"We do," Count Smithan had not yet spoken when Monroe confirmed it beside him.
"However, I'm curious why you're asking about this. Are you hoping to obtain the Divine Bone Order?" Monroe said with a faint smile. She was quick-witted and knowledgeable about Huaxia Martial Arts, recognizing its profound heritage. If she could ally with Huaxia Martial Arts, it would not only help against the Blood Clan but also bolster her confidence in the future competition for the Blood Child.
"I came here specifically for the Divine Bone Order, and I intend to have it," Jiang Chen declared.
"Heh, your confidence is quite remarkable. Let me tell you, it's impossible for you to obtain the Divine Bone Order. It has become our clan's most treasured possession. Whether you can have it depends on whether our clan agrees," Count Smithan said, his expression darkening. Jiang Chen's attitude seemed overly arrogant, as if he did not regard the Blood Clan at all. As a member of the Blood Clan himself, Count Smithan found Jiang Chen's demeanor somewhat displeasing.
"Count, what I want is something that cannot be denied. Since you can't make decisions, why not take me to someone who can?" Jiang Chen smiled.
"Mr. Jiang, may I ask if you understand our Blood Clan?" Count Smithan shifted the topic as he noticed Jiang Chen's nonchalant demeanor.
"I don't understand and don't need to," Jiang Chen replied.
"Since you don't understand, it's rather ridiculous for you to say such things. The heritage of our Blood Clan is beyond your imagination. I know you're from Huaxia Martial Arts, but if you dare show disrespect towards the Blood Clan in Great Britain, it won't end well for you. You might say such things in front of me, but among other members of the clan, you might not survive the night," Count Smithan said solemnly.
"My heritage is far beyond what you can imagine. Enough of this talk; take me to meet someone who can make decisions in your clan. I want to have a word with him," Jiang Chen insisted.
"You really don't know what's good for you," Count Smithan said angrily. If it weren't for his grudge against the current Blood Clan Leader, he would have certainly taught Jiang Chen a lesson for his disrespectful attitude.
"Dad, let me talk to Mr. Jiang," Monroe interjected.
Count Smithan stood up and opened a bottle of wine. Chatting with Jiang Chen was infuriating; he had never encountered such an arrogant Huaxia person before and needed a drink to calm down.
"Mr. Jiang, if you want to meet our clan leader, we can take you there. But I think you should prepare some trump cards. If you go alone with your current attitude, you're just asking for trouble. May I ask what preparations you've made for this trip?" Monroe smiled.
"You don't need to worry about that; just take me there. I'll handle everything else," Jiang Chen replied.
"It might be too late by then, but I do have a foolproof plan now; would you like to hear it?" Monroe smiled. Although Jiang Chen was domineering and dismissive of the Blood Clan, he intrigued her because she harbored deep resentment towards the Blood Clan Leader as well.
