After several days of travel with Mardu and Lu An, the number of tribes willing to join had reached over a dozen. However, most of them consisted of the elderly, women, and children. Lin Feng arranged for someone to clearly tally these circumstances. In total, there were more than five thousand people, and now Lin Feng was unsure how to arrange them.

Lu Yong pondered for a moment. "We need to select those who are both brave and knowledgeable in military tactics, as well as good at interacting with others. After all, the customs and habits of these tribes differ slightly from ours."
Lin Feng nodded in agreement. "Xiao Wei and Yang Hu are both generous and righteous individuals who are well-versed in military texts. Moreover, they have previously interacted with foreign tribes, making them quite suitable."
"Indeed, they are quite good. However, one person alone may not suffice; let's add Li Zhao as well. The three of them work well together," Lu Yong added.
"Then it's settled. Have them immediately select their troops and quickly meet up with Mardu to begin training this external unit," Lin Feng decisively ordered.
Soon after, the news reached Yang Hu and Li Zhao. The two gladly accepted their orders and swiftly gathered five hundred strong soldiers to rendezvous with Mardu.
