"Li Yunqing, are you in a hurry to go home? Come walk with me."
Li Yunqing nodded, paid the fare, and followed Shen Xin out of the car.
He glanced around; he didn't often go out. Although the university was near the college town, he had never really explored this area.
Shen Xin wrapped her arm around his.
"Let's go, my rented place is not far from here."
"Okay, let's go."
Li Yunqing moved forward with Shen Xin's gentle pull.
He looked at Shen Xin, who was holding onto his arm. She was shorter than his shoulder, and as the evening breeze lifted her hair, illuminated by the warm streetlights, she looked undeniably beautiful.
Shen Xin played with her hair that had been blown up by the wind. Noticing Li Yunqing's gaze on her, she smiled.
"Xiao Yunqing, are you admiring your sister's beauty?"
"Mm."
Li Yunqing nodded. Though it was just a single word, Shen Xin felt delighted.
She tightened her grip on his arm and hummed a cheerful tune.
Li Yunqing wasn't sure why Shen Xin was so happy, but seeing her joy made him feel happy too; a smile crept onto his lips.
"Xiao Yunqing, did you know? Your image is quite different from what I used to imagine my ideal partner would be like."
"Really? How so?"
Li Yunqing looked at Shen Xin with interest as she returned his gaze.
"Well, when I was a freshman, I thought about finding a boyfriend who was tall, handsome, sunny, cheerful, and responsible—someone full of life."
Li Yunqing pondered for a moment; he didn't quite fit that description but felt he had some sense of responsibility.
Shen Xin looked at him and chuckled.
"Xiao Yunqing doesn't completely match my ideal. You're not very tall, you usually say little, and you don't seem particularly lively."
She counted on her fingers as she spoke while looking at Li Yunqing.
"You don't fit my ideal type, but I like you."
Li Yunqing felt a bit taken aback by the words.
Shen Xin raised her hand to cover Li Yunqing's mouth, shaking her head. "I'm not confessing; I'm just stating a fact. You may not be tall, but in my heart, you are. You speak little, yet you matter to me. I haven't shown my hopes on my face, but there's a light in your eyes, sparkling."
Shen Xin smiled at Li Yunqing.
After a moment of silence, Li Yunqing reached out and ruffled Shen Xin's hair. "You're so cute, Sister Shen."
Shen Xin felt Li Yunqing's large hand playfully messing with her hair and didn't resist.
Li Yunqing lowered his hand and pulled up his shirt slightly, revealing his entire arm. "Sister Shen, let me show you something."
Shen Xin looked at Li Yunqing's arm with some confusion. His skin was fair, and while the muscles were visible, they weren't overly bulky—just nice to look at.
With a slight flex, Li Yunqing's arm muscles slowly swelled.
In Shen Xin's astonished gaze, Li Yunqing's arm muscles grew more than twice their previous size!
Shen Xin excitedly reached out to touch the muscles on Li Yunqing's arm. "So hard! Li Yunqing! What is this? How did you get so big and so strong?"
Li Yunqing chuckled. "These are muscles developed from regular training. When I'm not exerting myself, they stay contracted; once I flex, they show."
Listening to Sister Shen's description, he thought she must like someone strong who gives a sense of security. "Do I fit that description?"
"Absolutely!" Shen Xin exclaimed as she wrapped her arms around Li Yunqing's arm, feeling it carefully.
Just moments ago, she could easily wrap her arms around his arm, but now it had grown so much larger.
Li Yunqing looked at Shen Xin and with a slight flex of his arm effortlessly lifted her up with one hand.
"Wow?!"
Shen Xin leaned on Li Yunqing's arm. At first, she felt a bit scared when she just woke up, but once she stabilized herself, a strong sense of security washed over her.
After feeling comfortable, she asked Li Yunqing to let her down.
"Xiao Yunqing, put me down."
"Okay."
Shen Xin stood on the ground and jumped a little. The sudden loss of weight had made her slightly uneasy, but being grounded felt much better. She reached out and touched Li Yunqing's arm again.
"Xiao Yunqing, flex your muscles! I don't want other women to see them!"
Li Yunqing chuckled at Shen Xin's words and then relaxed his muscles.
Seeing Li Yunqing obediently comply, Shen Xin nodded in satisfaction and wrapped her arms around his arm once more.
"Let's go, Xiao Yunqing. Take me home!"
"Sure!"
