Li Yunqing held Sera's hand.
"Don't worry, children will grow up eventually. It's good for them to experience a bit now. Besides, you're just friends for now; who knows what the future holds?"
Sera listened to Li Yunqing's words and embraced him tightly.
Meanwhile, Feng observed Sera and Li Yunqing, then glanced over at Li Tian Ci and Anna, who were deep in conversation.
Children do grow up, but can a human child really grow this much by the age of one and a half?
Feng felt puzzled. Having traveled through the human world, she had never seen a child grow so large at such a young age.
Li Yunqing comforted Sera while casting a glance at Feng.
It's fine; my child is a bit special.
This thought was conveyed to Feng through Li Yunqing's spiritual communication.
Feng nodded in understanding.
Perhaps that's just how the children of the Li family are.
Anna finished her conversation and approached Li Yunqing.
"Thank you for bringing me back to life."
Li Yunqing waved his hand dismissively.
"Your soul is quite intact. Even if you can't fully control your body, it's nearly there. I merely fixed some issues with your body; it doesn't count as resurrection."
Anna shook her head.
"If it weren't for your help, I would just be a soulless corpse. Now I am human, and the two are completely different."
Li Yunqing smiled lightly.
"It's no trouble; you're my son's friend, so helping you is only right."
Anna was Li Tian Ci's first human friend in this realm, so assisting her was no big deal.
However, with Anna being so beautiful and possessing great power within her, it would be a shame not to arrange things well for Li Tian Ci.
This was something Li Yunqing felt hesitant to handle; it would be better if Sera took care of it.
He exchanged a knowing glance with Sera in his arms.
Sera nodded and took Anna's hand, leading her away to chat.
"Little Anna, come and talk to me about these past years," Sera said.
Li Yunqing watched as Sera led Anna away, then turned to Li Tian Ci.
"You’re quite something, kid. At just a year and a half, you’re already charming the girls."
"Huh? Dad, what are you talking about?" Li Tian Ci didn't understand what Li Yunqing meant by charming girls.
Seeing the puzzled look on Li Tian Ci's face, Li Yunqing chose not to elaborate.
"Friends need to get along well. You've heard Anna's story; what do you think?"
Li Tian Ci pondered for a moment.
"Can friends betray each other?"
This was the question he wanted to ask; he couldn't comprehend why a friend would betray another friend.
"Of course, some people do betray their friends, mainly because they don't fully trust them," Li Yunqing explained.
In Anna's story, her friends realized she had been watching them all along. They were terrified, fearing that she would reveal their secrets to others.
So, they betrayed Anna and framed her.
Li Tian Ci nodded thoughtfully.
"So that means if Anna doesn't tell them she's watching, they won't betray her, right?"
Li Yunqing nodded in agreement.
"Everyone has their little secrets, but when those secrets are discovered by others, even friends can become afraid of what might be said. In such cases, trust erodes, and betrayal can happen."
Li Tian Ci nodded, somewhat understanding.
"As long as I'm strong enough, my friends won't betray me, right?" he concluded confidently.
"That's true to some extent," Li Yunqing replied.
Issues of trust and strength can either bridge or widen the gaps between friends.
If Anna's friends trust her enough, even in a state of panic, they can quickly calm down, knowing that she won't betray them. If Anna possesses sufficient strength, then even if they intend to frame her, they must think twice before acting.
