In the Divine Era Magic World, Xu Lie arrived, not just to travel but also to learn. Within the company, many senior actors had ample points and were bustling about in the lobby, opening various shops—some selling hot pot, others selling books, and even some running inns.
After Xu Lie completed his first Script World, he encountered a senior actor who introduced himself as Old Fang in the company lobby. Old Fang explained that those who opened Travel Agencies were influential figures with plenty of points, having transformed an entire world for their colleagues to explore. However, the prices were steep; just the round-trip ticket cost two thousand points. Of this, only one thousand points went to the senior actors, while the other thousand was spent on the company's world teleportation service.
For actors, they only needed to pay for worlds they had not performed in before; this was a benefit of being an actor. Traveling to other unfamiliar worlds required spending points. The teleportation price was five points each way, making it one thousand points to arrive.
The place where Xu Lie found himself resembled a divine realm, suspended high in the sky, as if he were amidst the stars. The sun and moon seemed close enough to touch yet did not radiate heat. The vast land below was indistinct, only a glimpse of green and yellow could be seen.
Moreover, there was someone waiting for him—a man dressed in a robe, stroking his goat beard with his left hand, who approached quickly. His demeanor was quite respectful: "Welcome, Outer God, to our realm. My name is Tuha. I am honored by His Divine Emperor's grace to oversee matters outside the divine realm. During your visit as an Outer God, I will do my utmost to assist you with any needs or questions you may have."
Before Xu Lie's arrival, a humanoid from the Travel Agency had already informed him that "Outer God" was a term used for traveling actors. The so-called Divine Emperor referred to the senior actor who had modified this world.
In worlds managed by such powerful figures, other actor colleagues were free to enjoy themselves. They could even cause mischief in the Mortal Realm as long as they did not disturb the divine realm; generally, there would be no issues. Even within the divine realm, as long as they did not go too far, their status as Outer Gods and senior actors would ensure that the deities there would cater to their needs.
They could even share some of their faith with travelers for them to experience a brief taste of divine existence. However, Xu Lie was not particularly interested in that; he came here primarily for the magic.
"Tuha," he said, "please find me a place to stay first and bring me all the Magic Books and scrolls that you have available for Outer Gods."
Tuha respectfully bowed and placed his hands together at his forehead before slowly lowering them—a gesture Xu Lie did not understand but assumed was some form of divine etiquette. Once Tuha completed his ceremonial gesture, he respectfully inquired, "What kind of environment does Outer God prefer?"
The divine realm is vast, with places like Yun Shan, shrouded in mist, which is favored by some self-proclaimed sword immortals known as Outer Gods. There are also Qingjing Youhu, the Undersea Dragon Palace, the Deep Cave, and the Butcher's Graveyard.
Xu Lie understood that these were likely destinations visited by certain senior cultivators. Preferring tranquility, he decided to choose a spot by the lake. As for what Tuha mentioned about the Butcher's Graveyard, although he felt a twinge of curiosity, he thought it best to avoid staying there.
"Please follow me." Tuha took out a token engraved with mysterious symbols from within his robe and gently waved it in the air.
Suddenly, space opened up as if a door had been drawn from thin air. On the other side was a serene and beautiful lake.
Tuha stepped through first, leading the way, while Xu Lie followed closely behind. In an instant, they transitioned through space and arrived at Qingjing Youhu.
This place was picturesque, resembling an elegant landscape painting. The clear blue water revealed the bottom, where various graceful fish swam about, allowing Xu Lie to truly understand the meaning of being adrift without support.
