After finishing the photoshoot, Liu Han pointed at Yun Li and said, "Senior He, you should stand over there too. I'll take a picture of you both."
He Lin Cheng walked over, and Yun Li tried to step away. Liu Han quickly said, "Yun Li, don't move! Just stay right there; I want to take a picture of you two."
Liu Han directed their positions, "Senior He, get a little closer to Yun Li. Yes, just like that. Yun Li, you can tilt your head a bit towards Senior He."
Yun Li complied, feeling a bit awkward as He Lin Cheng and she stood so close that their arms nearly touched. She tilted her head slightly, smiling playfully.
Liu Han's smile widened as he snapped the photo. After taking the picture, Yun Li glanced at it and thought it looked nice, but the dynamic between her and Senior He felt a bit strange.
"Let's take another one!" Liu Han suggested eagerly.
"No need to retake it; Yun Li looks great! Come on, let's move on to the next one," Yun Li replied.
Worried that Yun Li would insist on retaking the photo, Liu Han hurriedly pushed her along.
He Lin Cheng observed from the side and noticed Liu Han and Liu Li's intentions, giving a helpless smile.
In the afternoon, they went out for lunch. At the restaurant, Yun Li was chatting with Qin Nianchu and Chen Jin Xiu. "Liu Han took some pictures of us; we need to get them developed and I'll show you," she said.
Qin Nianchu asked, "Li Li, did you get any group photos?"
Yun Li replied, "We have plenty; we took a lot of pictures."
Chen Jin Xiu and Qin Nianchu were excited as they discussed it in their group chat. "Li Li, what kind of photos did you take with Senior He?" Chen Jin Xiu inquired.
Yun Li thought for a moment and said, "A lot! We captured many iconic buildings."
Chen Jin Xiu and Qin Nianchu suddenly became eager with anticipation as they imagined how great it would look with the two of them together.
After lunch, they returned to the hotel to rest. He Lin Cheng suggested going for a night tour of Zhengjiang. Yun Li was interested and asked Liu Han and Liu Li if they wanted to join.
Liu Han and Liu Li declined, saying they were tired from playing and preferred to stay in the hotel to play video games.
At seven in the evening, Yun Li and He Lin Cheng arrived at the dock. They bought tickets and followed the crowd inside.
At the ticket exchange booth, they exchanged their tickets before heading to the boarding area for verification.
Once on the cruise ship, it was quite crowded. The Zhengjiang night tour involved cruising along the river to enjoy the night scenery while also seeing many famous landmarks and iconic buildings of Zheng City.
The two of them found a spot on the terrace to sit down. Yun Li excitedly took out her phone to record a video, which she later shared in their group chat.
"How did you find this place, Senior? It's so beautiful!"
A waiter brought over complimentary drinks and snacks, and He Lin Cheng pushed a drink toward her.
"My classmate brought me here before; he's from Zheng City."
"No wonder! You really feel like a tour guide," Yun Li said casually, as if chatting with a friend.
It was quite chilly in the evening, but fortunately, Yun Li was wearing a knitted jacket. The wind played with her hair, making it dance in the air. She turned to look at the night view, her bare face giving off a cool vibe. The lights cast a dim glow on her eyes, making them appear more sentimental and expressive.
He Lin Cheng took a sip of his drink while admiring Yun Li's profile. Without a doubt, she was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen—unique in her own way.
Her personality was also wonderful; bright and gentle, she radiated a powerful yet soft light that drew people in rather than overwhelming them. It was hard to find a guy who wouldn’t be attracted to her. He recalled how Yun Li had caused quite a stir among the boys when she first started school.
After all, in Jing Wu, where there were more girls than boys, everyone had grown accustomed to seeing beautiful women, but Yun Li was an exception. Her unique aura wrapped around her like a filter; just one glance would reveal her cool demeanor. Once you got to know her, you would find that she was as gentle as a babbling brook in the mountains, bringing forth a serene sound amidst the tranquil forest.
He Lin Cheng found himself momentarily entranced. When Yun Li turned back and noticed his dazed expression, she waved her hand in front of him. "Senior, Senior, what’s wrong?"
Snapping back to reality, He Lin Cheng awkwardly rubbed his neck. "Nothing, I’m just still captivated by the beautiful scenery."
Yun Li didn’t doubt him; she stood up to take photos with her phone as many iconic buildings came into view. Finding the right angle, she tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
He Lin Cheng took out his phone and snapped a picture of Yun Li's back.
The next day, everyone began preparing at the hotel. After packing their things, they headed to the Grand Theater. Qin Nianchu and Chen Jin Xiu were busy with their recent performances and couldn’t make it to see Yun Li's show.
