As they finished work, Yang Qinghe didn't rush to head down the mountain. Instead, he led Yu Songyu into a secluded area that rarely saw visitors.
Ever since they started dating, the man in front of Yu Songyu had completely changed his demeanor. He had become clingy, always looking for opportunities to get closer to her.
"Yang Qinghe, you're acting strange!" Yu Songyu stopped in her tracks and looked up at him.
"What's strange?" The man was taken aback, unsure of what aspect she was referring to.
"You’re not focusing. Why are you staring at me?"
"Because I want to!" Yang Qinghe replied without hesitation, showing no signs of shyness.
"You!"
It was clear that his honesty was a powerful weapon; Yu Songyu found herself at a loss for words.
With the New Year approaching, they had two weeks off from work. "Are you planning to go home?" she asked.
Yang Qinghe actually wanted to bring Yu Songyu home with him, but he feared that moving too quickly might scare her off. In his eyes, she was already the one he wanted to spend his life with, and of course, he wanted to marry her as soon as possible.
Two weeks wasn’t a short time!
Yu Songyu pondered seriously; she had never introduced her parents to anyone in this world before.
"Yes, I want to go home this year and talk to my family about us," she said.
Yang Qinghe gently pulled Yu Songyu into his embrace, unwilling to be apart from her for even a moment.
"Isn't it too early for that?"
They had only been together for less than a month; it felt a bit rushed.
"Xiao Yu, I want to marry you soon!"
When Yu Songyu heard those words, an unusual feeling surged within her. Was this a proposal?
"Well, you can handle it yourself!" Yu Songyu smiled at him. She liked Yang Qinghe, and there was nothing wrong with wanting to be together earlier.
However, she was filled with anticipation about returning home. In her memories, her parents and brother had always been kind to her, and she was willing to try and interact with them more.
