The second wave of Heavenly Tribulation unleashed lightning that was twice as thick as the first. Caught off guard, Mo Wen was struck down to the ground. Regaining his composure, he climbed back up and stood ready to face the oncoming bolts. It seemed that this defiance was perceived as a challenge, as the next wave of lightning struck with even greater ferocity than anticipated. Mo Wen was knocked down again and again, rising each time. His clothes had long been shredded, and now he was enveloped in arcs of electricity. The heavenly thunder not only battered him from the outside but also triggered the Yin Yang Principle within him, generating Thunder Law. Under this dual assault, the pain he endured was multiplied, yet fortunately, aside from his disheveled appearance, he did not suffer any severe injuries. 0

Finally, the last bolt of tribulation descended, bringing with it nine strikes that rained down densely upon him, engulfing Mo Wen completely in lightning. The clouds above began to turn a fiery red, and flames started to fall from them. Before he could free himself from the lightning, he was struck by the flames. The intense heat combined with the stinging pain of the lightning made him feel as if he were submerged in a boiling pot of oil. 0

Mo Wen began to spit blood, his hair singed away by Tian Huo. At last, he broke free from the tribulation, and thanks to Kung Fu, the Thunderbolt Power was absorbed into his body. He felt somewhat lighter—not because the tribulation had passed but because he sensed an increase in his strength. However, the Jie Yun above did not grant him much time to revel in this newfound power; the second wave of fire tribulation descended. Like before, it consisted of two balls of Tian Huo that accurately landed on him. Under the influence of Tian Huo, the Yin Yang Principle within him flared up again, igniting internal and external burns. Faced with this fire tribulation, Mo Wen lost his previous composure; injuries began to accumulate on his body. 0

The desolate land beneath the Jie Yun lay in ruins. Old Lu glanced into the distance, hoping that Mo Wen's Heavenly Tribulation would end soon so they could leave this place—he sensed trouble approaching. At that moment, Mo Wen was engulfed by Tian Huo and vanished within its massive flames. Old Lu breathed a sigh of relief; although he couldn't see Mo Wen, he could sense that the young man was still alive. Finally, this Heavenly Tribulation seemed to be over; the Jie Yun above began to dissipate. As it appeared to be nearly gone, Old Lu prepared to take flight and rescue Mo Wen. However, a sudden tornado swept through the Jie Yun, which had almost vanished and now shimmered with gold. Old Lu quickly halted his movements and pulled out a jade tablet he had been holding to continue documenting the events of the Heavenly Tribulation. 0

Meanwhile, Mo Wen remained unaware of the tornado's emergence. His body was battered and bruised; believing that the Heavenly Tribulation had passed, he lay on the ground attempting to recover through Kung Fu. Suddenly feeling wind swirling around him—carrying fire and lightning—he realized these were remnants of earlier tribulations. Without time for further thought, he scrambled to his feet only to find himself surrounded by the tornado. He could distinctly feel it tearing at his skin; wounds that had yet to heal were ripped open anew as heavenly winds along with Tian Huo and thunderbolts invaded his body, wreaking havoc throughout his meridians and organs. With a violent cough, Mo Wen expelled a large mouthful of blood—the most significant since the start of this Heavenly Tribulation. 0

Watching Mo Wen engulfed by the tornado, Old Lu felt fortunate not to have entered; otherwise, not only would he have been forced into this calamity but also intensified its strength—under such conditions, Mo Wen would surely not survive. 0

At that moment, Mo Wen resembled a demon crawling out from hell—bloodied and battered. Since spitting out that blood, he hadn't stopped bleeding from all seven orifices. His arms were torn apart by the wind down to the bone, deep wounds visible across his body. He had lost all sensation of pain; all that remained was an instinctual drive to survive. 0

Under the influence of Heavenly Tribulation, a faint golden hue appeared in Mo Wen's bones before vanishing entirely. Unlike before when he lay on the ground helplessly, his remaining indomitable will kept him standing there—though the winds around him refused to let him fall. As the winds gradually weakened, a fist-sized golden liquid fell from above and seeped into Mo Wen's body before disappearing entirely; simultaneously, the Jie Yun began to dissipate as well. 0
