Under the influence of star weed, Princess Peach seemed to become a different person. After Toad finished his reminder, a sudden awakening pulled Mario back from his reverie. A hint of confusion flashed in his eyes, followed by uncontrollable anger. He looked at Toad as if he were the culprit who had interrupted a beautiful moment. His fists clenched tightly, and without any hesitation, his body instinctively reacted.
Toad didn't have time to react and only felt a sharp pain in his face as he was struck by Mario's force, sending him crashing to the ground. His face immediately swelled visibly, but he didn't get up right away. Instead, he lay on the ground, holding his face and wailing in pain.
Next to him, Luigi saw Mario's actions and seemed to be infected as well. He couldn't help but join Mario's ranks. The two brothers seemed to completely forget their identities and the activities they were engaged in. Their fists seemed to have a life of their own, constantly pounding on Toad.
Toad's body twisted in pain under the brothers' fists, his face no longer showing its original appearance, only pain and fear remained. However, Toad's heart was filled with a kind of morbid joy. He felt the power and anger released by Mario, which gave him a strange sense of satisfaction.
