Monroe stood behind Jiang Chen, gazing at the man's back, momentarily lost in thought.
"It seems that you Huaxia truly have hidden talents. At such a young age, you possess this level of magical prowess. The masters I encountered from your Huaxia Magic hundreds of years ago were not much different. I never expected that the legacy of Huaxia has not yet been severed," Blood Ancestor remarked, seemingly in awe.
"However, this is good. I haven't stretched my muscles in centuries; it's rare to find a worthy opponent."
Suddenly, Blood Ancestor laughed, a chilling sound that sent shivers down the spine. His strength was comparable to Chi Xu Shen, whom Jiang Chen had encountered on the Island Nation—a true master on Earth. Yet in Jiang Chen's eyes, he was hardly worth mentioning.
Jiang Chen's only concern was the sheer number of the blood clan. If he killed their Ancestor and the blood clan members without restraint, it could lead to chaos. Of course, Jiang Chen had ways to hunt them down using bloodline powers, but that would consume a significant amount of mental energy. He was reluctant to resort to such extreme measures just to obtain the Divine Bone Order.
Blood Ancestor transformed, his arms stretching into blood-red wings as his form grew larger, towering ten zhang high. His wings spread out to thirty zhang, resembling a demon descending upon the earth.
Ma'erka and her companions were approaching the island on their yacht when they suddenly saw this scene and quickly halted their advance.
"What is that? Oh my God, how can there be such a large bird?"
"That's a demon; it can't possibly be a bird."
"How can there be demons? It must be some creature we've never seen before."
The group was stunned and began discussing amongst themselves, yet none thought to turn back; instead, they pulled out their phones to record videos.
"Wait, is there someone in the air?" a bikini-clad beauty beside Ma'erka exclaimed while looking through binoculars.
"Oh no, that monster seems to be coming toward us."
"It looks like it's chasing someone!"
"Quickly, let's go! If that monster spots us, we're done for!"
Jiang Chen soared into the sky on his sword, teasing Blood Ancestor as if he were a large bird relentlessly pursuing him. Meanwhile, Blood Ancestor spat out fiery Blood Qi that scorched the vegetation on the island.
As Jiang Chen skimmed over the ocean on his sword, he left a deep wake behind him while Blood Ancestor flapped his wings and closed in repeatedly.
Jiang Chen's speed was swift as he reached Ma'erka's yacht. With a wave of his hand, a water curtain rose like a pot lid, trapping the yacht within. Following that, an icy chill spread from Dawson's cold aura; the water curtain froze solid. The people on the yacht could see nothing outside and were filled with panic. Only Ma'erka stood frozen in place, her eyes wide open as she struggled to comprehend what she had just witnessed.
In that fleeting moment, she had seen a face she would never forget for the rest of her life.
"What do we do? I'm freezing! What just happened? I think I saw someone standing on a sword."
"I saw it too! It looked like an Asian face—was it Huaxia People or Islanders?"
"Oh my God, could he be planning to kill someone to silence them? How on earth did he manage to freeze the seawater?"
"Is he really a god?"
"Ma'erka, Ma'erka, did you see that? That man, could he really be the god-like figure you mentioned?"
"Ma'erka, what's wrong with you? Are you scared?"
