The video suddenly ended here, followed by several seconds of explosive bloopers. The heat didn’t die down; the Anan account exploded again, gaining hundreds of thousands of followers, leaving him unable to sleep well that night. Xu Li also climbed the real-time trending list, thanks to his hardcore parenting style, dominating the top three spots. 0

He was completely unaware of all this, going about his daily routine as usual. In the morning, he busied himself with ranch work, and in the afternoon, he accompanied his Father-in-law for some fishing and chess. After dinner, his daughter would cling to him as usual. Anna and Eva would decide based on their moods—if they felt like it, they would play some single-player games; if not, they would sit beside him on a stool, leaning against his shoulder. The family would sit quietly together. 0

During these moments, he would tell his wife and daughter some stories from Huaxia. When it got late, he would take them back to their room to rest. 0

“I can’t sleep; will you keep me company?” Zhuo Ya rolled around on her pink little bed, clutching her teddy bear and looking at Xu Li with wide eyes full of expectation. 0

Xu Li smiled and covered her with a blanket, but she kicked it off: “I can’t sleep.” 0

“You silly girl, what time is it? How do you usually manage to sleep?” He complained but still lay down. The little girl immediately tossed aside her teddy bear and snuggled into his arms. “Dad, I’ll be going to Irkutsk tomorrow. I’ll miss you and Mom, and Wa Wa Po too.” 0

“When winter break comes, you can come visit us,” he reassured her. 0

He patted her back: “By then, Dad will pick you up early and take you shopping to buy lots and lots of snacks, okay?” 0

“Mm.” The little girl tightened her grip around him. “Dad, I want to hear you sing.” 0

“Hmph.” 0

His deep and hoarse voice wasn’t really suited for this soothing song, but its simple and quiet melody easily lulled her to sleep. Gently patting her back, it wasn’t long before she started snoring softly. 0

“Goodnight.” 0

Xu Li kissed her forehead, tucked her in with the blanket, then quietly left the room and closed the door behind him. 0

As soon as he entered the bedroom, he saw Eva waving at him. He smiled and picked her up in his arms, kissing her on the lips. “What’s wrong?” 0

“Don’t hit my baby anymore, okay? You’ve bruised him all over.” 0

Xu Li was taken aback for a moment before patiently explaining: “Boys and girls are different. If you want others not to bully him, he has to be stronger than them. Otherwise, if someone hits him, he’ll get hurt even worse—and then you’ll feel even sadder.” 0

“But my baby is so pitiful; it makes me sad.” 0

Eva pouted, looking quite aggrieved. Xu Li tightened his hold on her and said, "How about I pay more attention from now on?" 0

"That's more like it," she replied, her mood instantly brightening. She immediately flopped onto the bed with a cheerful grin. "Time to sleep, sleep!" 0

Xu Li playfully patted her on the backside before pulling Anna into his arms. The two nestled together quietly, and Anna wrapped her arms around his neck. "Misha, you're so wonderful," she said. 0

He tightened his grip on his wife's shoulders and replied, "Wait, who are you being good to?" 0

Xu Li chuckled and planted a kiss on her cheek. "I just thought of something fun; let's try it out with Eva." 0
