The summer sun poured down like melted gold, casting a warm glow over the soccer field at Magic City University. The green grass stretched like an ocean, the white lines resembling waves, as a group of figures dashed across the field, chasing after a black and white sphere. 0

Li Nezha stood in the midfield, beads of sweat glistening on his forehead under the sunlight. He casually wiped his brow with his arm, his red hair dampened by sweat, sticking to his forehead and making his gaze even sharper. The Hun Tian Ling headband on his wrist had somehow loosened and now hung loosely on his arm, swaying slightly with his movements. 0

"Nezha, pass the ball!" a teammate shouted from the front line. 0

Nezha's lips curled into a smile, revealing his signature Xiao Tiger Tooth grin. Instead of passing immediately, he flicked the ball over the defender's head and quickly launched himself forward like a streak of red lightning towards the opponent's penalty area. 0

"Here he comes again!" the opposing defender gritted his teeth. 0

Nezha received the ball he had flicked past and surged forward, weaving through three defenders. With a beautiful Marseille turn at the edge of the penalty area, he evaded the last defender. Facing the goalkeeper, he feigned a move before gently pushing the ball into the net. 0

"Great goal!" His teammates on the sidelines erupted in cheers. 0

Nezha grinned widely, striking a triumphant pose before high-fiving his teammates in celebration. 0

"Nezha, you little rascal, why didn’t you pass?" Captain Chen Yang ran over and threw an arm around Nezha's neck, ruffling his signature red hair vigorously. "If you hadn’t scored, I would have kicked you off the team!" 0

"Hey, don’t mess up my hairstyle!" Nezha wriggled free and made a face. "If I hadn’t scored, that would have been embarrassing!" 0

Chen Yang chuckled helplessly. "Alright, alright, you demon child on the field, you’re something else. But next time be careful; soccer is a team sport. Playing solo like that will get you in trouble eventually." 0

"I know, I know," Nezha waved dismissively. "As long as I scored, that’s all that matters to me!" 0

The coach blew the whistle from the sidelines, signaling for the game to continue. Nezha stretched his muscles and ran back to his position. His gaze inadvertently swept over the spectator stands, and he suddenly noticed a stranger. 0

It was a boy dressed in a white shirt, sitting quietly on a bench at the edge of the field, holding a book in his hands, deeply focused. His hair was unusually light, shimmering with a faint blue hue under the sunlight, like a clear lake. Gold-rimmed glasses rested on his prominent nose, and his eyes were cast down behind the lenses, with long and thick eyelashes resembling two small fans casting a delicate shadow on his fair cheeks. 0

Nezha found himself stealing glances at the boy. His demeanor seemed out of place on the soccer field, like a piece of ice dropped into a boiling pot of oil, making one inexplicably curious to see if he would melt. 0

"Nezha, focus!" The coach's shout pulled Nezha back to the game. 0

"Got it!" Nezha withdrew his gaze and threw himself back into the match. 0

The game was intense, and Nezha's team, the Red Team, had taken a two-goal lead over the Blue Team thanks to his outstanding performance. The Blue Team players were unwilling to back down and strengthened their defense, especially marking Nezha closely—often with two players on him. But Nezha moved like a nimble fish, effortlessly navigating through the narrowest gaps. 0

"Nezha, quick! The opportunity is here!" Captain Chen Yang shouted as he broke through from the flank and passed the ball into the penalty area. 0

Nezha had already positioned himself at the edge of the box; seeing the ball coming, he immediately sprang into action to receive it. Just then, a Blue Team player lunged in for a tackle. To protect possession, Nezha leaned to one side but ended up being knocked down to the ground. 0

"Hey, that's a foul!" Nezha exclaimed as he got up from the ground, brushing off the dust from his clothes and protesting to the referee. 0

The referee blew the whistle, signaling that the Blue Team had committed a foul, granting the Red Team an opportunity for a free kick in their attacking half. 0
