A massive palace stood by the lakeside, with eighteen maids lined up in a row. The moment they saw Xu Lie, they spoke in unison, "Welcome, Outer God."
Xu Lie raised an eyebrow, realizing that he now understood why the Travel Agency's automaton had said to just enjoy the trip. The word "enjoy" was meant to convey that the value of the travel points spent was well worth it.
Tuha respectfully introduced, "These are the living subjects of the divine realm, who have volunteered to take care of your daily needs, Outer God. Inside the palace, you can instruct them to fulfill any requirement you may have. Of course, I will also leave behind a Communication Magic tool. If you wish to go out or have other requests, you can contact me through it. If there are no further instructions, I will prepare Magic Books and scrolls for you."
Xu Lie nodded. Tuha took out a token again and waved it in the air. Only then did Xu Lie step into the palace, with the maids eagerly following behind him.
Inside the palace, there was no need to elaborate; it was filled with all sorts of luxurious and high-end items. Xu Lie walked into the main hall and sat down on a spacious sofa, his gaze shifting to the eighteen maids. "You all line up and come one by one."
The maids blushed slightly; they hadn't expected the Outer God to be so approachable. Some were bold enough to step forward, while others shyly lowered their heads and glanced around as if hesitant about being too forward in the grand hall.
Like a variety of exotic flowers blooming in competition for beauty, they were shy at first. Xu Lie then added, "Take turns showcasing your magical abilities."
The maids were a bit bewildered; this Outer God was somewhat different from what they had imagined. However, with a divine command given, how could they refuse? They could only line up one by one to demonstrate their magic.
When Tuha reappeared, he saw one maid performing a tea-pouring magic for Xu Lie. The tea bag understood its task and split open by itself; the tea leaves inside floated out on their own and positioned themselves at the teapot's spout, diving in one by one.
The teapot boiled automatically and even grew two ceramic legs to move the teacups around, tilting its body to pour tea until it was nine-tenths full before returning to its original position and retracting its legs. The entire process was done without any human intervention.
Tuha was not surprised at all; from the moment this Outer God had requested books, he had confirmed that this Outer God must be some Knowledge God from another world, which explained his pursuit and love for knowledge.
Tuha held a treasure box with both hands; inside lay a deep blue ring. "Esteemed Outer God, all the books you requested are contained within."
Xu Lie casually took the items, having previously purchased space equipment himself, and was immediately struck by the sheer scale of what he saw. The interior of the Azure Blue Ring was vast, far exceeding the capacity of Xu Lie's own space gear. The exact dimensions were unclear, but it could easily hold a small city.
Inside, a myriad of Magic Books and scrolls filled the space, creating an overwhelming sea of knowledge that made Xu Lie's scalp tingle. He wondered how long it would take to read through all of this.
After delivering the books, Tuha respectfully took his leave, not mentioning the Ring at all. It seemed that in the divine realm, such items were as common as plastic bags. It was rare to see a diplomat who expected the return of a bag used for carrying books.
