William was not the only one shocked by Anthony; even the audience outside of Script World was deeply impressed by Anthony's current air of arrogance.
For a moment, I couldn't tell if Anthony was showing off or teaching a lesson.
"Don't you think Anthony looks particularly cool? He’s infiltrating the enemy’s stronghold, yet it feels like he’s just walking into his own home, as if no one could touch him!"
It could only be said that the Military-Industrial Complex was quite unfortunate; why did they have to call back Anthony, who was most familiar with the Serpent Strike?

After they breached several of the Serpent Strike's defenses, they searched the two members and confiscated their walkie-talkies. Suddenly, Charles's voice came through.
"Pay attention, you two! You must not let anyone from the Great Federation infiltrate! Just wait until the Tactical Nuclear Weapon is launched; we will surely win."
"Just think about it—endless stacks of cash, exquisite wine, and endless cigars are all within reach."
William broke into a cold sweat when he heard Charles’s sudden communication. He looked at Anthony as if pleading for help—what should they do now?
If they responded, their voices would definitely sound off and raise suspicion. But if they didn’t respond, wouldn’t that be even more suspicious?
Fortunately, William didn’t need to dwell on it for long; Charles seemed more interested in boosting morale than anything else and didn’t require them to reply before hanging up.
William let out a long sigh of relief, feeling as if his legs were unsteady like he had been drinking.
Meanwhile, Anthony had already taken out a recording device to capture Charles’s words and sent it directly to Joseph.
Once that was done, Anthony led William onward. On the fourth floor, they spotted a man in a lab coat accompanied by someone dressed like a secretary entering an office.
Anthony quickly gave William a look; William understood and followed him into the office just in time for the lab-coated man and secretary to come back out and head towards the fifth floor.
At the same time, General Joseph, far from the command center, received Anthony's message. After listening to Charles's recording, he finally confirmed everything.
He silently celebrated his caution in withdrawing from the command center while hastily contacting the Hawk Faction to inform them of the critical information regarding the Tactical Nuclear Weapon.
Upon receiving this intelligence, the Hawk Faction was stunned and immediately reached out to both the Dove Faction and Centrists to convene an emergency online meeting.
Initially, members of the Dove Faction and Centrists were skeptical; they found it too absurd until they listened to Charles's recording.
Once confirmed that the information about the Tactical Nuclear Weapon was true, members of the Dove Faction immediately turned their focus on the Hawk Faction: "What kind of joke is this?"
Fighter jets, tanks, submarines, even aircraft carriers! We wouldn’t be surprised at all if these were produced by the Military-Industrial Complex.
But the Tactical Nuclear Weapon! This thing absolutely should not be something that the Military-Industrial Complex can produce alone! What are you all in the Hawk Faction thinking?!
The Centrists were also quite displeased, glaring at the members of the Hawk Faction.
Who in the room didn’t know that the Hawk Faction used to be the biggest client of the Military-Industrial Complex, placing countless orders over there? They could overlook other things, they could choose not to care.
But a Tactical Nuclear Weapon, the most powerful weapon known to humanity, was simply too much. It had to be accounted for, it had to be addressed.

This enormous black pot was firmly placed on their heads, leaving the members of the Hawk Faction gritting their teeth in anger. They had gone through great lengths to retrieve this intelligence, only for it to turn into a burden on their heads—who wouldn’t be furious?
