When Dongzhi was four years old, his grandfather, Yun Zheng, took him to Jiangzhou to learn ballet. After just one day, he ran away and locked himself in his room, refusing to come out. He said, "It hurts too much." 0

Yun Zheng coaxed him for a long time, but Dongzhi remained stubborn. In the end, it was Deng Ting who managed to get him out. After a week in Jiangzhou, Dongzhi declared he wanted to go back to Beijing because his grandfather kept showing him ballet performances, hoping to spark his interest. 0

His grandfather asked for his opinions on the shows, and with a serious little face, Dongzhi replied, "I'm a man; I shouldn't dance." Yun Zheng patiently explained, "Boys can look great when they dance; it’s very masculine. Just look at your grandfather." 0

Yun Zheng stood up and struck a pose energetically. Dongzhi mimicked him somewhat clumsily; his position was correct, but his form was off. "Grandpa, I really don’t like it." 0

"Alright!" Yun Zheng gave up on making him learn and sent him back to Beijing. Little Guy became quite popular in kindergarten, but he had a sharp tongue. When little girls came to play with him, he coldly remarked, "I don’t like your dog-chewed bangs; they make you look ugly." 0

The little girl blushed and tried to explain herself, but Jiang Qingdong simply sat there playing with his toys and replied nonchalantly, "Oh, then it’s still dog-chewed bangs." The girl cried, and the teacher came over to comfort her while the culprit leisurely sipped water, completely unfazed. 0

In the afternoon, Jiang Shiyu picked up Jiang Qingdong from school and the teacher mentioned this incident to him. Later on, he shared the story with Yun Li. 0

Yun Li sighed as she played with Dongzhi while Liu Liu approached them. The nickname Liu Liu was derived by Yun Li when he was born weighing exactly six pounds and six ounces. They took turns calling each other Dongzhi, Jiang Qingdong, and Liu Liu. 0

Little Snow was a Samoyed puppy found in the snow; he had a birthmark on his ear that resembled the director's. Jiang Qingdong had only been born for a short while when Little Snow appeared outside their door during a heavy snowfall. Jiang Shiyu named him Little Snow. 0

Jiang Qingdong was exceptionally well-behaved: "Mommy, what’s wrong?" 0

"Liu Liu, did you bully another little girl again?" 0

Jiang Qingdong looked at Jiang Shiyu, who was sitting nearby in casual clothes with her legs crossed looking very relaxed. She glanced at him with an amused expression. 0

Jiang Qingdong pouted, "I didn't! I just spoke the truth." 0

"What truth?" 0

Jiang Qingdong replied honestly, "Her bangs look like they were chewed on by a little snow." 0

Xiaoxue let out a small whine upon hearing this. 0

Yun Li turned to Jiang Shiyu and patiently said, "Liu Liu, we should be polite when talking to little girls, okay? They need to be coaxed." 0

Jiang Qingdong looked at Jiang Shiyu and asked, "Like how Dad would coax you?" 0

Jiang Shiyu leaned back against the sofa behind Yun Li, his fingers tapping lightly, a smirk on his lips as he looked down at him. "Have you learned your father's tricks yet?" 0

Jiang Qingdong, much like Jiang Shiyu, was inherently proud and arrogant. He pulled a face and lifted his chin defiantly. "I won’t learn them. They're not impressive at all. I'm a boy; I don’t say those girly things." 0

Yun Li nodded, ruffling Dongzhi's hair. "But we need to be polite, you know? You can choose not to speak, but you can't be rude. We must respect others, especially girls. As a man, you should respect little girls even more, understand?" 0

Jiang Qingdong didn’t quite grasp all of this but still nodded obediently, his expression still full of pride. "Oh, got it." 0

With that, he ran off to play with Xiaoxue. 0

After coaxing Jiang Qingdong to sleep that night, Yun Li finally took a shower and went to bed. 0

Just as she stepped into the bathroom and left the door ajar, Jiang Shiyu barged in forcefully. 0

He wrapped his arms around her, and Yun Li was taken aback. "What are you doing?" 0

Jiang Shiyu calmly began unbuttoning her shirt, taking his time as if it were perfectly natural. "Helping you wash." 0

Yun Li immediately grabbed her collar. "No thanks, I can do it myself." 0

But Jiang Shiyu continued to unfasten her buttons. Before long, her top was off and she found herself pressed against the wall as water cascaded down around them. The steam quickly filled the room, making it hard for Yun Li to breathe. 0

Her toes barely touched the ground as Jiang Shiyu's breath brushed against her ear. "It's been two months; don't you miss me?" 0

Yun Li held onto him tightly. "I do, but be gentle." 0

Jiang Shiyu chuckled softly, his voice sultry like a fox's whisper. "I can't be gentle." 0

At the last moment, Yun Li suggested, "How about we have a little sister?" 0

Jiang Shiyu firmly replied, "No." 0

"Why not? I want a daughter, and she would be a perfect companion for Liu Liu." 0

He said, "Giving birth is too exhausting." 0

Yun Li pondered for a moment and countered, "But it's not that bad! Besides, you were there for me. When Dongzhi was born, I wasn't even that tired." 0

Jiang Shiyu could still vividly recall that moment—the blood flowing, the pain rushing back to her heart, making her feel anxious and distressed. 0

He insisted with determination, "No." 0
