She was Ksenia, not yet a year old. Xu Li looked at Alexei and the others, pointing to Irina, whose eyes were red and swollen. In a deep voice, he said, "She is Irina's Qi Qin, held captive by traffickers for many years, regularly bled for sale, and ultimately matched for a kidney source. There is a high possibility that some of those people are officials involved in this matter, which means the police in Irkutsk cannot help us in this situation; they might even greatly hinder our actions to allow those scoundrels to escape."

The men exchanged glances at their weapons. Alexei stepped forward: "I need a machine gun; I served as fire support in the army."
"I need one; I'm a sniper."
"I need a submachine gun or a shotgun; I'm an assault soldier."
"I need a lot; I'm a demolitions expert."
The men voiced their demands one after another. Xu Li handed the warehouse key to Alexei: "You can choose for yourselves. A machine gun is unnecessary; there are drum magazines inside that can provide similar suppression. Hand grenades, flashbangs, smoke grenades, and gas masks are all in the box at the bottom corner."
"Ksenia, you are Irina's mother and thus my family. I will help you seek justice, but I need specific addresses and names you know."
"You can't handle them," Ksenia slowly shook her head. "I've seen people in police uniforms come by multiple times to take some individuals in or pull them out. Just forget it."
"I ask you," Xu Li said as he pinched her chin, their eyes locking: "Are there children being held there?"
"I often hear children crying and making noise, but it should be rare."
"Where?"
Ksenia shook her head: "I don't know where exactly, but I know someone who sold me into it."
"Who?"
She glanced at Xu Li and then at the few men who had already chosen their weapons, a glimmer of hope flashing in her eyes: "My husband’s son Alexander; he seems to be one of them. My husband froze to death on the roadside a few years ago after drinking too much. The following spring, he tricked me into going to a desolate place, and then I was taken away by others."
"How could you treat him so well? Is he an animal to do this to you?"
Irina broke down, grabbing her head before bursting into tears. Ksenia forced a bitter smile: "Because he got involved with things he shouldn't have touched. Even when my husband was still alive, he was already mixed up in it. After my husband died, no one cared for him anymore."
"Fortunately, I managed to survive inside; he still had some conscience left—he just made me sell blood and bone marrow but spared my life."
Xu Li nodded. After confirming the other person's current address, he led his team to the garage. Three vehicles would definitely not accommodate all of them, so he left one for the company commander to use at home. They took two off-road vehicles and one Tiger Armored Vehicle, roaring away as they disappeared from the village.
