I was taken aback. Could this be the key to unlocking the treasure box? But what does it have to do with me? 0

Seeing my expression, Liuzi assumed I recognized the item and became anxious. "Have you remembered something? How did you and your junior brother manage to deceive me so thoroughly? Hurry up and hand over the map!" With that, Liuzi pressed the dagger firmly against A Li's back. 0

My heart tightened suddenly, but then I recalled that A Li's ropes had already been untied. With her skills, even without a weapon, she could easily defend herself. Liuzi's actions were merely an attempt to pressure me. 0

I quickly replayed Liuzi's words in my mind. He had deliberately mentioned "junior brother," and the word "Dui" was inscribed on the Arched Bronze Block. Could it be that this "Dui" referred to my junior brother? Was Liuzi trying to tell me that this was my junior brother's item, something he had accidentally left behind at the crime scene? 0

Thinking about it, I couldn't help but glance at the Bronze block again. "This thing in your hand... it's a Bronze artifact, right? That's a National Treasure! It's worth a fortune! Although it looks familiar, I can assure you it definitely doesn't belong to my junior brother. He loves money, but he can't keep secrets. If he had something of this caliber, he would have shown it off by now!" 0

For some reason, after hearing my words, Liuzi exchanged glances with Third Granduncle Master, their faces displaying a strange expression as they looked at me with curiosity. Then Liuzi seemed to think of something and quickly added, "Of course, as a law-abiding citizen, what I just said was all just a joke..." 0

I kept an eye on Third Granduncle Master and his disciple's expressions. When I mentioned "joke," they clearly showed signs of impatience, as if I had made a serious and foolish mistake by joking with them. It wasn't funny at all; Third Granduncle Master even shot me a fierce glare. 0

As I continued with, "...as the saying goes, if I found a penny on the street, I'd hand it over to the police officer. If I found such a big treasure, I'd definitely turn it in right away!" their expressions shifted again to one of incredulity—yes, incredulity. 0

Damn it, this was making me confused too! 0

It wasn't until much later that I realized Liuzi and his crew hadn't actually found anything in the tomb; that Bronze artifact was a fake they had created specifically to con me! What they didn't expect was that I truly knew nothing about it—put simply, I didn't even know who I really was. 0

Even more so, I had no idea that those around me had already laid an enormous trap for me. By the time I finally uncovered the truth, it would be too late (of course, that's another story). 0

From that moment on, Third Granduncle Master began to suspect me. However, this old fox was cunning; he didn't immediately accuse me. Instead, he subtly signaled to Liuzi and deftly shifted the topic to another matter. 0

Liuzi snorted and said, "Don't you dare put on that smirk with me! Even if you and your apprentice didn't do this, it was still your accomplices! You can't escape responsibility. There's no point in us dragging this out here. Since we're all in the same boat, why are you still so angry? Just show us the map, and we can consider the matter settled!" 0

To be honest, I had no interest in this place at all; I just wanted to hurry up and find my Yue Master. Moreover, I truly had no idea about that damned map! But after Liuzi and Third Granduncle Master pressed me for so long, I couldn't help but think that this place must be hiding some very important secret. 0

I have a strong curiosity; once I hear about a secret, I can't help but dig deeper. If I don't find out what it is, I feel restless until I do. 0

I speculated that the matter of the Bagua Underground Palace was merely a pretext. Third Granduncle Master and the others were likely there to obtain a map leading to some significant location here, which was probably related to the tomb discovered by Old Qiao. This was my bargaining chip. 0

Now that they insisted the map was with me, I might as well take this opportunity to extract some information from them. So I said, "Alright, you win! But there’s no such thing as a free lunch in this world. If you want me to share my resources, you'll need to show some sincerity." 0

Third Granduncle Master smirked slightly, revealing an expression of expected amusement. "What kind of sincerity do you want?" 0

I pretended to hesitate for a moment. "To be honest with you, I've been sneaking out without my master's knowledge these past two times. All the information I've gathered has been thanks to a friend in the same field; it can't compare to what you have on hand. If you could share a little with me, it would help us reach a cooperative understanding, wouldn't it?" 0

As soon as I uttered my clever words, Third Granduncle Master saw right through me. Yet at that moment, I remained completely oblivious, feeling quite proud of my own cleverness. 0

Third Granduncle Master was someone who enjoyed and excelled at teasing his prey, so he played along with me and asked, "Do you really think I would believe you?" 0

The moment those words left his mouth, my heart sank as I thought I'd been exposed (which I actually had). I cursed this old fox for being sharp-eyed and even sharper-witted! But then again, considering Third Granduncle Master's naturally suspicious nature—I'm male; he'd doubt me three or four times over—especially regarding such confidential matters! Perhaps he was trying to trick me! 0

Hmph! I'm not that easy to fool (though looking back now, it truly was quite foolish)! It's just a matter of scaring people; who doesn't know how to do that? Life is like a play; it's all about acting! 0

I raised an eyebrow and smiled, "Believe it or not! Anyway, I have nothing to lose. I can study it once I get my hands on the treasure. But you, Third Granduncle Master, are already several steps behind." 0

Third Granduncle Master let out an "Oh," and asked, "How so?" 0

I chuckled, "Don't you remember? I told you how many of us there are. Your people are all here, while ours have already scoured the tomb a few times!" 0

"Dammit! Master, let's not waste time with this guy. Just tie him up and give him a beating. Or we can tie up this woman instead!" Liuzi said, twisting his wrist as he pressed a dagger against A Li's neck. 0

A Li reacted quickly, sidestepping and kicking Liuzi's hand away, jumping into a defensive stance. Liuzi was furious and cursed as he raised his dagger to attack, but at that moment, Third Granduncle Master called out, "Liuzi, sit down!" 0

Liuzi grumbled in frustration but obeyed his master's command and sat down obediently. A Li, wanting to keep her distance from Liuzi, angrily moved to the stern of the boat. Throughout this time, Liuzi's eyes never left A Li, as if he feared she would suddenly jump overboard to escape. 0

After the commotion settled down, Third Granduncle Master suddenly had a revelation and said to me, "Alright, I'll exchange information with you, but there's one condition." 0
