Anna pinched her husband’s big nose: “As if you haven’t been with other women! It’s just about having two more girls around. Besides, since the kids aren’t here, it’ll be nice having two children around so Eva and I won’t be bored.”
“Do as you wish; I’m going to check on the ranch,” Xu Li shrugged and drove off.
After Lana finished eating, Anna discussed things with Eva before taking them three mother-daughter pairs to Bratsk—to buy clothes and daily necessities for Lana while also visiting Brother Three and Sister-in-law.
“Hey Uncle, here’s your key back.”
That evening, he was in his office reviewing the ranch expenses when Kozilov cheerfully pushed open the door and placed the car keys on the desk: “I filled up the tank for you and cleaned both inside and out.”
