragon King is waiting for you in the emergency conference hall. The situation is urgent!"
Ao Bing nodded. "Lead the way."
Inside the emergency conference hall, Ao Long Wang and several Dragon Elders had gathered around a massive crystal ball, their expressions serious. The crystal ball displayed real-time images of various oceanic regions around the world, and nearly all of them showed the same alarming phenomenon—water receding and seabeds drying up.
"Father," Ao Bing said as he hurried forward, "what's happening?"
Ao Long Wang turned, his anxiety slightly easing. "Ao Bing, you’re here. Nezha has come as well, just in time." He pointed to the crystal ball. "What you see is just the surface. The truly terrifying part is that the ocean water around the world is mysteriously disappearing, as if being drawn away by some unseen force."
"Disappearing?" Nezha asked in astonishment. "How can ocean water just vanish? Where is it going?"
An older Dragon Scholar explained, "We are investigating this issue as well. Preliminary observations suggest that the water isn't truly disappearing; rather, it is being transferred to a location we cannot detect. Even more alarming is that this phenomenon is accelerating. If it continues, we could lose 30% of the world's ocean water within a week."
"What would be the consequences of that?" Nezha pressed.
Ao Long Wang's expression grew grave. "Global climate will be thrown into chaos, oceanic ecosystems will collapse, and both the Dragon Tribe and other marine life will face extinction. The Human World will also descend into turmoil due to drastic changes in sea levels."
Ao Bing took a deep breath, forcing himself to remain calm. "Do we have any clues? Who or what could have the power to do this?"
After a moment of silence, Ao Long Wang pointed to a specific location on the crystal ball—right where the Underwater Concert Hall was situated. The image showed an unusually calm sea with a strange vortex-like structure surrounding it.
"All these anomalies seem to be related to this focal point," Ao Long Wang explained, "and this location happens to be where the Underwater Concert Hall is located."
Ao Bing stared at the image in shock. "This can't be! I was involved in every step of the design and construction of the Underwater Concert Hall; there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it."
Nezha stood beside Ao Bing and said firmly, "Ao Bing would never do anything to harm the Dragon Tribe or humanity. Someone must be manipulating things from behind the scenes."
Ao Long Wang nodded. "I believe Ao Bing. But the fact remains that whoever is behind this has exploited the location of the Underwater Concert Hall. We need to investigate immediately."
Just then, a Dragon Tribe soldier burst into the conference hall in haste. "Report to His Majesty! We’ve just received news that numerous unidentified objects have appeared around the Underwater Concert Hall area; they seem to be absorbing seawater!"
Ao Long Wang immediately commanded, "Mobilize the Dragon Tribe Guard and head to the Underwater Concert Hall at once! Ao Bing, you and Nezha should go with a reconnaissance team first to assess the situation, but don’t act recklessly—safety first!"
Ao Bing nodded seriously. "Yes, Father."
After leaving the conference hall, Ao Bing turned to Nezha, worry filling his eyes. "Nezha, this situation is very dangerous. Are you sure you want to come with me?"
Nezha grasped Ao Bing's hand without hesitation. "Of course! We are one; we’ll face whatever danger together. Besides, don’t forget—I’m a man with Demon Sphere Power!"
Ao Bing gratefully nodded as they quickly followed the Dragon Tribe reconnaissance team toward the Underwater Concert Hall.
