The two of them had only spent one day in the United States before heading back home. Shu was going to stay in America, not returning for the summer vacation.
On the day they sent the two to the airport, the sky was clear and bright. Jiang Shiyu held onto Yun's bag while carrying her own on her back, watching as Yun and Shu said their goodbyes.
Yun was still preoccupied with that kiss mark. "Be careful when you drink in the future. Bring someone you trust along for safety," she advised.
Shu nodded, "Okay, don't worry! I'll be careful."
After exchanging a few more words, they finally parted ways. It wasn't until Shu saw Yun disappear into the security check that she turned around.
Zhou followed closely behind, quickly stepping forward to grasp her wrist and pull her in front of him.
"What?" Shu's gaze flickered over him.
Zhou tightened his jaw, his eyes darkening. "We could be friends with benefits."
Shu's expression softened slightly as she paused in surprise. Zhou led her to the car, and by the time they reached their accommodation, half an hour had passed.
As soon as the door opened, Shu found herself pinned against it. Their breaths quickened, lips colliding; Shu winced from the bite and frowned as she pushed him away. "Does it feel good to act like a dog?"
Zhou raised his gaze, hands bracing against either side of her, breathing heavily. His handsome face wore a tantalizingly restrained expression.
He pressed his fingertip against her rosy lips, applying pressure. "If I'm a dog, then what are you? A pervert mating with a dog?"
Furious at his words, Shu kicked at him but was swiftly subdued by the man before her; their breaths intertwined once more.
He lifted her by the hips and began walking toward the sofa. Shu pushed against him with all her strength, but his body felt as solid as a wall—unyielding and heavy.
Instead, he flipped her over with one hand gripping her waist.
"You think you're a teddy bear? Do you want to indulge in debauchery in broad daylight?" she spat angrily while trying to crawl away.
But before she could get far, a hot hand gripped her ankle and dragged her back. She struggled to push forward with her hands but it was futile.
A hot, hard object pressed against her, causing her body to go weak.
Shu bit her lower lip, feeling a mix of shame and anger, yet also a strange enjoyment.
As her skirt was lifted, a tall, strong figure pressed close to her, his hoarse voice entangling in her ear, tearing through her composure.
A square package appeared before her eyes.
"Can't you see I'm holding it up?" Shu said irritably.
"Use your teeth," he replied with a chuckle.
Shu turned to glare at him. "You're insane."
Zhou looked innocent. "Did we not agree to be friends with benefits?"
Shu wanted to take back her words, but he anticipated her thoughts: Taking it back was impossible; did she really think they hadn’t done anything?
Suddenly, Shu gasped, her face turning even redder.
"Is it clear now? Can you pretend nothing happened?"
Shu wished she could just bang her head against the wall. Where had that calm and composed Zhou gone?
Now he was acting like a complete pervert.
As Shu silently cursed him, Zhou noticed and locked his dark eyes onto hers, prompting another gasp from her.
"And now? Is it clearer?" His hoarse voice, filled with restraint, echoed in her ear.
Shu couldn't help but doubt whether he often behaved this way—playing around like a pro, looking nothing like a novice.
Feeling cornered, she began to bite back. "Don't touch me, you filthy cucumber!"
Instead of getting angry, Zhou bit down on her ear and laughed softly in a deep voice, "You're the one who's dirty." He emphasized the last word with a teasing growl.
"You're insane!!!"
