It had been a few months since their last visit, and the space had developed even more than before. Many facilities were now complete, transforming the fairy-tale-like town into a vibrant and lively place.
As everyone strolled through the town with Yu Suihuan, they were all astonished by the sights before them. It was simply enchanting, with uniquely shaped houses, colorful streets, and lifelike cute sculptures that made one feel as if they had stepped into a fairy tale.
"Oh my gosh, Yu Suihuan, this is just... incredible!" Yang Qinghe exclaimed, her voice filled with excitement.
"You can choose any house or castle room you like here," Yu Suihuan said, leading them to her pink little building. "This is where Yang Qinghe and I live; he should be waiting for you!"
As expected, upon entering, they found everyone gathered inside.
"Yang Qinghe? Is that you?"
"Mom, Sister, it's me! Of course it's me!" The three of them embraced each other, tears streaming down their faces.
Today, everyone had arrived, and the dining table was filled with an array of mouth-watering dishes. However, what amazed them even more were the fruits on display: strawberries the size of apples, grapes the size of oranges, and cherries the size of walnuts.
"How can these be so big?" they exclaimed in unison, unable to believe that these fruits were real and edible.
"They're incredibly sweet! Aunt Wang, you all should try some!" Xu Zhuzhen said with a beaming smile as she presented the fruits to them proudly.
And indeed, she had every reason to be proud; the seeds or saplings of these fruits were brought back from the future by Bai Jie and personally cultivated by her. While growing plants in this space was relatively easy, planting saplings still required considerable effort.
"Where did all these fish come from?"
In our space, it's very convenient to eat seafood. Xiu has dug a pond near the creek, and not only are there fish in it, but also various shrimp and crabs!
Bai Jie glanced at Zheng Xiu, as if seeking praise.
"Well done, Xiu Er! You're quite capable. But don't fish and crabs need seawater?"
"Not at all! They can be raised together, and I've tested this out."
After hearing Zheng Xiu's explanation, Yu Suihuan nodded.
"In the future, whether it's chickens, ducks, cattle, or sheep, we can have whatever we want!"
Moreover, when it comes to planting crops in our space, we don't need to worry about whether they are southern or northern crops; everything can grow here!
The group began to chatter excitedly about this newfound knowledge, making several of them want to stay in the space even more and not go outside.
"I have a bold idea. Since our space can produce so many crops, we can leverage this to do something meaningful," Yu Suihuan said.
"Like what?"
Everyone's curiosity was piqued as they turned their attention to Yu Suihuan.
"We can use the resources here to help people outside, allowing them to live better lives."
Yu Suihuan thought of the children left behind in the mountains and the soldiers guarding the borders.
"Xiao Huan is right."
The group began discussing fervently.
"Exactly! We can take the crops we grow and the animals we raise outside to improve people's lives."
"This is a great idea!"
Yang Qinghe and Zheng Xiu looked at their daughters, who were shining brightly in each other's eyes at that moment.
This idea ignited everyone's enthusiasm; they felt that living here not only allowed them to escape the hustle and bustle of the world but also enabled them to do something so meaningful, greatly increasing their sense of happiness.
