Jiang Shiyu held Yun Li at the door for two minutes before finally letting her go, and by the time he released her, the restlessness in his eyes had settled. He swallowed hard, his voice low and hoarse. "Let's get some sleep. We’ll head back to Beijing tomorrow." 0

Yun Li nodded, and then Jiang Shiyu opened the door and walked out. She stood at the door, staring at the closed door for a long while before she couldn't help but break into a silly grin. Cradling her face in her hands, she reveled in the reality of it all. She was really with Jiang Shiyu. 0

Excited, Yun Li sent a message to Shu Ran. It was ten in the morning where Shu Ran was. Sitting in a classroom filled with foreigners, she discreetly checked her phone and saw Yun Li's message. 0

"Ran Ran, I'm with Jiang Shiyu now." 0

Shu Ran's eyes widened in disbelief; she nearly squealed with excitement. "Dear Hao Hao, you can't be serious, right?" If she remembered correctly, it was already past ten in China. Usually, if there were no rehearsals or practices at that hour, Yun Li would be getting ready for bed. Could it be that she was just imagining things before sleep? 0

"Hao Hao, have you been triggered by something?" 0

Yun Li continued to smile foolishly. "Ran Ran, it's true! I'm really with him." 0

There was silence on the other end for two minutes before Shu Ran sent a long string of messages asking what exactly was going on. Yun Li felt that one message wouldn't suffice to explain everything, especially since she had to wake up early the next day. 0

"I'll tell you everything when you get back." 0

Shu Ran thought that by then, they might have broken up, and instead of sharing joy, she'd be offering comfort. Deep down, she didn't really want Hao Hao and Jiang Shiyu to be together; after all, Hao Hao truly liked him. She hoped that Jiang Shiyu would take a moment to look back at poor Hao Hao. 0

The next day, Yun Li and Jiang Shiyu went to the hotel where Yun Li had previously stayed to pack up her things. They returned to Beijing early. Fortunately, there were still tickets available for the rescheduled flight; otherwise, they would have had to wait longer. 0

After having lunch at the school gate, they finally entered the campus. Jiang Shiyu walked Yun Li to the entrance of her dormitory. Yun Li felt a bit reluctant to part ways but didn’t show it on the surface. She said to Jiang Shiyu, "You should head back now!" 0

Jiang Shiyu nodded and handed her suitcase back to her. "I’ll go home and get some sleep. I didn’t sleep well last night." As she spoke, she raised her hand and gently brushed away the dark circles under Yun Li's eyes. 0

Last night, she had waited for Shu Ran to finish class, and they ended up talking on the phone for an hour. By the time she went to bed, it was already two in the morning. She wasn’t used to staying up late, and waking up early for the flight made her feel a bit off. 0

Yun Li still wasn’t quite accustomed to such affectionate gestures in public. She glanced around furtively, feeling like a thief. 0

Jiang Shiyu noticed this and raised an eyebrow, teasingly asking, "Am I that embarrassing?" 0

Yun Li quickly shook her head. "No, you should really go back! I’m feeling sleepy." 0

Jiang Shiyu chuckled lightly. "Alright then. Qin Nianzhe is organizing a gathering for you tonight at seven. I’ll come pick you up." 0

"Okay," Yun Li replied. 0

After watching her go inside, Jiang Shiyu turned and left. 0
