Zhang Ruyi was filled with joy as she was kissed by the boy she loved. Her breath quickened, and she felt dizzy, wishing to continue kissing Xin Jian forever. His strong physique gave her an immense sense of security, his arms wrapped around her so tightly that she could hardly breathe. She felt every part of her body pressed against him, and she sensed an unusual fluttering from Xin Jian.
Lost in the fragrant kisses, they finally separated after what felt like an eternity, their foreheads and noses still touching as they gazed into each other's eyes, both understanding the feelings they held for one another.
Suddenly, Xin Jian remembered that there were others around, causing his heart to skip a beat. He turned his head to look around; the canvas tent was empty except for the two of them. The host had long since disappeared, leaving a stack of tickets on the podium. Xin Jian called out a couple of times, but there was no response from the inner tent. He wanted to check if the host was still there, but Zhang Ruyi pulled him back, suggesting they forget about it. She took the tickets and lifted the curtain to step outside, only to find that no one was around—not even Wang Qiang. Zhang Ruyi's mind was clear as she linked her arm with Xin Jian's and exchanged a few words with him before they decided to explore the other activities together.
In fact, there were people in the second tent—Wang Qiang, Zheng Wan, and the host. This was indeed their booth; they had grilled snacks themselves in the morning to sell. Perhaps they were too delicious or not enough had been prepared, as classmates kept sneaking bites. Within an hour and a half, everything had been devoured. With nothing left to sell, the students scattered like birds and beasts, leaving Wang Qiang and Zheng Wan to use the tent as a prop. They hid inside the second tent and watched through a seam in the canvas as Zhang Ruyi and Xin Jian kissed passionately, feeling quite accomplished. Once Zhang Ruyi took her tickets and left, Wang Qiang praised Zheng Wan and the host for their excellent acting skills.
"Wang Qiang," Zheng Wan said with a mischievous smile, "do you want to get ten tickets too?"
Upon hearing this, Wang Qiang immediately pulled her into his embrace and leaned down to kiss her. However, Zheng Wan struggled and exclaimed, "No way! Not with me!"
"Huh?" Wang Qiang paused in confusion. If not with her, then who? The tent only had one other person left. Zheng Wan broke free from his hold and ran over to climb onto the shoulder of the host while giggling, saying, "With my senior."
Wang Qiang was momentarily stunned, unsure of what she meant until a lightbulb went off in his head—of course! This host must be Zheng Wan's roommate, the girl he had a close relationship with but had never met in person. He approached politely and took her hand gently, kissing her knuckles while calling out "Senior." The host's face turned as red as an apple as she shyly replied, "My name is Jingjing."
Wang Qiang pulled her into his arms; she nestled against him and softly said, "I missed you so much, Wang Qiang."
Deeply moved, Wang Qiang bent down to kiss her cheek. She immediately turned her head to seal their lips together again, engaging in a passionate exchange of kisses. Jingjing wore a loose knit sweater paired with a short skirt that opened at the sides. She had a round face with a sweet smile and cute little glasses perched on her nose; her eyes squinted slightly when she smiled. Her wavy hair sometimes fell over half of her face. She wasn't very tall and had a bit of softness to her figure. Her sweet voice made Wang Qiang curse under his breath—he should have recognized her from the start.
After kissing her enough on the lips, he brushed her hair aside and kissed along her neck and behind her ears until she was utterly enchanted. She murmured repeatedly, "I miss you..."
